Beautiful, newer, clean hotel. Room is small, but very comfortable. Excellent amenities. Close to Tenmonkan shopping area and transportation. Breakfast buffet had many options. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. I would return.

This is a new hotel in a very convenient location, close to the Tenmonkan area. The lobby is spacious, and so are the guest rooms. I had a room with a mountain view—you can sort of see Sakurajima from there, but the best view is from the breakfast floor. They offer a nice selection at breakfast, and some seats let you enjoy your meal while taking in the view of Sakurajima.

The only minor drawback is that the parking lot is not directly at the hotel, but overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

We loved the location of the hotel. It was within the shopping mall which was convenient. We also recieved a discount for using the parking lot for 2days which was helpful. The staff were very kind. Only small flaw was that the rooms were a bit smaller than expected but workable.

とても綺麗なホテルで、チェックイン、アウトもとても楽ちん。アメニティもたくさん、バスルームもとても広く天井からシャワーが出るのも楽しめました。
繁華街の真ん中にあるホテルなので買い物も飲食も選べない程あります。

朝ごはんのバイキングもとても美味しかったです。鹿児島にまた来る機会があれば是非泊まりたいです。

Massive lobby, but a little vacuous, not sure why the lobby is so huge. The room was spacious and a large comfortable bathroom however the room was extremely bland in design. Great location and good value for money but overall the place was very bland and could be so much more. I don't think the hotel was particularly busy but even so there was a wait list for breakfast

Well located in an area with many shops and restaurants. Located next to a tram line - it's not located at the Shinkansen station - you will likely need to take a taxi if you have luggage. Otherwise the tram can take you between the station and hotel. You can also walk to the ferry terminal for Sakurajima (~20min walk). We booked a room specifically as it was a Sakurajima view room. You should note that the room is not facing directly at Sakurajima - you need to be standing at the window and look to the left. The window also has a wire mesh across it so it's not a fully clear view. If the view of Sakurajima is important for you, then it may not be worthwhile booking the Sakurajima view room.

Excellent location for shopping, transit and dining. Rooms are comfortable - a little dusty in places but sheets and bathroom were clean. Checkin process is a little awkward with a reception desk and then trip to an atm type kiosk to receive keys and complete the process. Lots of toiletries/coffee/tea type amenities available.

Great location with a new hotel feel

The location was excellent as it was close to ferry access to Mt Sakurajima, the Tenmonkan shopping district as well as the Kagoshima Station. Think the hotel is relatively new and more oriented towards business. But still overall good service from reception. Got adjacent rooms for my family of 3, but the rooms are a little uncomfortable for 2 pax, but perfect for a single. Check in and check out service was easy. Had a decent view of Mt Sakurajima (not full frontal view). Hotel lobby on the 7th floor. Don’t be surprised that taxis from the Kagoshima station will drop you on the opposite side of the hotel. There are some road restrictions during peak hours I think, but it’s easy to cross as there is a traffic junction.

Daiwa Roynet is a nice modern hotel in the Tenmonkan District of Kagoshima, with its many restaurants and bars. The hotel is fairly new, very clean and well maintained, as usual in Japan. Our only complaint was that our room had a large massage chair that took most of the floor space in the room and was totally uncomfortable to sit in.

立地最高。それ以外はごく普通。部屋は広くない。部屋の清潔感はあまりない。トイレとお風呂は別だがお風呂等水回りの経年劣化がある。宿泊料金が高い場合狭い部屋でいいと思う。無駄に高いお金を払ってもあまり意味がない。インバウンド旅行者は多い、スタッフはそちらに寄せている印象があった。誠意のこもった歓迎ムードなどは皆無。

ホテルの脇の文化通りの治安が悪く、呼び込みやキャッチのお兄さんが、 1階の自動ドア付近寸前まで追いかけられた。嫌な気分になった。

大変満足です。
ロビーが広々としており、7階でしたので、眺めも良かったです。フロントの方も大変丁寧で、気持ちがよかったです。
アメニティもとても充実していて、鹿児島らしいドリンクもあり、楽しめました。
客室も大変清潔で、とても快適でした。
立地も申し分なく、駐車場も広く停めやすかったので、非の打ち所がないですね

대만족입니다. 생일기념으로 간다고 하니 룸에 귀여운 토끼선물도 놓아주시고,
첫인상이 아주 좋았습니다.
그리고 객실도 깨끗하고 깔끔해서 숙박하는 내내 좋았고, 창문을 살짝열수 있어서
답답한거 싫어하시는 분이라면
잘 이용하실수 있을거에요.
욕실상태도 좋아서, 화장실에서 나는
특유의 냄새가 없습니다.
직원들한테 고맙다고 말하고 싶어요.
다음에 간다면 또 이용하고 싶은곳입니다.

商業施設に併設なので、雨が降っても、ほぼ濡れることなく行動できます

部屋の清掃も良く行き届いており、非常に快適でした

眺望は、気にしてないです（苦笑）
よく行く場所なので、今更…って感じです
でも、もう少し高層階だったら、何か違ったかもですね

アイロンとかは、使わないので、よくわかりませんでした（笑）

部屋は綺麗でバス・トイレ別、コインランドリーで洗濯もできて出張にはピッタリなホテルでした。飲食店はたくさんあるので食事にも困りません。

観光客の色んなリクエストを対応されてる様子を見ながらカウンターの順番待ちをしましたが、チェックインとリクエスト対応が分かれていたらなー、とは思いました。

観光でしたらホテルで聞いてみよ！となりますよね。

天文館中心部にある電車道に面した新しい複合施設のホテルで便利で大変きれいで良かったです。
氷を確保する容器が紙コップです。
朝食会場がステーキ鉄板焼きカウンターで少し食べにくかったです。
パンの種類は少なかったのでもう少し種類が欲しいところです。
指定駐車場がやや遠かったです。
全体的にはいいホテルでまた泊まりたいです。

ダイワロイネットさんのPremiorは他でも泊まったことありますが、ここは施設的に広々して綺麗で設備も申し分なかったです。
周辺には夜ごはん行く店も昼に食べれるようなところもたくさんあるし、とても便利でした。

鹿児島最後の夜

ロケーションが非常に良かったです。天文館はもちろん、西郷隆盛像など史跡にも徒歩圏内でした。室内の設備もコンパクトではありますが、TVやドライヤー、アメニティなど良いものが揃っていました。
しいて言うなら、Wi-Fiが少し弱いかも。少し仕事をしたのですがパソコンの速度が少し遅い気がしました。
