The staff at the hotel were outstanding! They made every effort to accommodate our needs and requests (in particular Marcela at Front Desk and Mr. Richter). The location of the hotel is perfect for sight-seeing and shopping. This hotel also offers wonderful amenities, including an Executive Lounge (with appropriate room booking) and covered parking in the public parking garage downstairs. Highly recommend!

Although the hotel lacks any old world charm, it provides a comfortable, functional place to stay in the old city of Muenster. Each room has a large floor to ceiling window that provides light, air and a nice view. The hotel room thus becomes a decent place to work during the day. The bathroom is large and the shower works perfectly. The overall style of the hotel is German minimalist. Breakfast buffet is good

Great hotel in the middle of the town. Good service and a good breakfast. We had our dog with us and they put a dog bed in our rooms with a bag full of food and treats - good service! The parking in the basement is easy. Would recommend a stay if you are visiting the town!

I really liked my stay at hotel h4. It was super close to my school and so extremely convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was jet-lagged the entire time and would often need to sleep during the day, they have large light-blocking curtains that keep out the sunlight and made it actually possible for me to sleep. They also have a great coffee machine that makes coffee that tastes So much better than most hotel coffee makers. I was surviving solely on caffeine so having a good coffee maker in my room was awesome. I’ve been staying in air bnbs lately and forgot how these simple little things can really improve the quality of your trip. my only complaint was the strange smell that would sometimes linger. I couldn’t tell if it was from the sink or the toilet. I noticed it when walking outside the building sometimes too. i chalked it up to the German plumbing system and got an aroma diffuser. It helped but the smell was still noticeable. Aside from this my stay was great. I will also note that they’re restaurant wasn’t very tasty and was way overpriced.

Room was a good size, clean bathroom with lots of shelf space and lots of window lighting. The location is also perfect for anything you need access to.

Easy to check in. I was put in the \"second\" building, which honestly is just difficult. The elevator from parking garage went up fine, but when going down, the doors would not open, so you had to get out one floor above and take stairs. Also no parking ticket machine in second building, so just some additional steps you had to do in order to get out of the parking garage. Overall a pleasant hotel, but I would request to stay in primary building (the one that has reception, etc).

Übernachtung mit Fenster zur Straße raus, klar gibt es da Geräussche die mann von zu Hause vielleicht nicht gewohnt ist. In diesm Fall war es die Sylvesternacht. Da gibt es nichts zu meckern.

Die Citynähe war super ! Das Frühstück war gut , aber nichts besonderes ! Das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich , aber sie kamen teilweise mit dem auffüllen nicht nach !? Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte eine schöne Größe , nur die Straße war laut , obwohl das Fenster geschlossen war ! Außerdem waren mir die Wege vom Haus 2 zu weit zum Frühstücksraum oder zur Lobby , für eine Nacht war es ok aber länger würde ich es nicht tolerieren !!!

Lage des Hotels optimal. Die Suite ansich war gross und sehr ansprechend gestaltet, Betten sehr gut, leider war die Terrasse recht ungepflegt, Tisch völlig verdreckt, unterschiedliche Stühle, teils defekt. Sollte bei dem aufgerufenen - doch recht hohen - Preis nicht sein. Personal hilfsbereit, allerdings im Gesamteindruck alles sehr unpersönlich. Frühstücksangebot sehr reichhaltig, die Qualität der Speisen war zum Teil aber leider nicht überzeugend, Joghurt z.B. für mich ungenießbar. Die Darreichungsform der Speisen teils nicht sehr ansprechend und unpraktisch: Saft aus einem Metall-Spender, bei dem einige Tasten gar nicht nutzbar waren (Grapefruit), Glaskaraffe z.B. sähe viel appetitlicher aus. Käsescheiben als grosser \"Klotz\", so wie aus der Folienverpackung entnommen, warme Speisen aus schweren - eigentlich schönen - Töpfen, wobei man nie weiss, wohin mit dem Deckel. Alles in allem passte Preis-Leistung nicht. Würde zu dem Preis nicht nochmals dort übernachten wollen. Wer hohe Preise aufruft, der sollte auch adäquate Leistung bieten.
