Very disappointed. Iguana poop everywhere, rude staff, cold showers, over priced food, dirty beaches... For what you pay to stay here they should really do a better job.

Ocean view in the 200’s building was great, ac worked excellent, loved the live music and the sunset views by the marina, room fridge was a great!!! Size, front desk communication was very well, only con is I would request a microwave well in advance if you want one as they are of VERY limited availability. I would have gave an 5 star had the microwave been included in the room without request or had I known I would need to request one prior. Also the sea grass isn’t fun but I felt like they worked well to clean it being its high season for the grass and unfortunately out of their control. The cleaning ladies were AMAZING and all staff very accommodating and polite.

We love this resort. Amazing location, lots of great food nearby and the resort itself is the best we have used in the keys.

Only complaint is the bathroom was a bit small the last time.

Overall our stay was nice. We loved the shores pool, and paid extra for ocean view and balcony, which was ruined by the sargassum(out of resorts control of course). Also the balcony was not a private balcony attached to our room, it was just an extension off the walk way open to anyone really, so that part is kind of deceiving.
Also, not like a huge deal, but we are huge sports fans and we were trying to watch the FiFa and basketball championships game, and there was no cable.
Called to try and have it fixed, and they came and fixed it, but there was no directory and there were only 10 channels available, not nba championship game channel. And you had to shuffle through the 100 channels to find random channel that worked. (Again, not a huge deal breaker, but for price, should function)
There was also, black mold in the bathroom. I called and alerted front desk twice, they did not seem to care.
I had a “vip package” and was supposed to have a late checkout @1pm, and they told me no, that even though that was apart of my package I still was supposed to to call and request it.
I did like how close the resort was too a lot of things, and walking distance to good breakfast place frenchies cafe(great coffee)!

We loved our stay at the Three waters resort. Room was very clean, and the whole property was beautiful. we loved that house keeping came every day. We did wish some stuff stayed open a bit longer, a lot of the staff was so nice but there was a few that just seemed rude. Good and drinks are a little over priced. We did a snorkeling and sand bar tour that was absolutely amazing. Would definitely stay again.

It's well worth it. Large resort. Easy to go from place to place within resort. Food is very good. Room was very clean and care was taken to make sure rooms are clean and well maintained. Beaches cleaned and items outside maintained daily. Wristbands help and make access easy. Pools were clean. Easy to be here and not be bothered, yet staff were there quickly if we needed anything.

This hotel was my favorite. If I come to the keys I will be returning to this hotel and this hotel only. We stayed in the cove (21 age plus) and loved it. So quiet and you even had your own pool and gym. Even the other amenities were great.

The property was beautiful as soon as we pulled up we were greeted by a woman on a golf cart. She was so happy and helpful. It made us feel comfortable right away, showed us to the front desk and she was also so very friendly. I wish I remembered their names. We got an ocean view. It also overlooked the pool and tiki bar and beach. The rooms were clean. Our balcony had very comfortable seating. We sat outside all night and walked to the property around the marina. I would definitely come back.

Very nice resort, spread out but easy to navigate, could usually flag down a golf cart if you needed to, good food choices. Plenty of amenities, rentals etc.
The Cove over 21, we had a great view,balcony was small but had comfortable chairs, pools and beaches were all great spots.

My only suggestion is to clean the garbage littered in the beach-lounging area. There’s also litter in the ocean (under Little Limon deck) that we picked up and a strong smell of sewage that hits the nostrils as soon as we exit our room or walk towards the Tiki bar.

The ice cream place also needs to stay open later than 8.

We stayed in room 218 and Friday going into Saturday evening, there was extremely loud music that went on from 10pm to about 1 am. It was awful and we couldn’t sleep and the staff was unreachable at that time. Please don’t have that music that loud and that late.

Great vacation!! Room needed some work such as shower door panel missing and the door didn’t lock. Other than that is was beautiful place It also needs an onsite laundry facility. When you have fishermen you need that badly.

Beautiful property, lots to do on the property. We found lighting in the rooms to be a little lacking, especially in the coffee bar area. The rooms are really small but we kind of knew that going in, the balcony was a great extension of space. Clean and lots of staff around to help with anything.

The resort, staff and facilities are excellent. The location in Islamorada is great either for a few days in the keys or as a stopping point to or from Key West. We didn’t get time to use all of the facilities but there are restaurants on site, kayaks, pools, a lively beach and breakfast so you don’t have to leave if you don’t want to.

We had a fantastic stay at Three Waters Resort and Marina. The ocean view room with terrace (Atlantic Shores) was beautiful, and being just steps from the beach and pools made it incredibly easy to relax and enjoy every moment. The included amenities: paddle boards, kayaks, bikes, etc. made it easy to stay active without any extra planning.

The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming, and with several on-site dining options, we never felt the need to leave the resort to find something to do or somewhere great to eat. It truly had everything we needed for a fun, stress-free getaway.

The property is stunning and expansive with a friendly staff. Dinner at Kindler was delicious.

We removed one star because of a series of details that added up. Our first room smelled like must/mold. The second room had a visibly damaged dresser, a broken screen lock and no hot water in the sink the first day. Returning at 3 pm after a five hour outing, we discovered our room had not been cleaned, so we had to call and wait for service instead of taking a nap. This is was a very quiet time of winter. I hesitate to think what it would have been like if the resort was full... These issues are fixable, but some additional attention to detail would make this place five star.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. They don’t have any first aid kit at their activity locations. There was something wrong with the pool that caused severe irritation and redness that lasted for more than 4 hours in my husband’s eyes. When asked for help, they gave us purified water, and when we clearly needed more medication, they literally told us they don’t have any first aid or a nurse on site and we can call 911. When we went back to the room there was no water at all in the room due to a water outage. So my husband couldn’t even wash his eyes. When we called the front desk to explain the situation, the staff responded with rude replies. I mean, seriously? How can such huge properties not have first aid? Waste of money at least for me. I also faced skin irritation after going to the pool. Other than this, the food was good and the beach was clean. The next morning when I called front desk and requested for 2 water bottles to be sent to the room, they said ok but no one ever came to our room with water. We had no drinking water. Their water “refilling station” was a tiny cooler so far away that it took me 10 mins to find it. Overall this is clearly an overpriced resort with average services. I would recommend having basic first aid and access to onsite general physician or nurse especially when the resort is super over crowded, and when there are no nearby hospitals because of how the Florida Keys are isolated from the mainland. No safety measures = 1 star!

The beds were incredibly soft and comfortable, the marina view was great and we really appreciated the breakfast spot being so close to our room. Fun spaces to gather around our room, very modern and stylish. The only glitch: the beautiful pool located just off the ocean was unheated and consequently, freezing.

Overall it was a nice stay. They didn’t have elevators so it was rough carrying up full suitcases and we did find a couple of fish hooks in our rooms as those the maids only did what they must did. It wasn’t a thorough cleaning of the room. The staff was nice and very friendly. Food was good We would probably stay again

We had the best family stay at this resort in the Keys. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and perfect for winding down after a day in the sun. The pool was the real star for us… our kiddo didn’t want to get out. The whole place felt relaxed and welcoming, Truly one of our favorite family trips. Highly recommend!

Good value for an off-season break in the Keys. The staff was excellent, helpful, and friendly. Easy parking close to our room. Lots to do inside the resort for no extra cost: kayaking, ping pong, corn hole, water taxi, nice swimming pools and loungers in the sun. Live music every night at the tiki bar was fun. The beaches are Florida Keys beaches - don't expect deep sugar sand. Food at the restaurants inside the resort was mediocre and overpriced. There are lots of offsite dining options if you like seafood. Our room was clean and large but sparsely furnished - there was no desk and no place to sit except on the bed. The bathroom was tiny but the shower was hot and had good pressure. Pest control could have been better. I would recommend it as long as you're not paying peak-season premium rates.

I asked for a room with balcony and they assigned me one in the ground floor with no balcony. Room’s fridge didn’t cool. Just lights on but not cold at all. Cleaning service started banging cabinet doors and talking like nobody were in the rooms sleeping. Very disrespectful. For a $506/night + hotel fee $58 I was expecting much more to be realistic. Also room service was low quality.

We had a fantastic time here! The room was spotless- clean bed, fresh towels, and a great shower. Room service breakfast was delicious. The resort has everything you need, so no need to leave. We loved all the onsite restaurants, and the tiki bar was a total vibe. Big shoutout to our favorite bartender, Ivan! Can’t wait to go back!

The resort was great and it was super clean. Clean pools and quiet clean beaches. Would’ve liked that the resort fee covered the water sports like the jet skis. Had to pay an additional 165 per jet ski and on top of that needed a Florida water permit to even ride them. Non-motorized water craft were free and enjoyable.
