The island is smaller than you expect from the pictures and island map and overall it feels outdated. The staff didnt seem very happy, which reflects in the level of service. Im happy we only stayed for three days. Most restaurants have zero ambiance. Only thing top quality and high level of service was the breakfast restaurant female staff (very welcoming) and sea salt restaurant. Quality of food is great in Sea Salt, be sure to book dinner there.

Probably the nicest hotel i’ve ever stayed at and i’ve been nice places!!. It is private, the views are unreal (though it’s closest to main island so you can see it from a very very far distance from one side). the water is CLEAR and the villas are amazing. the staff couldn’t be nicer and more accommodating. the restaurants are unbelievable (especially masala the indian one). the speedboat from the airport was super fast. Everything is spotless and pristine. Felt so luxurious and relaxing . I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had an absolutely brilliant family holiday for a week over New Year! Everything was so easy, with special thanks to our hotel ‘connector’ who organised all of our wishes and was super responsive! No ask was too much. The food options were excellent, hotel comfortable and family friendly…. With something to do for all ages. The staff were some of the friendliest I’ve come across in luxury hotels and paid attention to all the fine details. The New Years Eve gala was quite impressive - the largest spread of all types of food, from grilled lobster, crab and oyster bar, sushi, Indian, freshly made papaya salad to name a few!! The band and fireworks were fantastic and the service was excellent for such a large event. Thank you to all of the staff who made our stay so fabulous and memorable!

There were a few things about the room that I thought could use improvement.
1) This is my biggest complaint. There is a clear glass, almost wall-size window separating bedroom from bathroom. The only privacy is provided by the wooden shutters that can be opened/closed from inside the bedroom. The shower and the toilet are inside glass compartments with no privacy film whatsoever. I personally don't enjoy the fact that whoever is in the bedroom - be it my child, husband, or lover - can randomly open the shutters and see me using the toilet or taking a shower, with no way for me to control that from inside the bathroom.
2) Bedroom floor tiles are way too rough, these tiles are more suited for outside decks. Even the floor in the bathroom is a lot smoother, which makes no sense since there is more water on the floor in the bathroom and more risk of slipping, therefore the floor should be more rough there if anywhere at all.
3) Comforter - way too heavy for this climate. I could not get a good night sleep, I was either too cold if i kicked it off or too hot under it. By comparison, the comforters in Kurumba resort are super light and the bedsheets and pillows are so soft and comfortable, I did not want to get out of bed there. In Sheraton, I couldn't wait to get out of bed.
4) The lotion provided smells terrible, I kept smelling myself thinking this is BO or the smell of old damp clothes - but no, it was the lotion I applied earlier. Please change it for everyone's sake.

The staff, the staff, the staff! Everyone was amazing! This was one of the best vacations that I’ve taken. The 20 hr flight was worth the experience. The staff were so nice, and extremely outgoing. They were always open for conversation, making suggestions, and the chefs even gave me tips on how to prepare fishes that i enjoyed there. My only complaint, that had nothing to do with the staff, was that we adapted to the timezone sooner. That would've allowed for more of an experience.

We stayed at the property for 10 days and it was a wonderful family vacation. The staff are amazing!! Whilst there are many names, it’s a testament to the high quality of service I would like to give a special mention to Mifra (our overall report concierge), Ali at Anchorage Bar, Amrit who is the friendliest and most amazing bartender, Amaan who is a very knowledgeable dive instructor, Maria from the kids club plus numerous others. Our kids had an amazing time with a lot of activities to do on a daily basis and the food is of a very high standard even for ‘global citizens’ like our family. We stayed at the Beach Bunglow with pool which is right on the beach and gives great access to snorkelling and then at the Water Bunglow which has uninterrupted views and gives the deserted island feel of the Maldives vs. periodic views of Male on the other side which was the only downside hut cannot be helped. All in we will gladly return to the resort. Amazing Holiday!!

Resort is really nice. We enjoyed our villa pool and close proximity to the beach. Don't stick close to your room/villa...venture out. The water is prettier near the over water villas. Several restaurants...book reservations early. Our room had an outdoor bathroom...which was awesome except for the humidity. The staff was great. The boat ride to the resort was fun but the cold towels were everything. We also received a welcome drink upon arrival.

Went there on our honeymoon on the all inclusive package.
We stayed in an overwater villa, the resort and the villa were amazing. We had Siraj as our staff looking after the villa- he always had a smile on his face and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
Also had a complimentary massage as it was our honeymoon and complimentary snorkelling gear which was appreciated!

The food and drinks on the whole were great on the AI package- would definitely recommend Banh Thai- the food there was amazing! Lunches at the Kakuni Hut were also great!
Not all drinks were included in the AI packages but still a decent selection of drinks to choose from.
Service on the whole was good apart from our last night at the Anchorage restaurant where service was incredibly slow and impersonal but seems like an isolated event mainly due to one wait staff.

Overall, we had a really nice stay, food and drinks were amazing, staff largely were very hospitable and wanted to ensure you had a good time. Would definitely recommend!

Everywhere in the hotel are clean. Staff are very helpful. I dont know how much they get but they deserve much salary👍they do everything. We stayed 329 everyday the housekeeper did well cleaning service. Breakfast is good but dinner is perfect. Thanks for chef huseyn nice pizzas. On the pool side there is slippery floors which are shown deep of the water. It has change because some kids can fall easily🙏 i cant explain the sea it is like a heaven. Just enjoy we are looking forward to come again. Thank you

The property is very convenient from transportation perspective. Food was amazing, there were lots of of options in the buffet breakfast and dinner (we opted for half board option). The staffs are the best, Sheraton also connected us with who could speak our mother tongue (Jamal and Abdul). Both of them took care of all of our needs. Infact all the staffs were really good. I stayed in the bungalow duplex overlooking garden and sea and later moved to the water bungalow and loved both - the furnishings a quite dated, but very well kept!

The best is the island was simply fantastic - allowed me to find quiet solitary space --- the staff were simply respectful, welcoming and very divine. I loved the restaurant staff at Chopstix and Baan Thai (of course al the Masala Hut) - but I kept on returning to Chopstix and Baan - the ladies took care of me. My concierge lady was fabulous - and the guys at the Beach hut with bbq fish day was fabulous also.

Thank you so much ladies and gentlemen for the lovely stay - BTW - I loved the outdoor gym and Kayaking in the morning or late afternoon -- I actually got so much in shape and lost weight even if I ate a lot --- lotsa physical activities made for a perfect: Eat, Pray Love and Workout Christmas Holiday!

We had the most amazing time on our stay here. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left, the staff were incredible. So welcoming and friendly, we couldn’t fault the service at all. Outstanding customer service. Have never experienced such hospitality anywhere. The staff are genuine nice and caring. Went with my family with two young ones and they had an absolute blast. Made so many friends with staff who gave my four year old gifts, leaving cards and even decorated a dinner table with thank you on our last night there. Really felt like family and we were sad to be leaving. Excellent food with many times chefs coming around to ask how the food was and if we needed anything special to be made for the kids we should just ask. Just incredible. Any request we made was fulfilled. At 9pm one night our son wet the bed - called room service and they had it cleaned at that time. Thanks to the entire staff for an experience of a lifetime.

The food was very good with an equally good diversity of styles. The staff were ultra friendly and polite. The service was a bit laid back but after two days relaxing there we didn't notice it. The only disappointment (not the Resorts fault) was the very poor quality of the coral, even on the safari we went on. Resulting in below average snorkeling.

We checked in here after cancelling our booking mid-stay at a nearby resort, we should just booked here at the start.

Clean spacious room with a pool and ocean view.

The resort perfectly blends activities for the family, couple and single traveller with ease.

Selected the all inclusive package again, which is great value for money and has very few restrictions, unlike other resorts in the areas, which offer very poor AI packages with limited food and basic drinks. Food is so fresh and you will not run out of choices, chefs are attentive especially, if like me you have food restrictions.

Could not recommend more.

It's not the first time I have visited and it wont be the last.

The staff, from Moideen at the breakfast counter to Tamil Selvan grilling fish, Mohan at the hot counter, and the ever-watchful restaurant supervisor Lakshmi, The sous Chef Rashid, exuded a genuine care that made us feel at home. The names on the staff roster were not mere titles; they were friends and companions on our journey.Behind each smile, we discovered stories of sacrifice and dedication, Leaving families behind, the staff showcased unwavering professionalism, warmth,and a commitment to excellence.

Good location, not too far from Airport island. It has all facilities: Private beach, water sport, swimming pool, bar, restaurants etc

Great place to travel with kids. I wish I would have snorkeled. Could not find a proper time to go snorkeling because they only have certain times, and I was not aware you could private snorkeling so missed out on this opportunity. They also cancelled my tour of the dolphins without informing me and I was leaving the next day so was left without doing many water activities. The places is great and a wonderful place for kids but they need to do better with the organization of events. It also rained for the Christmas dinner and there was no plan b. They took us to the breakfast area and the live band left. We paid $255 per person. The next day there was a barbecue on another island and there were not enough umbrellas. Everyone was cooked.

Definitely a place to stay if you have children. They have a lot of activities for kids.
