Sadly disappointing and not worth the price.
Charged 4.5 stars fee for a very dated apartment and lack of wifi access - with appliances that don’t work. Broken freezer and the solution was a plug in freezer that had been used for fish storage (so stinky that we couldn’t open the doors to the refrigerator or freezer) - a washer that faulted and couldn’t complete the spin cycle. Vent covers that were open with dirt falling from the ceiling - a gym that was outdated and sad …. And, we were told we could not use the air-conditioning unit below 23. (This was not disclosed to us on booking). No guest wifi in common areas - and no wifi in unit while the laundry is running. Location is great, but I would not recommend for the price.

After staying a number of times during the last 5 years this was the worst apartment. Poor views, minimum kitchen equipment and another major building malfunction stopping residents from exiting carpark. Last time 2 days water cutoff, faulty frig, internet connection.

We had a really good stay at a Blue C. Excellent location with exceptional view of the beach from our balcony. Very clean, great kitchen. Can’t really fault it. There is construction next door but it didn’t disturb us once, the men were lovely and quiet. The car is easy access to the unit. Everything felt easy. Thanks guys :) would love to stay again

Family friendly, staff were amazing, residents were so kind, apartment was big and clean, view was great, secure undercover parking and location right across the road from the beach. Would recommend if you are not wanting to be amongst the gold coast crazy jam packed madness. This was a relaxing, quiet change of pace for a much needed family vacation.

Beautiful views and a generously sized apartment with everything you need. Easy walking distance to all amenities including a supermarket, bus stop, restaurants and several beaches. We particularly enjoyed the Greenmount Beach Surf Club to eat. There was some road noise and work being done to strengthen Kirra Hill. Would definitely return.

I stayed at Blue C as a solo traveller for 6 nights on a combined retreat/ work break. Reception staff were super friendly, offered an early checkin. In terms of the room, the room is lovely, comfortable beds, great kitchen and amazing ocean view. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Beautiful beach for daily ocean swims. They have a heated pool so l will definitely return with the family next year. Thanks Blue C exactly what l needed.

We stayed in the building several years ago, and really enjoyed it back then. The pool is amazing and the large balconies are great for outside dining. However as it has been 9 years since we were last here, I would have expected some renovations and/or updates. The shower head had been pulled off in one bathroom and reattached without fixing the broken tiling, outside cushions were stained; curtain backings were disintegrating in all rooms and letting light in - it just felt like a very tired apartment and in need of some lovin! We struggled without the apartment having scissors, (or salt and pepper aches!), and would have benefited from a top lock on all the doors to balcony for child safety. Lovely staff there too - would be great to have booking in information for out of hours sent a few days earlier than on the day due (had to chase or would not have gotten due to overseas flights).

Great position and large apartment. Disappointed that after paying over $550 a night we were not allowed to use the bar b que which was on our balcony. Also with no service each day it would be nice to have enough amenities to keep us going a couple of days. 1 sliver of soap in each bathroom not enough and no tissues anywhere. Didnt like looking at ceiling in bedroom with paint peeling off much either. Still enjoyed our stay and the little things detract from giving this 5 stars.

We came in quite late due to a cancelled flight, but the manager couldn't have been more helpful and inviting. A quick check-in and up to a spacious, well equipped apartment. Glorious private balcony, lovely lagoon style pool and loving the retro style open air walkways to the apartments. Very clean and contemporary furnishings. Again, ease of checkout process completed a lovely stay. Close enough to the Gold Coast airport to walk...so we did!

Great ocean view apartment just across the road from the beach, and with direct spectacular views of the beach. The TV in the main bedroom didn't work and was not repaired during our stay, but apart from that it was a great place to stay, with very friendly and helpful staff. It was clean and the apartment was large. Wifi worked well. Great pool - shallow bits for littlies and to lie about in.

The first room we were in wasn't what we had asked for ( we requested a Queen and 2 Singles) . When we arrived we had a Queen and a Double in our room also there were 3 lights which were not working also the shower in one room wasn't working also the stove wasn\"t working. We tried to get in touch with the reception desk after we put our bags in the room at !2_05 on Saturday 15th December they had left for the day. In the morning after I spoke the reception they apologised And shifted us to the next floor. For the rest of the week our stay was great . We will make sure of our room if we come again the Blue C

The property location is superb as were our views of the ocean. The property has been subjected to a bit of wear and tear from previous guests but it just made it more perfect for us with a young family.
