Me and my cousin stayed with Quality Hotel and really enjoyed it. Beds were soooo comfy, room was clean, full air-con. The SHOWER. Holy gods. It was euphoric. Water pressure and temp are UNREAL. Soul left my body. The bistro had lovely food as well. Room reasonably priced. Definitely staying with Quality Hotel again next time we're in Stockholm!

A little bit outside the center of Stockholm, but was attracted for the family room and I'd say it delivered what we needed. Breakfast was crazy busy one morning but that must have been an anomaly, because the breakfast offerings and variety were excellent. Just know you're getting more of a big city institutional experience here rather than the Euro-boutique experience.

The hotel had alot of bells and whistles but if you take it away not mich substance. The AC was restricted on temperature control and the room was still hot. Probably why they already had a fan in the room. Trash was left in my room either from previous people staying in the room or from maid service when they cleaned..well didnt clean the room. The mini fridge was broken, the shelf didnt sit right and the fidge was cold. I mentioned this to the front desk but didnt fix it. The were down an elevator and none of the exterior doors worked besides the front door. All the surrounds shops mostly were closed the entire time i was there so had to venture outword to get food or needs. I didnt try the restaurant cause the menu wasnnt appealing to me but thats not on them. The only plus is that the breakfast was top tier! The selections and freshness of everything was great.

All the things I hate about average hotels. No kettle, single beds with duvets less than the width of the beds. Tiny uncomfortable pillows. Sheets that didn't fit the bed properly. Uncomfortable bed with a loose mattress topper. No fascilities of any kind in the room. Everything slightly grubby. Water that runs faster in the sink than can drain away. Simply awful.

Frukosten inget anmärka på. Rummet kändes dock ganska smutsigt och badrummet luktade otroligt mycket avlopp under hela vistelsen vilket såklart spred sig i hela rummet. Läget är hur som helst helt perfekt vid konserter och andra evenemang. Personalen finns inte heller något att anmärka på.

The hotel is very accessible for people using wheelchairs. However, in my experience, it is important to double-check everything directly with the hotel beforehand. In my case, I called them in advance to ask if the room was wheelchair-friendly, especially the bathroom facilities. They were able to book us a room with an accessible toilet, but this arrangement needs to be made early because I believe these rooms are very limited.
When it comes to the bathroom itself, there was unfortunately no shower chair available. I asked the staff about it, but they said they could not provide one. In addition, the emergency/SOS alarm in our bathroom was not working, which was disappointing.
