Keep the pool open 24/7. Have someone at the receptionist desk all the time. Nobody answers the phone when you call. I tried contacting someone prior to arriving and no one answered me. Their fans to keep the room cool were terrible. Might as well not have one for each room. My family and I were horribly hot the entire time we stayed. Maybe don’t advertise Air Conditioning. Felt like I got scammed.

If you are looking for a place that feels almost disconnected from human presence, this is it—there is no in-person check-in, as everything is handled by phone.

It was not clearly communicated that arriving in the evening could mean having no parking available. After a five-hour drive, we arrived around 9:00 p.m. with two children and discovered there was no parking on-site. We had to park on the street and ensure the car was moved before 10:00 a.m. the next morning. While moving a car is not unusual, when traveling with children, having on-site parking and flexibility is important—especially since this was one of the reasons I chose this property.

The accommodation itself was overall fine; however, the complete absence of human customer service was quite surprising. Arriving at 9:00 p.m. on a Sunday does not seem particularly late, yet access required calling a French phone number. While I personally have a French number, I felt uncomfortable thinking about international guests who may not and would still need to call a local number just to enter the property.

If you are seeking comfort, flexibility, and customer service, this would not be the right place. If, on the other hand, you value privacy and minimal to no human interaction, this accommodation may suit you well.

Well set up for a family break, the kitchen facilities worked well for us as a family. The best part of the hotel, is the heated indoor pool. Parking also is convenient, although, you have to pay first before being able to enter the parking.

Given a room overlooking a main thoroughfare. The thermostat on the wall was there for looks only as it did nothing to change the temperature. So, I had to either have a hot room or a noisy room. Desk staff had limited English skills. Exercise room needs a good cleaning.

Difficult to get the most appropriate address to drive to. The web site address is best, however, you have to park on the footpath and register before you can park. 5pm check in was an issue for us, had to drive outside city and wait 2 hours before being able to check in. Location was good, close to everything and easy walk to city centre. Again no ability to watch tv in english or screen mirror.

Nice stay, but no warm water

The property was clean and it looked like in the photos minus the bloom and bliss and flowers in the vase.
What got me a bit uncomfortable was that the parking was not available anymore (so maybe ask in advance to keep you a spot - but there are parking lots not far away from the venue and I think they are cheaper) and no one asked for any identification. I just got there and was handed the key. That was it, no more info was given. It looked like the place was ran by smiling youngsters who don't bother much. When asking a question it felt like I was replied to in a fast way, yet friendly.
Downsides: No bedsheet for the blankets for the couch and no warm water at all :( not even lukewarm.

When we realised we won't be in before 7, I tried to call the number on the Expedia confirmation email. This wasnt the hotel but switchboard gave me the number for hotel. It took me 5 tries and waiting in the phone for over 30 mins to get hold of someone. The information on Expedia, their website and the waiting music information for opening times ate all different.
If I had a choice I wouldnt have stayed, it was revolting but I didnt want to alarm my family. I washed everything but next day all of us had diarrhoea.

Quick check in, lovely Reception staff, very clean foyer. Well equipped apartment, ok size but no air conditioning. The room was over 29 degrees each night. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable too.

My son enjoyed the pool which was never overly busy.

The hotel is in a great location for shopping and restaurants. There is also a grocery shop around the corner.

I would stay again but maybe not in Summer because of the heat.

Clean & comfortable but beware if you arrive late.

The fact that I couldn’t get in on my first night wasn’t great especially after a long journey! If you plan accommodation you really hope to be able to get in. It wasn’t very late (before 9pm) but the phone number for late arrivals wasn’t answered and timings for the reception being closed were different. However, the room was clean and comfortable when I did manage to gain access the following day. It would be helpful if there was a better system if you arrive in the evening.

However, we had to remove our rubbish and take it to bins across the road and it also said to leave the CLEANED flat which I took to mean we had to clean it! We stay at Nemea - Appart-Hotel Nancy Grand Coeur one night on our way from the UK to Italy. The hotel is brand new. The room was very clean and comfortable if a tad small for a family of four. The location is excellent, walking distance to the city centre and the beautiful Place Stanislas.

We were in a new location in Nancy. The hotel had no branding so it took us about 6 times of driving around the location before finding it. We have a 3 year old that was really excited about the pool but the pool was not ready yet, if this was communicated before our stay we could have prepared him. However this was only communicated upon arrival.

I think it will be a great stay in a few months but it was not ready yet for our stay.

Que c est dommage que les chambres soient mal insonorisées . Cette impression de vivre avec la fenêtre ouverte et de subir chaque véhicule dans la rue . Sinon, c est propre , c est moyennement équipé ( pas de bouilloire ! Et juste des couverts pour deux ) . L accueil est très sympa . Le gros gros plus : le parking couvert avec des places correctes pour les monospaces .

chambre propre et spacieuse, le personnel sympathique et à l'ecoute, nous n'avons pas utilisé la salle de sport, quant à la cuisine les instruments ( 2 couteaux 2 fourchettes 2 cuillers etc...) étaient en quantité insuffisantes, cuisine bien equipée par ailleurs (plaques chauffantes, micro onde refrigerateur et lave vaisselle.
egalement difficulté pour avoir une place de parking dans l'hotel. et aussi l'enseigne de l'hotel est située très haut sur la façade et on ne la voit pas en arrivant en voiture, assez ennuyeux après une longue route...

Séjour de 3 jours avec ma fille. Appartement très agréable, piscine et sauna trop bien ! Cuisine aménagée avec le nécessaire pour petit déjeuner et repas rapide. A 10 minutes à pieds de l’hyper centre. Places de parking de l’hôtel limitées (12€/jour). Nous nous sommes garés dans les rués autour (8€/jour).

Permet d’avoir tous les services de manière autonome : parking, laverie, salle de sport, hammam, piscine, centre ville…

Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables.
Le personnel est au top : les dames qui nettoient sont souriantes et disponibles ;
Les dames à la réception sont réactives et efficaces.
La responsable est à l’écoute et disponible.
Le technicien est efficace et très discret : zéro bruit.

Pour un hotel 4 étoiles j'ai le regret que nous avons déja trouvé beaucoup mieux. Pas papier toilette pendant 2 jours malgrés notre réclamation á l'accueil. Moquette pas aspiré
\"Morceaux de moquette éffiloché\". Lit pas refait, serviettes pas changés. Pas d'accueil de bienvenue dans la chambre pour un soi disant un 4 étoiles. Mauvaise connection des chaines télévisé. Un petit déjeuné pour 16 euros qui n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur. Impossible d'avoir une de parking de l'hotel. Concernant toujours des réponses évasives. Aucun geste commercial fait à notre départ.
Très très déçu, car nous comptions y revenir.

No one is answering calls on duty phone.

No one is picking the front desk phone or the duty phone outside \"strange\" business hours. Which makes it impossible for guests arriving late to access any hotel premises. This was my case and I had to spend the first night in another hotel which caused additional spending.

L'établissement dispose d'une piscine intérieur et d'un hamam, trés bien pour se détendre en fin de journée. Petit déjeuner en buffet, trés complet.
Le seul bémol, la chambre ne dispose pas de climatisation. Lors du séjour la température était correcte mais durant les (trés) beau jours mieux vaut baisser le store.

Chambre très sale (photos à l'appui). Ce n'est pas un hôtel de luxe mais la propreté est à revoir. La moquette pas aspirée, les ustensiles de cuisine à récurer si on veut les utiliser et j'ai aussi retrouvé le lave vaisselle rempli d'assiettes sales des précédents locataires. Comment peut-on ne pas s'en rendre compte quand on fait la chambre ? Bref, je n'y retournerai pas.

Wel aan een drukke weg.
Maar geen last van gehad.
De hygiene kan beter. Ik vond het niet echt schoon. Jammer dan er geen handdoeken wissel is, als je langer verblijft.

Et coussins tachés jaune et taches de sang …ne l a t on pas vu au niveau du personnel quand ils ont préparé nos lits ???? Sale , et pas de poêle dans la cuisine ! La propreté des chambres n'est pas au rendez-vous. La moquette n'avait pas été aspirée, pas d'alèse sur le matelas. En plus, le lave vaisselle était rempli avec tous les assiettes et couverts sales des anciens occupants... Comment peut-on avoir un service pareil, dans un établissement qui se dit 4 étoiles ? L'étant général des parties communes est catastrophique: couloirs sales, sols collants, murs tâchés. Franchement, passez votre chemin....

Laut Beschreibung ist ein Reservierung des Parkplatzes nicht nötig, als wir ankommen sind war er voll. Das Zimmer war zwar sauber, aber auf dem Flur lag der Dreck, Papier und Staub von einer Woche. Nur jeweils 1 Glas und 1 Becher sind für 2 Personen einfach zu wenig. Aber mit gerade mal 10 Blatt Toilettenpapier kommt man auch als Einzelperson nicht weit. Mann muss ein Papier (gibt es nur auf französisch) unterschrieben und eine Kaution über 150 Euro hinterlegen, für diverse Verstöße.
U.a. falls man was kaputt macht. Im Zimmer ankommen, war in der Badezimmer Tür ein Loch auf beiden Seiten und der Waschtischunterschrank kaputt. Warum wird so ein Zimmer dann überhaupt vermietet? Für den kontaktlosen Checkout lag ein offener Korb auf dem Tresen, in den man die Karte legen musste. Für andere Gäste frei zugänglich. Die bisher schlechteste Unterkunft auf unseren vielen Reisen. Auch wenn es günstig ist, sauber sollte es doch sein. Leider kann man bei der Bewertung keine Bilder mitsenden.

L'emplacement, le parking sont parfaits pour accèder au centre ville ! Appartement 1 chambre spacieux et lumineux au confort suffisant. Arrivée tardive rendue possible mais procédure pour obtenir les codes d'accès non expliquée clairement (malgré la réservation effectuée des semaines auparavant, avec mention dès le départ d'une arrivée tardive) -Ai dû contacter Némea plusieurs fois avec des réponses différentes ou partielles (malgré un personnel accueillant). En fait je découvre qu'un lien de paiement est envoyé le jour même(malgré le non remboursable la veille)...pas pratique quand on travaille ou déjà en route... j'aurai préféré payer tranquillement le jour précédent ou avant, et au moins avoir le choix et comprendre la procédure. Wifi de l'hôtel non sécurisé...ce qui n'est pas vraiment acceptable ... Ces quelques points qui pourraient donc être améliorés pour un accueil parfait.

Les chambres sont correctes, maintenant, elles peuvent soit être \"propres\", soit à moitié faites (toilettes pas nettoyés, lit sans finir, pas de sacs poubelle, assiettes sales mais rangés dans le placard... Bref, chaque expérience est une nouvelle aventure... C'est vraiment dommage car les installation sont neuves mais du fait que le nettoyage n'est pas fait correctement, ça va devenir vieillot sans tarder. Concernant le pétit déjeuner, pour moi c'est cher pour ce que c'est. En plus mal organisé très souvent : soit les croissants cramés, soit les fruits beaucoup trop mûrs et inmangeables, ...

Bonjour alors quand je suis arrive grande suprise il me demandé une caution de 150 euro. Chambre non faite marque des accessoire pour faire a mange manque une cafetière manque une télévision dans la chambre..

Le principe d appartement hotel est très bien.
L établissement est très propre, très calme.
Les services proposés sont a la hauteur.
Le petit dejeuner est tres complet et de qualité. Piscine, salle de fitness, sauna.
Noys avons ete enchantes de notre sejour.

J'ai payé par Expedia le DOUBLE du prix (57 contre 110€), soit 224,40 euro une prestation de congres que mon voisin de chambre a payee 118,40 euro pour exactement la MEME chambre. Lui, a téléphoné directement a l'établissement. Belle commission pour vous, je trouve. Vous etes des arnaqueurs, des voleurs et je pèse bien mes mots. Expedia?, a fuir et a deconseiller formellement. J ai téléphoné deux fois pour savoir si nous pouvions laisser nos bagages avant d avoir la chambre et ça m’a été confirmé à chaque fois … à notre arrivée à l hôtel vers 11.30 la réception était fermée.
Deux dames de ménage ont téléphoné à leur responsable et nous ont ouvert un appartement sur les trous réservés.
Ensuite j avais réservé des lits bébé dans deux chambres. On l a d’abord dit qu on ne pouvait pas être certains de les avoir que c était en fonction de la disponibilité le jour J. Dans ce cas , pourquoi réserver.
Vers midi une dama l a appelée et m a dit qu il y aurait un lit. En fait nous n en avons eu aucun.
De plus le lendemain matin des taxes ont été facturées sur un appartement ( avec le petit déjeuner ) alors que tout avait été payé lors du Check in
… donc pas très sérieux !

Pratique et confort, la piscine est le gros plus!

J'ai pris un appartement dans le cadre d'un déplacement professionnel, et mon choix s'est porté sur le Néméa du fait de la présence de la piscine. Même si elle n'est pas très grande, c'est un plaisir très appréciable et un vrai confort après une journée de travail intense. La chambre, la literie et la propreté sont aussi au rendez vous, comme d'habitude. Je recommande !

Dans l'appartement, problème de télévision non résolu pendant 5 jours, réfrigérateur qui congelait.
Alarmes incendie intempestives à minuit et à 4h30 du matin sans retour de la part des personnels de l'accueil.
