I loved everything about this hotel, the staff were just too nice respectful and helped with everything. The hotel.was cery clean and beautiful. You can see the sunset from the hotel restaurant the beach is right in front. Thank you very much for a memorable stay.

Great, large room. Spa bath and tv not working , so offered another room but this didnt worry us. The door to large balcony very hard to open and close but was told the hotel was to under go renovations. Nice pool area.

Location is on the quieter end of Sihanoukville. Beach is right opposite and there are lots of food stalls around to try local Cambodian food. There are restaurants within walking distance with Western options.
If you're looking for a supermarket or market, you'll have to go into town.
Staff were super friendly. They overheard that it was my birthday and had a surprise gift for me.
We had a wonderful relaxing time.

The room was good, exactly what was published in website. Only feedback is the breakfast which needs improvement. Portion can be bigger, and quality is lacking. Egg Fritatta came out as fried egg style which you should not call a Fritatta, poached eggs in eggs benedict was overcooked. Took long when many people went for breakfast at same time and start time is late at 7.30am.

I must say the hotel is doing everything best they can in this COVID time with now travelers,
Sihanoukville is dead city today with all thing Chinese construction hence if you ever land up staying here this is your place only ,
We book a standard room but at the hotel we has for upgrade and Paulina the hotel manager was quite prominently helps us out on our other needs, the staff is extremely helpful and go extra miles to make sure you get the best ,
Restaurant has great views with excellent food options,
Rooms are big and brightly lit with claim decor,

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I went for five days and looking at the state of the roads in Sihanoukville decided to stay put in the hotel which was a blessing in disguise. I had all my meals at Duo restaurant and they made them exceptionally well taking into consideration I am vegan. My room 22 was so pretty that opened up to the amazing pool and I got room service (free of charge a few times too)

The staff was really professional yet friendly from Polina to Galina and waiters such as Narad. Thank you so much from London. If ever back in Sihanoukville I will be sure to come back there.

The journey from the Royal Sand pier to the hotel was uncomfortable as the road conditions were bad due to the massive construction works along the way to the hotel. Sadly because of the constructions surrounding the hotel, the property was not as what we pictured. But its not because of the hotel’s fault as this was beyond their control. A little bit disappointed as the pool was under maintenance during our stay and we couldn’t enjoy the beach because of the rainy season. Maybe after the construction works surrounding the hotel completed, we might consider staying at the hotel again.

Be careful!!! It is no longer like in the photos.

The staff was nice but the entire hotel was NOTHING like in the photos. EVERYTHING is decaying. Especially the beach area. Just walking in to the hotel and seeing the walls all stained, the floors consumed. It immediately gave us a bad impression. We paid for the honeymoon suite. Waste of money. Everything was dirty, filled with dust everywhere, the glass slidding doors all greasy. Here are the photos. I called the staff to please clean it and they were kind and did so but this already gave a bad impression. Not worth the cost. If I was paying €60 a night, I wouldn’t complain but paying around €150.....this is not worth it. At all.

We had made contact with the hotel a few days before to arrange to be met from the airport. I messaged several times but did not hear back. On arrival at Sihanoukville airport we were not met. I then struggled to contact the hotel. Airport information staff also tried phoning the hotel using the number of the website and Expedia. They could not get an answer either.
On arrival at the hotel there was no one on reception for sometime.
I have rated staff as ok, but have to say the staff in Duo restaurant were incredibly friendly and the food excellent.
We stayed one night during very bad storms and severe flooding. The restaurant became our sanctuary as there was nothing else we could do.
It is hard to rate the hotel overall because our experience may have been very different if the weather hadn’t been so bad. Taxi arranged for the next day arrived punctually.

Poor location

There was construction happening everywhere surrounding the hotel which was a huge shock to us! I think if the hotel has warned us beforehand, we will think about it twice. Location is way too far from anywhere and it would take up to an hour to find another restaurant due to traffic in the area.

On the bright side, hotel restaurant was nice and the beach was nice too.

But we won't return to this hotel until the entire area is done up.

The White Boutique is a lovely little hotel in the Otres 2 beach area outside of Sihanoukville. The rooms were good, we stayed in the Junior Suit, which was very spacious and had a nice balcony overlooking the swimming pool. There are also rooms that open out onto the side of the pool as well. There is a small restaurant, and this serves breakfast and lunch and dinner options with a range of food styles to provide for a range of tastes. The area in itelf was quieter and away from the hustle and bustle of the main city. There is also a nice beach area with various sun loungers and seats where you can sun bathe or sit in the shade. There was also some nice touchs such as the free massage and cocktails. Beakfast was nice with a buffet of cerial and fruit and options for cooked breakfast also. Food and drink good value, and staff were nice and able to sort out various things like trips and private car back to Phnom Penh. Of the hotels in this area, I would recommend this as one of the best there.

The property current sits on a Construction site, there is a massive amount of new build construction going on around and in this location

When we arrived, we could not get to the hotel as a trench was being dug on the access road, we had a 4 wheel drive and managed to get passed

Very nice staff, great food, clean and spacious rooms and splendid see access The hotel is clean and modern, very comfortable room. Right in front of the hotel is a small but quiet and clean beach. The sunset was amazing and we had a pleasant stay there. The breakfast was delicious and every order came just as requested. Have gym! Highly recommend this hotel.

We upgrade our Standard room to the Superior double room, it was large, clean and comfy. The beds and bedding were soft and comfy, everything looks brand new.
The reception asked us if we wanted to see the upgraded rooms they had available, so we had a look around. I fully recommende if you can afford.

The breakfast was nice, freshly cooked to order and the fresh fruit smoothie was a great addition breakfast :)
The waiters are so friendly, always smiling and giving advice on trips and places to go.
The beach and views are something special. Overall we got lovely time here and would highly recommend this hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our all to brief stay at the White Boutique Hotel. Fabulous staff - friendly and helpful. Room spacious and comfortable, breakfast is fresh, delicious and included complimentary Prosecco. And they have outdoor beach cinema every Tuesdays and Thursdays and live music every Saturday. We will return for sure.

We stayed 5 nights at The White Boutique after a busy two week tour of Cambodia. We loved it. It was comfortable with a lovely pool and great beach facilities. Breakfast was excellent. To top it all the staff were all fantastic. I misplaced my phone and they were so helpful working out where I had left it.
Only problem was we didn't stay longer as we do want to return!

Some of the staff lacked training in customer service. EG when we arrived after a long flight,we were met with a sign at reception with a sign saying back in 15 minutes!
Not a great start, and we wernt allowed to check in our rooms until 2pm , even though we suspected they were ready as 3 couples all seemed to be able to check in exactly 2pm.
I asked the guy in restaurant for an iron and coffee as they hadn't left any when room was cleaned, he said go see reception, as we were going out I asked if he could ask for me, this request never happened. Some staff were good but after visiting Siem Reap there is an obvious difference in experience and quality .

The staff at reception were very disorganised and didn't speak very good English. They lost one of my bags at checkin and then after lots of panic eventually found it. They also booked me into a massage slot which was already booked. On top of this I got ill whilst I was here and I think it was either the fruit juices or fruit at breakfast. Additionally the drains in the bathroom stunk.

The location however is fantastic and the free yoga in the morning is a lovely touch.

Great hotel - beautifully maintained

Lovely hotel right on beach with super friendly staff. Very well appointed rooms and gorgeous bed linen and big comfy beds. Small buffet breakfast and a la carte which is of a high standard. Gorgeous pool and beach area too.

Horrible experience

During my stay I was severely mistreated by a member of the hotel staff who yelled at me whilst removing dirt and sand from myself and a rented scooter. I reported it to the owner who offered me a 10% discount (equivalent to $15 USD off) for my next visit. I don't know what was more offensive: being yelled at for doing nothing wrong or being offered $15 in savings for it. I saved up big time visit this place and am extremely disappointed in how I, as a guest, was treated at this hotel.

White Boutique is a nice place. The rooms, general areas, pool and premises in general have been nicely decorated and are chic and pleasing. Staff is friendly, almost overly chatty. The beach is absolutely stunning and the hotels private section is perfectly cleaned each morning and the lounge areas and sun chairs look very nice. Its definitely the nicest place on Otres 2.
The restaurant has some very good dishes. Like the taco ceviche. Other dishes are ok but not great. Again, the White Boutique has the most elegant and chic restaurant on the beach but not the best food.
The breakfast is a bit boring, buffet could be better.
Be warned, by 2021 or 2022 the 110.000 beds being constructed about 500 meters inland by a Chinese group will be finished and the beach will be a goner. Until then, hurry here!

I love my room near the pool but the toilet smell from internal sewage problem, the salad snd Asian noodle was not good. Not khmer taste, terrible taste, breakfast was so so.

Need to improve food quality and toilet internal smell.

Really nice hotel, beautiful pool and nice bar area. Seemed to be one of the nicer ones in the area. Some of the reception staff didn't seem very knowledgeable of tourist activities and didn't offer much help when inquiring about booking day trips. But overall an enjoyable stay.

Modern, stylish boutique hotel on Otres 2. Room was good but unfortunately had patio doors facing the pool which meant curtains had to be closed all day. Breakfast menu options good, however the 'mini buffet' was pitiful. Just toast, hard boiled eggs and a very small selection of fruit.

New boutique hotel on a terrific white sand beach and huge pillows and totaly new sunbeds. Staff most professional and friendly.
Rooms clean and comfortable overlooking a sparkling clear pool fro natural stone. Meals very fresh and tasty. The biggest list of breakfast which I ever saw. Benedict is my favorite. Special thanks for the chef Mr. K for his amazing food. He worked before at the Four Seasons and he know how to make you happy :). Quiet location and rates fair and good value

Far from downtown, but very quite

We came back from Koh Rong before we checked in. From the harbour to the hotel takes about 20-30min by tuk-tuk. The location is on a new developing beach. We almost despaired during the way. There was nothing but cows, dogs, dirt, and farms you can see. Finally, the tuk-tuk driver took us to a small village on the beach (5$). The hotel is the best one in surrounding. The equipments and services in the hotel were excellent. Very few options of restaurants to choose around nearby. Great view from the beach side. Since we came back from Koh Rong, we were not interested to swim here anymore. Lovely pool of course.
So It's a nice hotel with beach view. The beach is under developing. Very quiet. Just too far away from the downtown.

Fantastic beachside hotel

I stayed at this hotel in June 2016, it's only about 6 months old so everything is brand new and clean. It's decorated really tastefully and the beds and sofas are hugely comfortable.

The sea is just across a small dirt road and the hotel has its own semi private section of the beach.

The hotel staff were wonderful, the two Russian bar men were cheery in the mornings, the reception staff welcoming and the restaurant staff always polite.

All round a really excellent hotel. Definitely recommend to anyone staying in Otres 2.

Ce qui m’a déplu c est qu il y a un énorme chantier autour de l établissement et qu il devrait être fermé jusqu à la fin de ses travaux car on peux se détendre quand la plage est détruite et autour d engins les chambres sont nettoyés au minimum la saleté est présente dans la salle de bain et un peu partout manque d entretien en général

Greit hotell for en natt

Fint hotell ved Otres beach. Men stranden var ikke mye å skryte av, og har nok sett bedre dager.
Vi ble oppgradert til et stort rom med stue, kjøkken og eget soverom. Fint og nytt, men det luktet veldig røyk på soverommet, og generelt litt dårlig renhold på rommet med flekker på sofa og skittent bad. Greit for en overnatting, men ikke noe mer enn det, dessverre.

Alueena Otres 2 on täysin keskeneräinen, roskainen ja täynnä rakennustyömaita. Jos kuitenkin päätät tulla tänne, on tämä hotelli kohtalainen vaihtoehto. Tilat ovat suhteellisen siistit, henkilökunta ystävällistä, ravintolasta saa hyvää ruokaa ja tiloissa on myös pieni gym sadepäivien iloksi. Parannettavaa on vielä rannan siisteyden ylläpidossa ja retkien ja palveluiden tarjoamisessa.
