Lovely flat, everything that we needed. There were some signs of wear (marks on sofas/floors) and the odd dusty corners, but it was otherwise very clean and well equipped. There was a smell from the drains in the shower room. It was very strong, and the door opened opposite the kitchen/dining room, so we had to keep it closed and the extractor fan on.
Lovely location, easy tram to town, kids playground right outside, and EckMeck opposite does good cheap kebabs and pizza. Luggage storage in laundry room is really useful.

My two kids and I absolutely enjoyed our little comfortable apartment at Kaiser Rafael on Antonigasse. We were merely just outside the subway and had a playground under the building. Grocery shopping was around the corner. Little kitchenette and superb nespresso machine and washer/dryer were game changers. We would love to stay again.

This property is truly Premium: super sized rooms, modern and cleaned, well equipped with almost everything you need to make you feel as if staying at home away from home. Great kitchen with well laid out dining table which makes it a good work station and dining areas.
Just a few minutes walk to train station. Walking distance to great restaurants, supermarkets and parking garage. We basically left our car in the garage and took the public transport for sight seeing which works out great.
Would love to be back here in this hotel.

Overall, a great experience!

When we first arrived at the property, the contactless check-in was very convenient. They use a traditional metal key as opposed to a key card and that is also what you use to open the door to the building and activate the elevator. The elevator took some time getting used to, but after the second try, it was really easy to operate. Also, if you want to keep the door to the unit locked, you have to manually lock it with the key. If a portion of your party wants to stay behind and keep the apartment locked, you would literally have to lock them in the apartment while the other party leaves. This probably wouldn't do so well in an emergency.

The unit itself felt very homey since these are actually apartment units. Don't come in expecting it to feel like a hotel room. It's very spacious and it came with an in-unit washer/dryer as well as a kitchen.

As far as cleanliness goes, our only issue was with the sheets for the pull-out bed in the living room. When we pulled out the bed, the sheets on the mattress were not clean. We were told to grab fresh clean sheets from the fourth floor, however those sheets were slightly smaller than the mattress, leaving a portion of it exposed.

There was an issue with the payment and I was accidentally charged twice for my booking. When this happens, contact Rafael Kaiser immediately and they will do their absolute best to fix it.

I was in touch with Olena and she was an absolute delight. The staff is definitely friendly and helpful

The property was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed on hand for our stay including shampoo, soap, paper products and cleaning supplies. There was a Billa grocery three minutes walk away which was open on Christmas Eve for us to stock up on food. It was easy to walk to restaurants and close to the S Bahn although we Ubered most places we wanted to go for around 10 Euros. The staff we encountered was friendly and helpful with changing the temperature in the unit and with helping with the laundry facilities. I highly recommend!!

In general everything was good and comfortable. Just a few slight things that happen sometimes with all apartments.
The location is good and safe (police department is near by). You can walk to the center and there is no high need to use the transport.
Our family of four felt very comfortable due a lot of space. The apartments are big enough and renovated not so long ago, what was a pleasant surprise ;)

First I liked the fact that it was very easy to get the keys, they sent me a code to open a box in front of the building and that's it.

The building was easy to find, you could see a sign in front. The location was great, a 2min walk from a metro station.

And the apartment itself was very clean, nice and cosy with air conditioning!

There was everything we needed, an oven, a fridge, a dishwasher and a laundry room, all those things at no extra cost. It was very pleasant to see that even the detergent was free.

I really didn't find anything negative to say. This was a perfect experience for us.

Door handle to toilet broken, never saw the cleaners except the day after we arrived! Could not get a clean T Towel , only one was given for whole 10 days!!!
Only four mugs, two broke, handles fell off, luckily with no hot drink in them. No small cutting knives, scissors ✂️, poorly equipped. Bedrooms lovely, comfortable beds, bathroom clean....

The transport to Graben is simple despite not being in the city centre, the apartment is spacious with ample sunlight. There are cooking utensils for cooking your own meal. To nitpick, the toilet is the German style toilet with an examination plate, and the feces is exposed to air which create a horrid smell, luckily, the air ventilation do a good enough job so none of the smell would leak into the house.

No hidden cost, spacious and convenient

We stayed at Kristin on 2F. The apartment condition was neat, clean and spacious - enough for 5 people. We drove so used the garage which cost Euro15 a day. The thing I like best about this place throughout my trip in various cities was that there was no hidden cost. We were charged exactly the amount that was quoted. The place is near U6 subway station and there are many supermarkets and shops around. Not many but enough to get anything that you'd need. There is a laundry room on 4F which is convenient. The garage is in short walking distance. Remember to contact the apartment manager via email for instructions to get your key the first time. They are very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!!

location is amazing right next to subway and grocery store and shopping. apartment is super clean and roomy. It would be nice if there was a regular coffee maker not an espresso machine in there and a microwave.
No complaints though... quiet, nice and a little place that have cheap, good foods just cross the street. I will go back there, it was fantastic!

We stayed at a two bedroom apartment. The place is very spacious and comfortable with plenty of amenities. It’s a few metro stops away from the city center. Metro station is one block away. Grocery store is 3 minutes away. Overall, great place to stay if you don’t mind being a little bit away from the center. We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice apartment. A few minor issues during our stay, but resolved quickly. It was nice to have the extra room this studio apartment provided. Large bathroom and even a walk-in closet. Loved having the kitchen and access to a washer and dryer since we were in Europe for 2 weeks. Beds were hard, but not unlike every place we stayed in Austria, Hungary and the Czech Republic. Seems to be the norm. Only a 5 minute walk to the U6 and close to a Hofer and Billa.

This was a beautiful, modern apartment that was very affordable, and came fully equipped for all our needs for a 5 night stay. Very clean and comfortable. The only downside was that it was about a 1.5 mile walk to get to anything we wanted to see, or any decent restaurants.

This was great for two couples traveling together. Ample space, tasteful decorations. We were even able to cook our meals in the fairly well equipped kitchen. Check-in was perfectly fine with the little key box. It is a little out of the city centre, which was great because there were no tourist crowds around. Tram and train services are very close by (2-3 minute walk) and frequent.

The apartment was considerably spacious in a quiet neighborhood. Just down the street from a tram stop and a couple hundred meters from the U-Bahn, so getting around the city was very easy. The bed was comfortable and the unit was clean. It consisted of a bedroom and living room with a small kitchenette. Overall a great place to stay.

Highly recommended! Check in is easy, they send you instructions two days prior. No reception downstairs but they are responsive with emails. Didn't call in so can't comment on that. Apartment is clean and includes quality furnishing and equipments. Location is great too, it is a few stops from the city Center, just enough to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Trams, subways, grocery stores all within a block or two. Would stay here again.

Lovely apartment, very modern and good range of amenities. Comfy bed and lovely bathroom. Location was probably the only downside as it was further out of the centre of Vienna than I had hoped. Also there wasn't much around the area itself as it's mainly residential. An Indian restaurant and what seemed like a bit of a weird pub/restaurant on the corner that we didn't fance. There was also a kebab shop but it might have been nice if the owners had provided some info on more local restaurants/pubs etc

WE DINT HAVE KEYS OR TELL US ABOUT THE PARKING SITUATION, WE HAD A PARKING TICKET BECAUSE WE PARK IN THE STHEET WAS A SHORT PARKING TERM. WAS NOT PRHONE OR SOMENBODY WHO GIVE US A INFORMATION, ABAOUT the parking!!!! I had to stop in a please and bowoww the prone, coming from the states we dint have access to prhone to call then,
Other then that is a public transport close by, restaurant across the street and places you can buy food.

Smart Apartment, near to U-bahn

Arrived here as part of a euro-city adventure. The apartments are about 2 mins walk from the u-bahn stop, and easy to find.
Entered the key-code and a little door swung open to reveal the key. Never saw any staff at all.
The apartment was smart and modern, perhaps a bit more on the arty than practical side.
eg. A strange lamp that seemed to have no real point except to look good and a remote control velux blind on only one of the 2 velux windows.
Balcony with a nice view.
Area itself is slightly out of the main town, but it is well connected. Nearby tram takes you straight into the old town.
We had 48 hour transport tickets so just hopped on and went where we needed to.

Good hotel but not enough

The hotel was clean and good enough to serve three people. There is no reception in the hotel so I was asked to go somewhere else about 30 minutes far away to pay the bill as I did not want to use my credit card. You also need to call them before 5 pm to get the key which is only one set for three people. The location is close to subway but you need to spend about 30 min. to get to downtown.

Management's error ruins our dream Vienna trip

The KR was supposed to leave us a parking key for a garage nearby, along with the apartment key, when we first accessed our lockbox. They failed to do this. Not knowing German, we accidently parked in a time restricted space in front of the apartment (not a handicapped space as management accused us) while we called management to get the parking key. In less than 30 minutes time from arrival, our car was towed. This resulted in a great deal of stress , not to mention 300 euro fine plus taxi fees.
Management refused to take responsibility for their error, other than not charging us the parking garage fee and put the blame squarely on us. We would never recommend this apartment to anyone.

We had a top floor penthouse studio apartment. It was spacious, well laid out and had all the amenities we needed. Check in was a little confusing (both for us and another family waiting downstairs), the front door is locked during check in hours and you need to buzz the office and then proceed to the second floor. This was not clear in our email instructions or on the front door - otherwise checkin was smooth and easy. The apartment is close to a tram stop and underground station and easy to use to get to the city centre. We were there mainly over easter so many things were not open.

The room was excellent, large and very nice decoration. Our group is impressive.
However, the apartment is quite far from the tourist attraction a bit, still have tram to reach there in 15-20 minutes. The con is about the reception working time is 11am - 4 pm, it is quite trouble me about check in, check out and mange our luggages on the check out day. It would be perfect is the time is more flexible.

Arrived by taxi and the driver advised us to use the U-Bahn thereafter : typical of the wonderfully friendly folk we met.
The apartment was terrific and the help provided by Elena and Ekaterina was brilliant - really lovely people who went out of their way to help.

This property met our needs very well. It was located away from downtown Vienna but was right next to the subway system and only 10-15 minutes to get to the downtown. The property was very comfortable and met our needs well. They were in contact with us before our arrival with instructions for getting our key (as we had a late arrival) and easily available either during their regular front desk hours or by email. Very responsive to our needs. The apartment was cleaned 1 time per week. All the basic utensils needed for cooking were available in the kitchen.

Excellent stay! Quiet neighborhood yet easy accessible to supermarket; bus stop to the city center is just around the corner. Fully equipped kitchen basically with everything you need to make a home food cooking; toilet and shower room are separated; comfy bedrooms, master BR is spacious. Very new and tasteful renovation and decorations. The reception is not 24hrs on duty but they will email you to clearly advise on the check-in/out procedure if your check in/out time falls out of their work time. Highly recommended!!

Prima bedden en lekker slapen bij de stille airco. Wel enige gebruik schade bijv. Doorgezakte bank, kapotte wc bril, moeizame deur naar het terras. Fijn was de korte loopafstand naar de metro om zo heel Wenen te bereizen. In d e omgeving kun je goed en betaalbaar eten. Helaas was de lift kapot en moesten wij dagelijks met de trap 4 etages beklimmen. Bij meer dan 30 graden minder leuk.

비엔나는 두번째 방문인데,첫번째 방문했을때는 중앙역 노보텔에 묵엇다.비엔나의 외식 물가가 너무 비싸서 이번엔 주방이 있는 곳으로 했는데 너무 만족스러운 여행이였다.비엔나의 마트물가는 비싸지않은편이라서 이틀이상 여행계획이라면 호텔보다는 주방이 있는숙소를 선택하는것이 좋을듯하다.'라파엘프리미엄'숙소는 U6라인이 2분거리에 있는데 그걸타면 서역까지 18분내외로갈수 있다.우리는 잘츠부르크갈때 서역을 이용했다.트램 42번은 5분거리에 있는데 시내 나갈때 주로 이용했다.교통도 나쁘지않고 아파트도 깨끗하고 특히 동네가 너무너무 안전하다.하여튼 6일 여행하면서 불편한건 없었다.만족한다.

入室は午後2時以降なのですが、飛行機の関係で荷物を預かってもらう必用がありました。
この場合にも事前に申し込むと、別室での預かりをしてもらうことができました。また、日本人なのでご覧の通り英語はつたないものの、丁寧な返信をしてもらえ安心してウィーンに向かうことができました。
5日に一回のクリーニングでは休憩した妻が少々驚いたようですが、大変丁寧にクリーニングしていたようです。
調味料は塩と砂糖のみですが、用意されていますし、お水もそのまま飲むことも可能です。

また、駅から大変近いため、いろんな場所に向かうにも便利です。
再度ウィーンに向かうことが必ず第一候補にしたいと思います。

방 2개, 화장실 1개, 욕실1개, 부엌1개, 거실 1개, 테라스 1개로 구성되어 있으며, 모든 편의시설이 구비되어 있습니다.

新穎舒適性價比佳

位於地鐵電車不遠處,交通便利,周邊也有奧地利餐廳.中式.義大利及印度餐館,離維也納大學醫學中心附近;若打算散步,到市政廳約半小時,我們在此住了2晚,室內全新裝潢十分乾淨新穎,若要提建議,若能有2間衛浴會更方便.

Kaunis ja viihtyisä asunto

Asunto oli kauniisti sisustettu ja erittäin siisti sekä sijaitsi rauhallisella alueella. Metro oli lähellä ja kaupungin keskustaan pääsi näppärästi. Viihdyinne siellä hyvin. Kahdesta makuuhuoneesta toinen oli upea, toinen vaatimattomampi.
