I'd say the beds were the worst beds I've ever slept in but I wasn't able to sleep because of how firm they were (literally as hard as the ground) this experience ruined my whole trip. The Hotel was clean but definately needs some updates. The pillows were small and thin. I wouldn't reccomend this place unless you like extremely firm beds. The breakfast was good, the sweet bread was delicious and the coffee was excellent, and the staff was super friendly.

The location of the hotel was great. Activities on the square were great! Service was terrific. There could be some improvements, such as: providing more towels as well as hand towels, change up the breakfast offering periodically, provide a wrench for the gym weights or get a spring to hold the weights on, provide an exercise mat.

Me encantó la opción de desayuno incluido, con fácil acceso al centro de la ciudad a la puerta del hotel, la cama riquísima junto con almohadas y sábanas. El cuarto muy bonito, con las mejores vistas hacia la plaza de armas, museos muy cerca y áreas de interés cultural. El personal de lo mejor y muy serviciales, no tiene caja de seguridad, pero las amenidades tan variadas compensaron ese pequeño detalle.

El desayuno era lo mínimo para un hotel, eso sí, encontrar mesa es imposible y hasta tienen que traer mesas del exterior para medio completar un par de clientes más, pero todo horrible, el servicio del personal era lo mínimo en un hotel, no groseros pero ni el buenos días o buenas noches te regresan. Solo tiene un elevador de baja capacidad que, aunque fácilmente 3 personas con sobrepeso moderado (nada mórbido ni exagerado) y sobraba un poco de espacio, se sentía claustrofóbico y a veces se tenía que esperar tanto que bajar las escaleras era más fiable. El pasillo del hotel a mi parecer daba un aspecto pasado de moda y tétrico pero personalmente creo que le quedaba bien, algo vintage. La habitación era un poco pequeña pero nada diferente a hoteles de poca estancia, el baño era horrible con miles de detalles y que no nos los hayan mencionado me pareció horrible porque o lo desconocían o no les importa. En ambos casos es imperdonable.

Habitación impregnada a humedad, clima al entrar y apagarse el compresor sonaban todas las láminas de los ductos en el techo. Terminé con ronchas en ambas piernas por ácaros en la cama y sábanas. El baño con cabellos, la TV la tenían sin conectar.
