Boy did I strike lucky with booking Pacific Place Apartments! Right from the onset with booking and communication with the property managers I knew I had made a good choice but did not realize what an excellent choice it was. I was travelling over for just 4 days because there was a family funeral to go to. I was travelling over from Perth and my brother from Victoria and the accommodation booking was my job to do. The managers were more than obliging to fit in our check in times with our flights and were always prompt and friendly with all communication, The location was ideal in relation to the airport for someone who has never been there before..... It was infact within walking distance if you wanted to do so but the planes flying in or out were never an issue as I feel they must have stopped at certain times and started again in the morning perhaps. There is a lovely little cafe just 3 minutes walk away that we went to for a cooked breakfast which was delicious. A little longer beach walk will get you to Tugan where there are other places you could try as well. We scored the 3 bedroom ocean facing apartment and were thrilled with what we had. Everything was well presented and there were plenty of blankets and extra pillows if needed. The fact there were 2 bathrooms was a bonus and for those staying longer there was also a washer and dryer. The apartment had everything we needed and more. The sunrise view from the balcony was exceptional! I wish we could have stayed longer

Well appointed renovation with near beach front location. Lovely quiet beaches nearby. Standard condiments inside apartment were ample reducing the amount of single use purchases. Was impressed at the lack of noise coming from the nearby airport, only noticeably heard 1 plane in 3 days. Only negatives were the main bed is too hard for our liking and lack of restaurants nearby. There are plenty of Uber eats options and a number of nearby surf clubs however. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful apartment, the ocean views were stunning from the balcony. The kids had a great time in the pool, everything you could want in regards to cutlery, plates etc. we all really enjoyed it. Would highly recommend.

These apartments were fantastic. We were pleasantly surprised at how lovely they were set up. Close to Gold Coast Airport, within walking distance & there are buses to South Boraodbeach & then Trams to Surfers Paradise, Burleigh heads & Helensvale to get buses to the Theme parks.

A good place that worth to come again

We had a happy family vocation there, the area is very harmony, scient, a few minutes walk to the beach, and you can jogging at the beautiful beach path along. We can also enjoy a free car park when stay. It is around 35 mins driving distance to board beach. If you enjoy a silent place that will be a good choice. A small cafe nearby, if you like down town with everything really to buy, it may not be so suitable.

This property needs to review its rating. Upon arrival this apartment looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly in a long time. The amount of dust caked on all the fittings was absolutely disgusting. I had to vacum clean my childrens bedroom after dead bugs and dust caked on the carpet was found. Also door handles and towel railings were falling apart. We kept coping second hand smoke from the neighbours. On the only postive note we didn't get bed bugs....Not worth its 175 dollar per night price tag. Defintely give this property a miss.

Our stay at Pacific place apartments was ok, the apartment was all we needed and was reasonably close to everything we needed. I think the apartment needs a renovation it’s a bit dated and wasn’t very clean. It is quite noisy being so close to a highway and their was aeroplane noise as well. Also their is no lift which you need to take into consideration if you are elderly or have lots of bags.

For families who love spending time on the beach

Out of the tourist zone, this unit was comfortable for the kids to relax in, kitchen good to cook meals in and best of all, just across the road from a quiet part of the beach and a footpath up to Kirra. You can hear airport noise however this did not bother us and we were able to walk / bike ride to coffee or ice-cream everyday. We plan to go again.

Location was good. Right across the street from the beach. Also across the street from the airport. Sometimes the airplane noise is a little loud, especially at 6:00am. The internet was spotty, not a very strong signal. The unit was spacious. Didn’t know they don’t provide toilet paper and trash bags. I must have missed that info in the discription. Lots to do in the area and easy to get to everything.

We chose to stay here because of the location. It was easy to access and having an allocated car spot under the building was great! A 5 minute walk to the beach was nice. Close to nice cafes and local shops.
Only negative was some of the strange mask artworks in our apartment.

I am in Australia. I presumed I was paying in Aussie dollars. However when I checked my bank statement I found I payed US dollars. The place wasn’t worth it. The manager told me when I booked in that even though it was a 2bed apt I could only use 1 bed 1 bathroom. It was on the top floor. 4 flights of stairs from basement. I am over 60 so this was challenging. I won’t book thru VRBO again

Lovely spacious accommodation especially if you are a big family. ..seating for everyone inside and out!!! So close to beach yet so peaceful away from holiday hustle and bustle. Car is handy but public transport is very close. Would definitely stay again...loved it!!! Especially loved the walk to Point Danger on the shared walkway..it's a must!!

Nice large two bedroom two bathroom apartment with everything you need. Close to the beach and quiet yet only a five minute drive to Coolangatta for shops, cinema etc. Public bus just outside if you don't have a car. We had a couple of problems with appliances which can happen from time to time and the manager Peter was onto it straight away. Highly recommended.

Lovely staff - Unclean Accommodation

The staff were awesome but the room was quite disgusting with respect to cleanliness and lack of maintenance.
Vertical blinds in lounge were missing panels which afforded no privacy from the neighbouring balcony guests. Bedding on the beds were clean but blankets and an additional doona in the cupboards had not been cleaned and contained various forms of dried liquids. One of the blankets also had tears in it. There were only two aircons in the apartment (3 bedroom), one in the lounge and one in the main bedroom. Both air-conditioner filters were dirty and vents were mouldy and there was a high buildup of dust on the picture frame in the main bedroom and all along the top of the kitchen splashback tiles. The en-suite towel rail was missing (only the fixings were in the wall), a hairbrush had been left behind in the ensuite cabinet and a phone charger left in the power socket on the kitchen bench. As a positive, the rooms were quite a good size and the proximity to the beach was good. I have photos if required.

The only downside was that we stayed on the top floor and there were no elevators, so we had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs - which was manageable because we only had a short stay.

We had a great stay, amenities aren't too far, but we found that we didn't always have what we needed within walking distance. The apartment, while a little aged was very clean and tidy. There are a North and South tower - the website says this place has two pools - this is not the case. The South Tower is a separate owner / title, and we were rudely told that we were trespassing when innocently going for a quiet swim one afternoon.

The unit, the rooms, the beds were all great and comfortable. The facilities, parking, dishwasher, pool were also great. The bubble blower in the hot tub might need to be adjusted a bit, but that is a very minor point.

Apartment was great. Very nice. Only complaint was only five minutes of hot water in showers which is ludicrous for an apartment accommodating six people! Facilities were ok but spa was cold and there is only one pool not two as promoted by the website. Pool is also smaller than it looks in the pics.
