Value of Stay.

Great stuff. Front desk was very helpful and polite. Room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was included with limited selections. But very tasty. Plenty of shops nearby. Great location, away from the main street noises. Walking distance to many restaurants. Hotel is located at District 5, a 10mins hop away to District 1.

They were very friendly and the place is clean. we stayed there for 2 weeks. Decent breakfast included with a nice cup of iced coffee. The staff were absolutely fantastic. Pricing overall was affordable as well, the room we got was spacious. Steady wifi connection throughout.

Been to HCM many times and stayed at different locations.

This is located at a good place.

But had a terrible experience in this hotel.
On the 2nd last day and the cleaning lady took some cash from my personal bag while I was out for lunch.
She even had the audacity to swap a broken note (which was unusable) with a good one from my bag.

I would avoid this hotel in the future.

The property and the hotel is very good, but the reservation booking with Expedia was for 4 people withVIP and confirmed, by the time check-in at Signature Boutiqye, tgey only shown for three people instrad of 4 people. Finally, the Signature Boutique let us stayed for 4 without EXTRA charge, which are very nice from Signaturr Boutique.

Interesting design

Hotel is located at a convenient , shopping are in an alley way. Room is dirty and poorly ventilated, carpet and bathroom need a good cleaning, moles noted at the ceiling of the bathroom, a shade needs to be drawn every times when using the bathroon due to the design of the bathroom, it is quite inconveninent .staffs are friendly and very helpful.

The carpet and the bathroom is dirty, it needs a good cleaning, moles noted in the shower. Everybody there was so incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. We were always greeted before we left and as we returned. The hotel at first glance is a bit deceiving since it is located in an alley, but once you step inside our room was absolutely gorgeous and spacious. The hotel is right in the middle of Chinatown and at night all the vendors and street food stalls are set up all around. Our room was very quiet even with all the hustle and bustle of the city.

Value-for-money away from tourist traps

Signature Boutique Hotel is great value for money. The room is cozy and chic, without feeling claustrophobic.

The included breakfasts were superb.

The hotel staff were friendly and attentive.

The location is in the less touristy District 5, but within walking distance to restaurants in touristy District 1. Great location if you want to get feel of Saigon without the tourist traps.

Good hotel, poor location!

The stay was above average. However, depending on the staff member on the day, communication was very difficult. However, I appreciate English isn't their first language. As for the room, it was only smaller than what we thought, but very clean and boutique, as advertised. The free breakfast advertised is seriously overrated. The location, is a little ways out. So, you're subject to inflated and dodgy taxi fares between the hotel and the city.

Best launch point in Saigon.

Located in the middle of all the best districts, Signature Boutique is a gem among gems. The perfect local to quickly and easily get to D1, D2, D7 &D10 (Saigons finest Districts)! Jolie & her staff, Long, Q, Wang & Daniel are amazing. The words safe, clean, convenient, friendly, & high tech don't begin to describe this treasure. I'm not sure how Jolie's place got below 4.5 stars to be honest, angry chinamen is my guess. Look no further, do yourself a favor & book now!

Our stay was excellent. Service from front desk to the cook to the security is commendable. They are very client-centered and very helpful. It is unusually that we look forward to hotel breakfast when we are traveling. Here at Signature Boutique, we found ourselves looking forward to breakfast every morning. They have definitely provided good service to differentiate themselves from other 3 stars hotel in that area.

Stayed in High Tech Studio room for 3 nights
1)Room real small with limited space
2)The only natural light is from the 2 doors at the corner of the room (not sure what are the doors for since is locked and there is stairs outside)
3)The toilet may be romantic for some but not for me because of the see through and very unpleasant if you are doing your business and someone else is in the room too.
4)The sliding door between the toilet and shower is dangerous as you can easily knock yourself on it
5)Bed is too soft and shake whenever your partner move during bed time
6)Breakfast limited choice
7)Overall slightly below average but can do if you are on a budget

1)Carpet is a bit sticky if you walk bare footed
2)While some may find the see thru toilet romantic I do not think so especially is very easy to bang yourself against the sliding glass door
3)Shower head is too low for height level usage, other option if you want water at height level is the \"rain\" shower
4)While you can request for multiple serving of breakfast option is limited and they do not have butter spread for the bread
5)Bed too soft and when your partner move you can feel it even if your are asleep
6)Hi Tech is the biggest among the 3 types of room but still too small for comfort

Friendly staffs. Well maintained room.

The ability to communicate with the locals is my top priority in a foreign country. Staying in this hotel will eliminate that fear. Their friendly staffs speak English reasonably well. Despite being a small hotel, its maintenance and cleanliness is comparable to those of 4-star.
I'll definitely stay in Signature Boutique Hotel when I return to HCMC in a few months' time.

For some the hotel is great for others not. It really depends.

Pros: Its the most luxurious room I have had for this price. The room is modern and also cozy. Not huge but spacious. Very comfortable bed. Including all amenities needed. The bathroom and shower, clean, cool and modern. Huge windows but great curtains that don't let light through. I stayed on the 1st floor (above lobby) and it was surprisingly nice quiet in the room.
Its only 10-15 minutes to the city centre by car, easy to get a taxi, mototaxi or you can even walk.
The main street outside seems to be a big shopping street, lots of mostly cheap clothing stores. A simple breakfast is included and you can also order room service. Once I asked them to buy me some water and they just charged me the store price. There is a computer station to use but slow internet.
The staff at the hotel are very nice and helpful.

Cons.
Its not far from city centre but if its your first time to Saigon, you may feel a bit lost because its not right in the centre. It is not in a tourist hotel area, the location is in a side ally, you need to know where you are. The shopping street outside can be crazy sometimes with so so many people and scooters. Normal view from window, nothing nice or special. Wifi was ok but not great.

After I stayed one night in a bigger room with a fantastic 3DTV monitor and a Bose audio speakers, I moved to another room without those fantastic facilities. The room was quiet, but there is no window to llok outside. This hotel has a waiting room in the M level. We can use the internet in the waiting room.

Hotel clsoe to HCMUS

This hotel is located very close to Ho Chi Minh University of Science (HCMUS), about 10 minutes on foot. It was a little bit difficult to find this hotel because it is not on the street, but it is inside a small brance road. The room I stayed there was well-equipped with a 3DTV display monitor and a good audio system. It was fantastic to watch 3D movie with surrounding sounds. However, only few rooms have these facilities.

Value boutique hotel in Chinatown

Most staff could speak English and very friendly. Not all of them seem knowledgeable about where to get some of my items that I wanted to buy.

The rooms are spacious enough with lovely Deco. The see through bathroom was sexy. There were many channels to choose and they even had a keyboard which unfortunately I couldn't figure out how to switch the TV to PC mode for surfing.

I didn't quite like standard of hygiene as the toiletries seem to be stored for some time or reused, eg. The toothpaste tubes were of different brands, there were slight discolouration at the bottom of the shampoo bottle, the plastic wrapping the slippers seem dirty with hairs and the slippers were a little stained.

Breakfast was quite pathetic with just a few set options to choose. But it was easy to find food around the area.

Overall it was still a good value boutique hotel.

Small hotel in the wrong part of town.

The hotel itself is OK for the price, but it is positioned just off an extremely busy road.. so busy that it's difficult to walk next to or cross safely. Also, the area has very few places for lunch or dinner. There are the usual street food stalls, but they are for locals and almost no non-Vietnamese can be seen around, so if you don't speak Vietnamese, it's hard to buy anything. Most of the tourist activity takes place in District 1, which takes about 30-40 minutes to walk to from the hotel, along a dangerous and very polluted road. If you are a back-packer I'd advise seeking out a more conventional hostel on Pham Ngu Lao road, opposite the park. Or, if you are looking for a regular hotel near the centre, there are plenty of standard hotels near to Dong Khoi road.

Pros: Very helpful front desk staff.
Cons: 1.Do not use hotel shower gel, shampoo gel, and conditioner. Hotel refilled their gel bottles with left over gel from previous guests. I accidentally opened the cabinet under the sink, and I saw a few half full gel bottles in the cabinet. I inspected the provided gel bottles, and I saw different color residue was on the bottle opening.
2. \"Do Not Disturb\" sign was not respected by staff.
3. The room is run down and small.
Before I stayed at this hotel, I stayed in District 1 for a much better hotel for the same price.

I recently stayed at the Signature Boutique hotel in Ho Chi Minh city from the 22-24th on August. My experience was less than desirable as the hotel comprises of 5 levels, 4 levels of rooms and the 5th level is a make shift dining area / night club / bar / coffee lounge. One thing they dont mention on the website is that the 5th floor turns into a high energy/hardcore dance night club on weekends which reverberates all the way through to level 1. We were firstly allocated a room on level 4 which may as well have been in the night club. After several complaints about the volume of noise nothing changed, though it did finish around 11-1145pm. On the sunday night we were moved to level 2, which was better but you could still hear the base coming from stereo system. It was however a larger room with better facilities ie bose sound system larger TV etc. One other major inconvenience was the inability of the night staff to speak english, this made any form of communication frustrating, though the day staff were much easy to communicate with. Overall i would not stay at this hotel again as there were more pros than cons. Especially not being able to go to sleep before 12am after a long day of sight seeing. I guess you get what you pay for.

Sweet little hotel with very attentive staff. Breakfast was great and the location is perfect for exploring Saigon. It is not in the tourist district but you get a feel of how the locals live. Amazing and cheap shopping on the main street and if you want authentic Vietnamese food, get up early and take a step outside the hotel for a plethora of options!

Small but does the job!

The hotel looks modern and the bathroom was clean. Room is a lot smaller then the pictures.
Breakfast was ok, but you only get a choice of one item and a drink. The hotel was located in a ally way therefore more harder to find.
I have two negative feedbacks: 1) walls are not well installated, therefore you can hear everything!
2) the TV channels given were not clear, like watching a snowstorm!
Overall I did enjoy my stay there.

Very small nice hotel

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Staff is extrememly friendly and helpful. They even allowed us for late check out without additional charge. I strongly recommend this hotel. There are plenty of shops and restaurants near by. In addition, they have contracts with taxi which is good. Only costs about $8 to $9 dollars to the airport depends on the traffic.

Stylish modern boutique hotel in heart of Cholon

This boutique hotel has a very few but well-appointed and hi-tech rooms. Located just off the main thoroughfare (the usual side street alley so typical of Sai Gon) in the centre of D5 so lively and bustling Cholon. Because of its appeal to nouveau-riche and veneered glitterati, I can endearingly see why it is a favourite of the young and affluent Asians rather than their Western counterpart. The room service and staff are very well-mannered, polite, and helpful to the extreme. The restaurant/nightclub on the 5th floor is all glass windows and provides a nice view over the neighbourhood, but unfortunately may not be able to provide the best \"continental\" breakfast. On the other hand the traditional vietnamese breakfast there is as good as some of the best street vendors down below. The rooms closer to the top floor will evidently be noisier on a Saturday night; the rooms on the alley side suffer from the neighbour's dog and coq antics, but I found this to be charming local folklore. Close to the Signature Boutique, across the main road is a wonderful coffee shop, a further up and down, a billiard hall with cheap ice cold saigon beer and friendly locals, an excellent bakery, an awesome barber/hairdresser/beautician, a 24hr convenience store; and further away on the same main road, or just about, the Cholon market and the usual (but beautiful) Pagodas.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The hotel is a hidden gem within Ho Chi Minh city. It is modern and the staff are extremely nice and went out of their way to assist us. They didn't expect tips as many other hotel staff do, but were happy to help. The bathroom is great with a nice shower. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Someone's doing well...

First things first, the Signature's a wee way out of town (District 5 to be precise) and, whilst it certainly ain't in the most salubrious of districts, its location is perfectly safe and undoubtedly 'real' HCMC. We walked into/out of the centre on many occasions and never felt in any danger whatsoever, quite the opposite in fact. The hotel really, really tries, and for the large part, succeeds. For the price you're going to pay, the rooms are perfectly up-to-the-mark in terms of comfort, cleanliness and composure. The staff are great and no request appears too daunting, even if some are a little lost in translation. My only reticence in awarding top marks is two-fold: the breakfast is great but why only one drink (oh, for the cost of a shoe, so to speak) and if you're at the front of the hotel then you're going to find out the hard way that one of the neighbours keeps chickens...and a cockerel. At 5.15am. Oh, and the brand new cream Bentley outside? Yep, that's the boss's, so someone's doing well...so give us two drinks at breakfast!

It is located not in the center but district 5; the location on the map is wrong (the street name is slightly written different)!
The room doesn’t have 30 sqm, but 12!
No other than a small; window to the elevator shaft – guest, using the elevator can see into your room, but no day light all day!
The breakfast is no buffet, but one plate each person.
The restaurant is not air-conditioned. 3 side window front - you can take a shower after breakfast again, cause you sweat so much.

Expedia, please act and blacklist!
