A fridge was a bonus. The lobby was \"so so\". Pillows were too soft. The room was clean.

Great location, opposite Münster Haupbahnhof. The room looked like it had recently been decorated and it was done to a good standard. My only criticisms are that the pillows were so soft they affected both mine and my husband's sleep, and that there was no way to stop the maid coming in. We'd rather not have had the maid come in daily. Other than that the room was very good, location ideal and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is less than a block away from the train station which is great if you are taking the train into Munster. The breakfast was worth it having a variety of pastries, cereals, and warm foods such as eggs and sausages. The pillows were getting a little flat and probably could use some replacing. Otherwise had no issue with the place for the two nights that I stayed.

I liked that just as the room looked in the photos, it was the same in reality (and I have visited quite a few hotels around the world), but it is often different. This is very good because it was clean and kept in very good condition. I was afraid of noise due to the location of the hotel, but there was none. I am really impressed with how well you can sleep (I will only add that I had an important meeting the next day). First contact with the reception and also a very positive impression. Everything was clearly and well explained to make your shorter or longer stay as you dreamed of. I will also add that if I have a reason to return to this city in the future, I will of course choose this hotel. You only make the first impression once. Regards and recommend

Very noisy outside, my teas kettle had old water in it and started growing mold, and the shower was horrible. The water auto changes and burnt my body the first time it did, the shower head would not stay on the wall, and the doors would not stay shut. The price was too much for all the issues. However, the lady at the reception desk in the morning did let me have a free coffee from the machine because of the tea kettle issue.

Hotel is just located next to the trainstation. Very convenient to get there by public transportation. However there were a lot of loud and drunken people in front of the hotel when we arrived friday evening. The center is not far away. It is reachable within 5 min by feet. The room was not the biggest but ok. The beds were good.

Der Boden im Frühstücks-Bereich ist ein Sicherheitsrisiko. Den bereich vor dem Hotel würde ich ungerne nach 20:00 aufsuchen wollen, wenn man \"Großstadt-Bahnhofsvorplatz\" nicht gewohnt ist. Der weg zur Innenstadt ist es, aber auch da kommt man nicht ohne Drogenmileau aus. Es gibt so gute Bäcker in Münster, ich kann mir vorstellen, dass dieser Brötchen auch sonntags bringt, spart die unterdurchschnittlichen Aufbackbrötchen. Für eine Nacht machbar, aber nicht für länger auch wenn das Zimmer ansich sauber war.

Mørklægning gardinerne fungerer også godt. Så snyd jeg ikke for dette ophold. Der ligger et hotel ved siden af der hedder Novo hotel som vi selv har lagt på tidligere. Det når ikke dette hotel til sokkeholderne. Så kære venner, hvis i ser dette, så log ind på dette hotel. Det var fantastisk. Tolle Lage, nahe am Bahnhof und nicht weit in die Stadt. Wir konnten unser Gepäck problemlos bei der frühen Anreise im Hotel deponieren. Das Zimmer war ansprechend und die Betten bequem. Aufgrund der Lage war es bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr laut, da die Fenster aber gut isoliert sind, hat man den Lärm bei geschlossenem Fenster kaum gehört. Die Klimaanlage hat bei geschlossenem Fenster für ein angenehmes Raumklima gesorgt.

Das Personal ist sehr unempathisch und unflexibel. Frühstück gibt es an der Rezeption. Eine Bar / Restaurant gibt es ebenfalls nicht , zudem nicht mal eine Minibar , die kühl geschweige denn gefüllt ist . Der Aufzug macht keine einladenden Geräusche . Der Geruch im gesamten Hotel ist kaum zumutbar. Schimmel im viel zu engen Badezimmer .

Das Hotel ist unmittelbar am Hbf in Münster gelegen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat mich angezogen, ich kannte das Hotel noch nicht. Mein Einzelzimmer ging zum Hbf raus und war dennoch wirklich ruhig. Das hat mich gefreut und echt beeindruckt. Auch, dass ein Schreibtisch in den Zimmern ist, ist für mich wichtig und gut. Alles top!

Gute Unterkunft, direkt gegenüber vom Hauptbahnhof und nur wenige Gehminuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Einzig unangenehm war, dass mein Zimmer Richtung Hauptbahnhof ausgerichtet und die Fenster nicht schalldicht waren. Dafür ist die Lage top und man kommt von dort aus überall hin. Die Zimmer sind klein aber fein, schönes Bad, alles sauber, Zimmer war nach hinten raus, sehr ruhig. Das Ein- und Auschecken war unkompliziert. Aber der Geruch in dem Hotel geht gar nicht, wie Kanalisation. Gott sei Dank nicht im Zimmer. Aber beim Frühstück auch sehr störend. Das Frühstück ist auch insgesamt ok, aber billige Aufbackbrötchen bei dem Preis ist nicht in Ordnung

Das Hotel ist super am Bahnhof gelegen und mein Zimmer lag hinten raus, sodass wenig Geräusche von außen nach drinnen drangen. Die 24h besetzte Rezeption hat mir ein Gefühl der Sicherheit gegeben. Das Zimmer war praktisch eingerichtet und angemessen groß. Leider roch es im gesamten Hotel und vor allem in meinem Zimmer sehr unangenehm, das Öffnen des Fensters war allerdings nicht möglich und auch der Einsatz der Lüftung half nur wenig gegen den starken Geruch.
