The fishing was great here with either the gulf, intercostal, and stump pass all within walking distance. With a restaurant right on site there was no reason to have to leave.

Parking is limited so remember to read the parking rules prior to arrival and if you have a large vehicle or more than one I recommend you call ahead. Also, I would call ahead about check in/arrival. You may be able to get checked in a little earlier

The resort itself is super cute and boutique style. We loved our 2 bedroom oceanfront vacation rental. The resort offers free use of beach chairs, umbrellas, and kayaks. There is a limited menu food option onsite and a store for items. The beach bar was a nice to have. Overall we enjoyed our week here and would recommend.

From check in to check out, the staff was amazing and went above and beyond for us every step of the way. Proximity to the beach and availability of chairs, cabanas, etc was excellent. Bummer that tv didn’t stream for night time movies but hey we were at the beach. Would’ve appreciated one kitchen towel to reduce paper towel use but we used a hand towel no problem. All in all, relaxing and fully enjoyable! Would recommend to all

Such an incredible stay!! Our two bedroom hotel room that was Gulfront was amazing! Literally steps to the beach. So many outdoor activities to do! chairs, boogie boards, bikes, kayaks are all included for use in the stay! The room itself was perfect- everything in working order. Beds comfortable, enough towels. Can’t wait to go back. A perfect relaxing family vacation.

If you want a quiet place to enjoy the beach or kayak away from the crowds I would definitely recommend the Manasota Key resort. Staff were all very helpful as well.

We were in an upper level 2 bdrm and we loved our place. Bldg 17 was overlooking the bay and had a large dock to walk out on. We watched dolphins swim by our dock; we loved the heated pool for evening swims, and there were plenty of chairs for the guests on the beach. Beautiful restaurant w/ a fire ring for cozy evenings. Kayaks and bike rentals for free was a bonus. Super friendly staff. We’ll be back.

We enjoyed our time at Manasota Key Resort. From walking the beach, sitting on our deck watching the sunset, kayaking, paddle boarding, pickle ball, biking, this resort had everything we wanted. Looking forward to coming back.

Very nice, at the end of the island, quiet but close to restaurants and bars. Right in the gulf beach. Very clean and well kept and everyone was very helpful and friendly.

we had booked a condo facing the beach. it was quite dirty when we arrived. We were given the option of a three bedroom house. it was fine and we enjoyed the fire pit; but were disappointed that it was on the bay and not the beach.Alll staff were very accommodating.
