Room had all we need, easy access to apartment. Clean room with towels. Just a couple of stops on the subway which made the access to the centre very easy. Neighbourhood may appear a bit intimidating but we didn’t have any issues. Would stay there again

This property does not have a person to check in with, a code emailed to you prior. The code I received was incorrect. The situation was stressful. There is a telephone number to ring if you experience problems however traveling with just an eSIM doesn’t allow this type of contact. I was fortunate that another guest phoned on my behalf and a correct code was issued. The screen check in process was all in German. Difficult.
The room was comfortable and spacious, fresh clean linen and towels. I didn’t like only having one key card for entry and no onsite staff.

Convenient location and a comfortable base. The small kitchenette was fine for drinks/breakfast, and the living area means there is somewhere to relax rather than just sitting on the bed.

The check in process is very easy, and the property was easy to find. There are shops and an underground station not far away.

The only downside is that there are no curtains or blinds in the property, so you feel very exposed when changing as the property over the road can probably see in.

Clean Apartments, Great Location, Excellent Value

We booked two separate apartments for a group of 4 adults and 1 child (14 years old) for a 2 night stay and were allocated the top floor :). Both apartments were spotless, warm and quiet and furnished exactly as described in hotels.com site.

The location of the apartments is ideal for a short city break. There is a pram stop only couple minutes walk from the apartments and an underground station within 5 minutes walk where you can take an underground to Vienna city centre (Stephansdom) in less than 15 minutes.

Beds were comfortable for us and the sofa bed worked for our teenager. Given our short stay, we did not use the kitchen utensils at all, but there is a fridge, an oven and a cooker (2 rings) for those who may stay longer and wish to cook their own meal.

There is no manned reception but the check-in process was really simple - just follow the instructions on your booking confirmation. At the departure, all you need to do is to drop the key card into a box on the wall. Could not be simpler!

I'd warmly recommend Aparthotel Smart Apart Living - Wien Hauptbahnhof for both a short city break as well as for a longer stay in Vienna. A great value for money!

We stayed in the place during winter and we were lucky to get the top floor room that comes with a balcony, kitchen, a living room and 2 bathrooms.

If you're just looking for an affordable place to sleep for the night, the place meets all the basic requirements. The shower is working with hot water and the heater worked too. The apartment has no front counter and you have to do the whole check in process yourself. The process is quite simple though you'll need to have a credit card to pay the tax and entrance.

Location wise the place is not bad, just a short 10 minutes walk from a U1 metro station and just nearby a tram stop, though the streets are a little dark and quiet at night.

The cleanliness of the place can be definitely improved, we found stains on the bed sheets but it was nothing too major. Liked that there was a fridge in the place with cutlery, and a TV with couch in a separate room. Towels and bath soap are also provided.

There is also a lounge down stairs with a drinks vending machine, if you need drinks at night. Food wise there is a McDonald's and Burger King near the metro station.

Overall won't say that the place is bad, just average, but you get your money's worth.

I loved the apartment. It was great. They gave us the top floor. it had a sofa bed but the veiw at night was incredible. the window are sky lights. all my father (82) stated was that he was contemplating the stars and planes all night. Great hotel (apartment) we cooked breakfast and dinner the second day.

Overall nice

The local area is very poor and unclean. It is well connected with the city center and the main attractions of Vienna but the area is really disappointing.
The apartment itself is fine, beds are clean and internet is excellent. The kitchen is not well equipped, kitchen utensils are not clean and we could not use the oven because there were no suitable cooking utensils.
Overall nice experience.

The hotel is very near the underground and the main station is only a few stops and connected to the Vienna Int Airport. The building and the furnishing looks new, well equipped and clean. Checking in done with the machine at the entrance although easy but can be nervous because there is nobody to ask. An improvement would be listing what items are available in the kitchen so that we do not need to pack with us because all the essential items are there already.

The apartments are very comfortable and clean. The location was nice as it was in a quiet, local neighbourhood. It took less than 5 minutes to walk to the closest U-Bahn station and it was located on one of the more popular lines, which made it easy to get to places. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was well laid out. I would stay here again.

for 7 days we stayed no one even clean the room or change our towels,
Kitchen was extremely small, no chance of cooking as this 36 inches away from the sofa bed.
I would not recommend this place for family, maybe for 2 people it’s ok

Aparthotel - Smart Apart Living is a good 20 minutes walk from Wien Hbf/Vienna Central Station which is not bad if you are not dragging heavy luggages through hot European sun.
As they tell you in their email THERE IS NO RECEPTION or anyone to greet and assist with any questions you may have. I have assisted 3 couples/family over the 2 nights period we stayed there with their check-ins (I might as well be an employee).
The place itself has eveything that you need in an apartment e.g. cooking facilities, fridge, TV, aircon 😮 (AC a rare find for us through our travels in Europe but so welcomed). Decor is absolute minimalist.
I would suggest to the management of this property that what they need is some welcome pack information about the surrounds e.g. where to shop, eat, best place to go around. How to work the TV particularly for those visitors who only understand English. I say this as on our first night, not having any guidance, we went out and ended up in an area that made me felt unsafe and gave me the wrong impression of Vienna at the start. There were better places to go too which was just around the corner.

Good value in an interesting area of town

The apartment was nice, modern, bright and very clean. It had lots of extra sheets and towels. There are light blocking shades outside of windows which can be a bit tricky to operate. On the left side of the windows at the bottom, there is a mechanism to control the blinds. Feel for a clip and pull this towards you at the same time you tug a little on the cord to raise or lower the shade. It was very quiet the days we stayed. My phone kept getting disconnected from the wifi for some reason, but just re-connect and everything works. It also seems to take longer than usual to re-charge all our devices. Just plan for some extra time or bring multiple adapters – we only had one. The kitchen has a cook top and stove but no microwave. There are no paper towels or tissues provided. The only soap is dish soap and some liquid soap in the shower.

Very clean, comfortable and modern. Well equipped with kitchen supplies. Electric kettle but no coffee maker or microwave. Area is not fancy but plenty of shops and places to eat. Easy and quick access to center by metro. No weekday daytime street parking in this area. Building has parking in the back that is unused. No option for guests to park there is provided. Best to leave your car at the park and ride in Erdberg during your stay.

Perfect home away from home at a low price!

The apartment was large, clean, modern, well equipped with a very comfortable bed, a nicely appointed kitchen and fast Wi-Fi. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. No service to speak of (you just get a key card from an automated kiosk) but the check-in process was smooth. Incredible value too!

Not as good as last time.

It all started with check-in, this time the Aparthotel people failed to e-mail me the booking reference number that they usually do. I spent over half an hour on the phone with Hotels.com for them to figure what the number was I needed in order to complete the automated check-in.
Secondly, Vienna was experiencing a heatwave wherein temperatures were above 38 everyday, plus the humidity it felt a lot warmer. Luckily this place has A/C, or so I thought. The A/C is no more than the heater unit blowing out tepid air. Opening the windows did not help as it was still over 30C at night and the humidity was very high. Needless to say it was very hard to get a good night's sleep.
I would recommend to e-mail this place after you make your reservation to make sure you get the right reference code for the automated check-in. I would also recommend that you stay here during the cooler months.

Great place to stay. Clean, comfortable and modern. Only thing would be the neighbourhood as it's not the best in Vienna and it's a bit far from touristic areas. But the public transport is convenient to use and I didn't feel threatened at all walking around as a solo traveller even at night time.

The apartment itself was lovely, although the short walk from the Metro to the building can be a bit nerving especially at night. However the transport is very convenient in the area, you can hop on tram or metro within 5 mins walk.

The only thing I wasn't too happy was, the curtains used in the apartment is sheer curtains so you can see through it.

Check-in and out system was easy to use and quite convenient. No hotel staff around so I couldn't mark it higher but they replied my emails promptly.

We are very dissapointed with the hotel. We found the floor in the room unclean and the sheets had some stains on them. In addition, the ventilation seemed to be out of order, since when we had taken a shower there was a LOT of condense water at the entrance door and windows. Also, our upper windows lacked curtains so the lights from the outdoor lamps were shining right into our room and bed. This low standard was not what we expected when we booked the room.

Siamo stati a Vienna per qualche giorno e abbiamo soggiornato qui. Semplice il check-in e il check-out, un po' lontana dal centro ma situato vicino alla metro, che è ben collegata con il centro (raggiungibile in pochi minuti, appunto con la metro).
Stanze pulite, piccole, hanno tutto quello che serve!

We booked on hotels and did not receive the code required to enter the structure. We had to call. The room was not overly clean and there was hair in the bed. The entire outdoor area and elevator reeked of marijuana. The hear is not controlled and there was no light other than the super bright overhead lights. There was only feather bedding and I’m allergic. Because there was no one on site, most of these things are unavoidable. The structure itself is quite nice but I felt things could be better run.

Sisäänkirjautuminen oli todella vaikeaa. Pelkkä varausnumero ei riittänyt vaan oikean numerosarjan saaminen vaati soiton matkatoimistoon, josta todettiin hotellin huolehtivan sisäänkirjautumisessa avustamisessa. Hotelli palautti vastuun matkatoimistolle. Hotellin asiakaspalvelija oli töykeä ja epäkohtelias. Matkatoimisto puolestaan voisi ryhdistäytyä kaikkien tarvittavien tietojen lähettämisessä.

Sijainti oli kulkuyhteyksien kannalta erinomainen. Huoneisto oli muuten siisti, keittiön kaappien ovet tahraiset ja pyyhkimättä.

The room was not cleaned properly, and long hairs were coming out everywhere. It seemed that the previous guest had been smoking, so it smelled of cigarettes, and the smoke detector was covered. I emailed them about it, but they didn't change the room and there was no response. We had breakfast at a nearby contract restaurant, but they refused because they said they didn't have a reservation. I emailed them about this too, but there was no response. Also, a suspicious person was sleeping in the lounge from night until morning. I called the hotel but no one answered. There are no employees on-site at the hotel, so they can't respond if something happens.

Ich hatte gestern gebucht gehabt und da heute ein feiertag ist hat es lange gedauert bis das geld von expedia zu unterkunft überwiesen worden ist.
Ich habe gestern 2 stunden drausen gewartet
Die dame an der service line war sehr unfreundlich
Das expedia team hat mir nicht weiter helfen können
Ich habe dafür bezahlt meine expedia punkte wurde eingelöst
Jetzt hab ich das geld verloren meine punkte verloren und das traurige ist ich habe nicht mal drinnen geschlafen

Im Kühlschrank waren noch die Lebensmittel der Vormieter wir hatten für drei Personen gebucht lediglich zwei Betten waren vorhanden die Couch mussten wir selbst umbauen sehr filigran und nicht einmal Bettwäsche dazu war da so musste man auf der fleckigen Couch mit unüberzogener Bettwäsche schlafen

Sehr kleines Appartement mit Fensterfront neben der Eingangstür. Ein winziges Fenster um den überheizten Raum runterzukühlen. Wenn das Fenster offen ist liegt man für jeden vorbeigehenden sichtbar im Bett.

Fernseher funktionierte nicht, Fernbedienung fehlte. Auf Rückfrage wurde als Lösung angeboten eine Fernbedienung aus dem App Store zu laden. Steckdosen funktionierten überwiegend nicht.

Leider wurde ich am ersten Tag bestohlen, als ich eincheckte. Ich hatte kurz meine Sachen in der leeren Lounge hinter mir stehen lassen und dann war mein iPad nicht mehr auffindbar. (Ein Mann ging im Gang an mir vorbei, als ich im Einchecken verstrickt war…)
Die Umgebung ist nicht ideal für alleinreisende Frauen. Viele dubiose Gestalten in der Umgebung.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber.
Es gab eine Kochplatte, aber die Pfanne war nicht für Induktion geeignet, das macht es schwierig sie zu verwenden.
Kein Mülleimer im Zimmer.
Vor allem gab es kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort, was bei solchen Sachen geholfen hätte.
Natürlich war es preislich top, da muss man halt abwägen, was wichtig ist.
Ich werde mir nächstes mal etwas mit einer Rezeption auswählen.

Die Pension liegt zentral. Man kann alles gute erreichen mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Es war sauber. Wir hatten 2 verschiedene Zimmer, diese waren nicht gleich ausgestattet. Das eine hatte einen Ofen usw .und war ziemlich gut aufgeteilt ,das andere nur eine Mikrowelle und das Zimmer war sehr klein.

Unterkunft ist sauber und komfortabel. Check-In sehr einfach und praktisch. Parken in der nahe gelegenen Tiefgarage möglich. Anbindung an U-Bahn, Bus und Straßenbahn sehr gut. Umgebung für Wiener Verhältnisse nicht wirklich schön.

Appartement très correct au niveau de la propreté,des équipements et de la literie.
Une suggestion : un micro onde et un grille pain.Mais je précise que ce n'est pas indispensable.
Ce serait super pratique d avoir un accès direct téléphonique avec le service de l hôtel en cas de souci.
La soufflerie du chauffage est plutôt bruyante quand elle se met en marche

Spacious and confortable

The apartment is confortable and spacious. The check in is easy. The only issue that we had was that the cleaning lady tried to enter in the apartment before the check-out time twice. It was very odd. Me and my friends were dressed but it was unreasonable.

Apart hôtel sympa. Calme et bien insonorisé.
Attention le canapé lit est minuscule, convient pour des enfants. Pas pour des adultes meme de petites tailles...

真！无人旅馆

真是一个无人的旅馆！！！
离市区很近，价格也很划算。第一次进门需要刷信用卡，只是验证不会收费；进入后需要自己在旅馆的自助服务终端上输入order id来完成check-in，然后终端会吐一张房卡出来；就可以凭借房卡进出了。
除了没有停车位，房间大小和干净程度都很好，还可以自己做饭，里面有全套工具。

真的是糟透了,訂了2間房,
沒有事先說明只有在夏天可以開冷氣.冬天不行
如果訂房頁面一開始就有顯示這樣,就不會訂這間了!
進去房間超悶,甚至有怪味道,
且有一間房裡還沒有吹風機可用,也沒說明有免費wifi連接
要不是另一間房有附說明根本不知道
附近晚上有點吵雜,整晚沒有睡好
且退房時間是11點,房卡都還沒退,時間還沒到,
只是先把這間房的行李拿到別間房
想說再回去房間一下,就已經看到清潔人員在打掃了,太誇張了
難道都不用看房卡退了才清掃嗎?

El lugar está bastante bien ubicado, a 5-6 paradas de metro se puede llegar al centro (catedral de San Esteban). La decoracion, el estado y la limpieza del apartamento son bastante aceptables, correspondientes con las fotos que publican.

Gute Erreichbarkeit zur U-Bahn Reumannplatz. Großzügige Räume. Saubere Betten. Gut dichtende Fenster. Haarfön und Dusch/Haarshampoo direkt vor Ort. Pro Person je 1 Handtuch und 1 Duschtuch vorhanden.
Der Wasserhahn im Bad war sehr locker und wackelte. Die Lüftung ist etwas geräuschintensiv.

Praktisches Apartment in Nähe der U-Bahn und Hauptbahnhof, keine Rezeption daher bei Problemen nur E-Mail oder Telefon Kontakt. Leider sind die Schränke teilweise mit Bettzeug für Zusatzbett belegt.
