Absolutely terrible. Expedia and the hotel do not communicate and give you the run around. The hotel tells Expedia there is no more vacancy but is willing to give us a room if we cancel with Expedia. This is absolutely unacceptable. After an hour of playing cat and mouse with the hotel and expedia, they sent us to another hotel down the street. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I arrived late with my reservation. The rude, unprofessional woman at the desk did not greet me. She did not say hello, she tried to find a way to keep me from checking in and consulted with the manager. I am n American and I felt like she wanted me to be inconvienced as possible. After she resigned to the fact that I was staying I was given a room. She did not tell me about the pool, restaurant or any of the amenities. After checking in I stepped out side for a minute and I saw that she allowed an obvious prostitute enter with an awaiting guest. She smiled at the two of them as they went to his room. So I am angry that she treats US citizens rudely and the sex trade cordially. The priorities here are wrong.

Big room, long entry hallway, tiled room always a plus for me, furniture not luxurious but clean and in good shape. This has been the best out of the less expensive hotels I have tried in Tampico. Definitely will come back here for overnight stay. For longer stays I prefer hotel with bigger pool and gym. Cozy little restaurant with good food at reasonable prices and very nice continental breakfast included in room rate.

The hotel offered exactly what it advertised. Our sofa bed was broken and very uncomfortable, but our 10 year old just slept sideways and didn't complain. It was too cold to use the pool, but it was beautiful and well kept; a hot tub would have been nice. Although we don't speak Spanish and none of the staff speak English, everyone was friendly and kind.

it was nice, but rules are dumb
it was nice to stay there, the kids loved the pool. the only thing i didnt like is the fact of the charges to make calls from the room to a restaurant to do some delivery, they charge to call out. i guess is mexico and what can you expect but when you travel international and phone doesnt work there, it makes it hard. also they will not let my dad or my brother or my friends to come up into the room to visit me and to help to pack or unpack or anything. i found that kind of ridiculous

Nice and clean; central to main áreas of shopping, movies, resturants and transportation. No shuttle service from airport to hotel. Bed are a bit hard but satisfactory. Cleaning staff 'insist' on servicing your room everyday and will disturb you \"even with a 'do not disturb' sign on the door. That only keeps the help from knocking on your room door, but they will get the Hotel Manager to call you to ask when can the cleaning staff get into your room to service it. Bad when your function is at night and you sleep during the day. Besides that everything else was great. Business Room is actually in the lobby so don't look for privacy. Breakfast is continental of cerial, coffee, juice, fruit (only 2 types and usually a wáter melón type). toast and pastery. Overall I would recommend staying it's worth the Price.

Good for the price, choose away from road!
Great little hotel for the price stayed the first time on the 1st floor by the main road.....if they put you in one of these 4 rooms ask to switch, the noise from the road is incredibly loud and they have like probably 3o or so other rooms away from the road! Our 2nd time there we stayed in the other rooms back away from the road and even the air conditioner was better! Pool is small but every relaxing and parking was descent if you have a rental, little local taco stands and KFC right next to hotel if you don't want to eat at the hotel! :-)

The only thing i didnt like was how breakfast was given by people staying in the hotel and not by how many people can stay in a hotel had family member who just bought flight staying with us and they sisnt get to enjoy the breakfast, also our reatroom would always get clogged up we literally had to call the maintenance to come fix it 1-3 times a day, they cane pretty quick which was awesome but wasnt something nice to have to deal with tht daily

Great Hotel to stay at, arrived early and they allowed me to check in early, busy area but no noise problem. Room was in the back of the hotel so the view was parking lot and back of KFC Restr. Room was stuffy going in, but cleared up once the air was turned on. 2 beds, desk, dresser, small flat screen, no micro or frig, room did have a room safe!!! Beds were hard, but acceptable, slept good. Hotel has pool, business center is in lobby. Breakfast is okay, but if you want eggs, sausage and pancakes go out. Parking is good, but tight might want to go to second level and walk down. This is Ice Machine and Water, plus 2 water bottles, only 2 bath towels so don't leave towels at the pool. Staff is friendly and will help. If you put your DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door the staff will call your room, so take the phone off the hook if you don't want to be disturb otherwise, they just won't knock on your door. 1st time staying and it was great, I would stay again.

A quiet paradise in middle of the noise.
When I saw the hotel in middle of a busy street and traffic I thought oh no we made a mistake but as I soon we enter the reception area it was pleasant, the staff was very friendly and helpful and when we went to our room upstairs it was clean, good size bathroom and comfy beads. The pleasant surprise it was quiet no noise from the busy street. When I looked outside the window below our room I saw the pool in middle of a tropical garden and many trees. just beautiful paradise. We have a wonderful time.

La habitación está bien, se veía limpia, solo que el clima, cuando lo encendimos olía un poco a humedad, pero de ahí en fuera todo muy bien, el desayuno está muy rico y completo, las señoras que están al servicio del bufet son muy amables igual que las chicas de recepción, en uno de los pisos hay una máquina de hielo, en lo personal nos gustó, solo estuvimos una noche. Tienen un centro comercial muy cerca, nosotros fuimos caminando, hay farmacias y Oxxo cerca.
