Solid Property With A Couple Drawbacks

This hotel was very well managed and clean. I was especially impressed by their excellent breakfast buffet. However, I could hear the road noise outside until about midnight, and the bed could be more comfortable. Other than that, it is a solid hotel.

PRO's:
- Clean and nice rooms
- Very friendly and helpful staff
- Inter-connecting room was great for our family
- Excellent breakfast buffet included, with a wide variety of both western and Chinese dishes. Everything was delicious.

CON's:
- Bed was not very comfortable
- Road noise outside was audible until about midnight

A very nice hotel. That staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean quiet. The breakfast is quite good. Great showers and AC. Comfortable beds with quality pillows. The carpets are clean but stained. (Time for some shampoo.) Recommended !

Very average, do not understand why people gave such high rating. There is only one chair inside room, husband has to sit on bed all the time because I need to do some work. I could understand go green concept not to change cups, but at least provide detergent for us to wash if cleaner does not help to wash. Very slow to clean the room. Only good thing is lobby cafe, one of the best coffee and brown auger milk tea in Taiwan!

Unhappy with no transfer to Feng Jia Night Market

I booked the hotel after seeing the review that this hotel provide transport to Feng Jia night market. Upon arrival, the front desk said the service was no longer available. Thus, Hotel.com pls remove the review that are no longer true. So location of the hotel is not ideal. Other than this, the rest are fine.

Overall the hotel is good. We booked the hotel close to our travel date so is a bit tat expensive. The hotel is nearby do not have much things to shop around because it is not near fengjia night market, If take cab will be around 10 mins car journey time to fengjia night market. This hotel location is not so accessible by public transportation so best is to take cab over to save time. So be prepare to cab around to and fro this hotel. Other than this, all was good. I realise for this hotel got quite a number of their local staying over here so should be quite good. Their room was quite spacious, moreover another thing i like was the cafe at the lobby, if u have time, able to chill out over there, their drinks was good.

Super friendly staff! however outlet only provides 220V
and need a very heavy transformer to convert to 110V.
The transformer is very loose and will need to adjust the plug for my hair dryer to work. Breakfast selection was ok, since it was included with the room. Fruit was good and in season. Room was spacious however room service could be a little better.

Short stay at taichung

We have booked four rooms for 3d2n. We have reached the hotel in the late evening. The hotel staff are nice to help us on the check in and then we have quickly went out to the night market and came back late to have our welcome drink. We took the welcome drink next day and enjoy a great breakfast in the morning in the hotel. Overall, ee have an enjoyable stay at the hotel.

Have stayed in other Taichung business hotel before, the breakfast selection is the best so far. Price is reasonable. The only drawback is the location is not on the main Street , with Google map, this can be overcome. Hotel staffs are friendly and try their best to assist you. Example direction to get to place of interest and help in getting taxi. The. Welcome drink is good. Each pax is given two drinks coupons. Good for a short break after your errands or shoppings to enjoy coffee or tea. Will consider the hotel again should we visit Taichung again

More than a 3.5Star Hotel

It was a pleasant stay for us. Im amaze by the friendly hospitality, staff are polite, helpful and attentive. They are always there for you when u reaches the lobby. My fiancé and I are very happy with the rooms too. Its clean, spacious. Location are good too. In between FengJia Night Market and Yizhong night Market. Its also near to SOGO. Its really a very fruitful Journey for us.

Excellent stay @ GOGO hotel!

Looked through Expedia and GOGO hotel caught my eyes with it modern interior design. I was actually skeptical as photos are sometimes deceiving but decided to give it a try. Upon reaching, we were warmly welcomed by their friendly staff. There is basement carpark for guests who are drove. The check-in procedure is fast and within 5 minutes things were settled! The room design is exactly like the picture posted on Expedia and the room is clean too. However, during the last day of our stay the toilet stink the whole room and is unbearable. Called front desk and their staff reacted swiftly to resolve the issue. Technically, we do not have any issue staying at GOGO hotel when problem was resolved very quickly. They also cater shuttle service to Fengjia Night Market. Thumbs up for the quality, professional and friendly service cater during our stay. I would like to do some compliment to some of the staff and appreciate if hotel management could contact me.

Modern, good location, large room

The hotel was easy to find. It's located not along the main road but not far from it. The surrounding area was relatively quiet, yet you can find many eating places just within a short walk away.

I had a Deluxe Room, which turned out to be one of the bigger corner rooms. The room was much larger than I expected, really spacious. It's well furnished, well lighted, clean and modern looking. There were huge windows along almost the entire outward-facing side of the room; though I hesitated to keep the curtains opened, especially in the evening, because people from nearby buildings can see into the room.

The bathroom was spacious! Though there is a huge glass window along the side of the bathtub. While there are blinds that can provide covering, the blinds are placed outside! So while someone is showering inside, another person outside the bathroom can raise the blind. Kind of weird.

Internet access speed in the room (via wifi) was quite good. I didn't experience any dropped signal or slow-down in speed.

Breakfast was impressive. There were salad, bread, fruits, cooked food, both Chinese dishes and western. Felt like a full buffet, and definitely much more than many of the other hotels I've experienced in Taiwan.

The moment we step in we were amazed by the spacious room, brightness and chic style. Love the bed as well. Super big and comfy. Right outside the hotel there is a local 7-eleven store. Very convinient . Definitely will come back again.

A very nice hotel, a short walk from the main road. Very hospitable staff, though breakfast could be improved, instead of fruit juices orange squash is available and some of the ingredients might have been fresher.

locatie is beetje verder, maar connectie met openbaar vervoer is goed. ontbijt is simpel, maar om. tapijt in de gang heeft vlekken, maar in de kamer is het schoon. we vroegen om een rustige kamer, en kregen een kamer aan het einde van de gang. 這次住的是豪華雙人房，我認為清潔人員有再努力打掃，對於我稍微有潔癖的人，算還可以接受。為什麼我會說這麼勉強，因為有張單人沙發的椅墊上，有一大片明顯的髒污，導致我們雙人只有一人可以坐，有點可惜的一點，那張沙發只剩裝飾用。其餘衛浴設備、客廳設備都算ok的。
餐廳是buffet式的，吃起來還不錯，新鮮的蔬菜，滿滿的中式口味，希望西式可以再多點選擇，例如半熟蛋 or 培根

The room had only 3 usable wall sockets, non of which were even close to the bed, which does making charging your phones, accessories and laptops a rather challenging task.
