The Hotel itself was basic but suitable for our two night stay. Excellent shower.
The staff were friendly and helpful but the breakfast very basic.
The real \"downer\" was the location, or rather, the inhabitants of the location. There was quite a large collection of drug users and alcoholics (from observation) constantly gathered near the door to the Hotel and spread right across the road for most of each day ! Quite intimidating really.

The room was old but spacious and clean. Only saw staff to check in and out but that was all . They come to clean the rooms too early as they are knocking on the door at 8:30. Had kettle but no tea or coffee.
Supermarket across the road and lots of eateries around. Close to the train station and old town.

Bizarre place. Carpets just filthy. Staff were kind and professional, but the place itself is like a rundown kindergarten. The area is also super sketchy. Just looking out the window of my room there were people dealing and taking drugs from early morning to late at night. It was cheap, and I’m a guy so it was fine - but there’s no way I no would let my folks or my girlfriend stay there.

Think high-end hostel... The family room was nice. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was functional but the shower stall was slippery. Our room had a mini kitchen with two burners, a refrigerator, and a sink. Be advised that the room did not have air conditioning but come with a fan - position it by an open window and you can have it blow the fresh evening air into your room - you'll also get to enjoy the sounds of the city. Finally, the family room had two mirrors but unfortunately they were both in the bathroom which limited how many people could get ready at a time.

This hotel was very convenient for the railway station and for accessing the city. The room was big, clean and comfortable, with the quirky green carpets and flowers painted on the walls. There were often people loitering in the street near the entrance which wasn’t very nice. On one night we were woken by loud music which was apparently from the cleaners in the gym next door from 4am in the morning -but the hotel staff did contact the gym, and it didn’t happen again

3 avonden het idee gehad dat er schoonmakers bezig waren geweest op de 4e etage (wij op de 3e) zo klonk het boven ons hoofd, dit bij receptie bij weggaan gemeld maar schoonmaakploeg vertrek altijd vroeger, wat het wel geweest is weten we niet. Receptioniste heeft gezegd had maar gelijk gemeld dan hadden ze het kunnen checken. Het was storend maar niet zo dat we er niet van konden slapen, verder een prima hotel zou zo weer gaan.

Flower Power

The hotel was hard to find at first since it’s not on ground level. But after I found it and got checked in the room was fantastic! Very big m, clean, and comfortable! The staff was nice and spoke English well which made my stay lot easier!

Convenient hotel close to the train station

I needed to stay overnight in Münster to catch a flight on the weekend. This hotel was well located, had a small kitchenette inside the room, good access to public transportation and you can visit the old city by foot.

Vi slet litt med å komme oss inn og finne ut av alt selv med koder og alt. Det var ingen i resepsjonen, ingen på mail eller på telefon. Stedet var fint bortsett fra skitne, udelikate syntetiske gulvtepper. Hotellet hadde tjent mye på å fjerne dem. Frokosten var bra. Kort vei å gå til sentrum. Slitent strøk.

De ligging in een straat vol met verslaafden geeft geen prettig gevoel bij aankomst en verblijf. Het hotel zelf is prima waar voor zijn geld, al was het bed van onze tweede kamer wel heel erg smal, smaller dan de kamer ernaast.

Das Badezimmer war modern und auch sauber. Auch das Bett war in Ordnung.
Der Teppich im gesamten oberen Stockwerk und im Zimmer ist verschmutzt. Wodurch möchte ich lieber nicht wissen. Die Küchenzeile hat seine besten Jahre hinter sich.
Das Personal war freundlich und wir konnten problemlos ein und auschecken.
Um das Hotel herum gibt es viele Restaurants.

Das Zimmer war schön,ausreichend gross und die kleine Küche ein nettes Extra. Besonders gut war das Bett. Obwohl das Zimmer zum Bahnhof hinaus ging,war es mit geschlossenen Fenster ruhig. Das Personal war freundlich und das Frühstück für unsere Bedürfnisse ausreichend. Die Lage ist perfekt, nahe am Bahnhof und Nahe an der Altstadt. Alles konnte zu Fuss erreicht werden. Wir waren zufrieden und würden wieder dort übernachten.

Preis-Leistung stimmt für mich nicht:
Dreckigster Fußboden den ich jemals gesehen habe, Zigaretten Geruch im Zimmer.
Lärm, grölende Menschenmassen vorm Hotel, zur Bahnhofsseite, musste mit Fenster zu schlafen, Lauter Kühlschrank.
Wasser in der Dusche wechselte zwischen heiß und kalt. Nur ein Punkt positiv: Gute Zimmer- und Badgröße. Schade, die Gestaltung mit dem Blümchen war ansprechend

Für den günstigen Preis war das Zimmer soweit okay. Es war recht klein, aber für 1-2 Übernachtungen ausreichend. Im Großen und Ganzen war alles sauber, nur der Teppich hatte große Flecken und sah ungepflegt aus und die Tapeten hatten schwarze Streifen/Abnutzungen. Leider hatte das Zimmer nur eine Kleiderstange, keinen Schrank. Positiv war die Kochnische. Das Personal könnte freundlicher sein, es wirkte recht gleichgültig.

Leider entsprach der Aufenthalt im Flowers Hotel Münster nicht ganz meinen Erwartungen. Das erste Zimmer war offensichtlich benutzt, das Bett war wie gerade verlassen, und es standen Tassen mit angetrockneter Tomatensoße herum, was auf eine unzureichende Reinigung hindeutet. Im Ersatzzimmer war ein Bettlaken mit Flecken versehen, doch das Personal reagierte schnell und stellte ein neues Bettlaken zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und bot alles, was man braucht. Insgesamt gab es bei Sauberkeit und Service noch Verbesserungsbedarf, aber das Personal war bemüht, die Probleme zu lösen.

Das Hoel ist sehr zentral gelegen zum Bahnhof und auch zur Altstadt.
Unser Zimmer ging zum Bahnhof raus, was aber nicht das Lauteste war.
Direkt gegenüber sind Imbißbuden und eine Bar, in der begeistert und laut bis in die Nacht gesungen wurde.
Das Zimmer war absolut ok, allerdings zunächst nicht sauber.
Das sehr freundliche Personal bot uns Gratis Getränke und klärte das Problem in kurzer Zeit.
Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.
Die Dachterasse macht eher einen vernachlässigten Eindruck mit abgeranzten Stühlen und ausgefransten Sonnenschirmen.
Wenn man keine großen Ansprüche hat, ist das Hotel völlig ok.
Durch die Deko und Einrichtung unterscheidet es sich positiv von üblichen 08/15 Hotels.

La pulizia della camera non è stata effettuata in maniera ottimale, infatti abbiamo trovato metà torta lasciata in frigo. La ventola del bagno era estremamente rumorosa e rimanendo accessa per diverso tempo una volta usciti dal bagno, rende impraticabile utilizzare il bagno di notte, salvo svegliare il secondo ospite. La camera era molto calda e, in assenza di condizionatore, aprendo le finestre entravano gli odori di kebab delle vicine cucine. La camera che ci è stata assegnata non era raggiungibile in ascensore ed è stato necessario percorrere una lunga e ripida scalinata, che non è adatta a persone anziane.

Unser Zimmer war ok. Leider war der Boden qehr fleckig, es scheinen sich Gäste mehrfach übergeben zu haben. Die Flecken sind noch sichtbar. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach gehalten, die Brötchen, wie auch der Aufschnitt qaren nicht schmackhaft. Wir empfehlen das Hotel nicht.

Ich war vor 4 Jahren dort, da war es noch sauber.
Jetzt sind sämtliche Teppiche mit schwarzen Flecken und Laufwegen abgenutzt. Im Bad werden runde Ecken geputzt und die Dusche hat orange Ecken( Vorstufe zum Schimmel).
Für die Bettdecke hatte ich zum Glück eine Fusselrolle mit. Sie war zwar gewaschen, aber wohl mit einer schwarzen Socke( überall schwarze Fusselbrocken)

Das Zimmer, Standardzimmer nach hinten und nicht zur Strasse, war wirklich schön ruhig doch recht eng und klein. Eine Nachfrage ergab, dass einige ruhige Zimmer jedoch davon nicht alle trotz Preisaufschlag für Standardzimmer trotzdem recht klein sein können. Dafür gehen diese Zimmer nicht zur Strasse raus.

Wir haben das Hotel gebucht anhand der guten Bewertungen und schönen Bilder. Tatsächlich wirkt das Hotel/die Zimmer heruntergekommen. Es war dreckig,Teppichböden verschmutzt, Handtuch vom Vorgänger am Haken und die Küchenzeile soll laut Beschreibung gut ausgestattet sein,was ein Witz war. Es waren Kochplatten vorhanden, aber es fehlten Töpfe bzw Zubehör. Ein Glas für 2 Personen. Beschädigter Lampenschirm, Staub im Regal. Das Personal war bemüht. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach gehalten aber ausreichend. Vor dem Hotel hat man Angst überfallen zu werden. (Versuchter Übergriff auf meine Person) Die ganze Straße wird von Junkies, Obdachlosen etc.belagert. Eine Straße weiter ist man fußläufig jedoch in der schönen Innenstadt.
Wir waren leider enttäuscht und hatten uns mehr erhofft.

Het ging maar om 1 nacht Prima hotel midden in de stad en daardoor lawaai. Wij hadden een kamer op de 5e verdieping en daar kon het raam alleen maar op de kiepstand. Bij 28 graden is dat wel erg warm.
Het personeel is erg vriendelijk.

Prez/Leistung stimmen. Man kann kaum lüften, weil der Geruch vom Döner unten bis nach oben dringt. Die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar.Der Bahnhof liegt nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Gut finde ich auch, dass eine kleine Küchenzeile vorhanden ist.

Die Lage des Hotels ist -was fußläufige Erreichung Hafen, Zentrum, Altstadt angeht- hervorragend. Aber es ist auch die Rückseite des Bahnhofes die sicherlich zu den sozialen Brennpunkten der Stadt gehört.
Teppich in den Zimmern ist sicherlich Geschmacksache. Der Bahnhof ist, genau wie die direkt gegenüberliegende Karaoke Bar trotz guter Verglasung der Fenster nicht zu überhören

Meget varmt på værelset, selv om vi fik en ventilator kunne den ikke gøre noget. Værelset var dejlig stort.

Hotellet lå i et lumsk kvarter, som gjorde at vores børn ikke var trygge.

Super lækker bar på toppen af hotellet som også blev brugt til morgenmad.

In Bahnhofsnähe gelegenes, dafür recht ruhiges Hotel. Dadurch sehr gut angebunden, viele leckere Restaurants in der Nähe und vieles fußläufig erreichbar. Durch viele Drogenabhängige und Obdachlose in der Straße beim Hotel abends teils ein ungutes Gefühl und viel offensives Betteln. Schöne und saubere Badezimmer. Die Zimmer auch gut. Nur der Teppich in unserem Zimmer wies leider undefinierbare Flecken auf, eher unangenehm. Küchenzeile im Zimmer praktisch, um mal Nudeln zu kochen, Geschirr im Zimmer nicht ausreichend vorhanden und etwas dreckig. Konnte aber alles an der Rezeption abgeholt werden. Guter, unkomplizierter und freundlicher Service.

Die Lage ist gut um Münster zu erkunden, nahe am Bahnhof aber okay.

Great with a small kitchenette to be able to fix some meals.

Rymligt familjerum med trinett och helt ok sköna sängar. Kraftigt fläckad heltäckningsmatta och fläckiga lampskärmar inklusive en golvlampa som helt saknade skärm (endast skarp glödlampa).
I övrigt rent och fanns ändå hårtork. Frukost helt ok.
Fanns takterrass men för svalt för att nyttja.

Wir waren zum dritten Mal dort. Diesmal bekamen wir ein sehr kleines Zimmer, aber es war ganz oben und total ruhig. Wir haben rivhtig entspannt geschlafen. Die Badezimmer sind alle neu gewesen und richtig schön. Eine riesige Dusche! Leider war das Reinigungspersonal diesmal unmöglich. Auf dem Boden lag noch der Müll vom Vorbewohner ( Papier, Ohrenstöpsel). Seife war fast leer und wurde nie aufgefüllt.Die leere Klopapierrolle war auch noch da.Obwohl ich am dritten Tag alle Handtücher auf den Boden legte, damit sie mal gewechselt werden, bekamen wir keine neuen. Sie lagen nachmittags immer noch da und waren nichtmal mitgenommen worden. Wir hatten das Gefühl, die Betten wurden schnell gemacht und die Mülleimer geleert. Das wars. Zur Krönung waren dann aber unsere leeren Pfandflaschen entfernt worden, die hatten wir im Regal stehen, nicht im Müll oder auf dem Boden. Da haben wir uns dann beschwert. Man entschuldigte sich und brachte sofort neue Handtücher. Zu den Flaschen hieß es, die dürften die Mitarbeiter gar nicht mitnehmen. Haben sie aber. Es kam nur ein knappes tut mir leid , keine Entschädigung ( ein Kaffee wäre ja schon nett gewesen). So nett das Personal auch ist- wenn das Reinigungspersonal nicht vernünftig arbeitet, spricht sich das schnell herum.

Das Hotel ist für Gäste mit guten Nerven und ohne Ansprüche ok.
Zentrale Lage, auf der einen Seite direkt am Bahnhof mit entsprechender Umgebung (viele Drogensüchtige, man wird aufdringlich nach Geld angesprochen), auf der anderen Seite schnell (ca. 5 Minuten) in hübscher Altstadt. Auf der Wolbecker Str. viele gute Lokale und Cafes. Zimmer ging zur Hauptstrasse raus, es war sehr laut (auch bereitgelegte Ohrenstöpsel halfen nicht) unter dem Zimmer Döner Imbis, der wochentags bis 24 und am Wochenende bis 2 geöffnet hatte - daher laut und es roch im Zimmer permament nach Döner. Leider keine Klimaanlage daher mit geöffnetem Fenster geschlafen und eher nicht geschlafen (es war laut vom Imbiss, an der Ampel aufröhrende Autos, Autos mit lauter Musik, gröhlende Gäste oder andere Fussgänger und Ampel mit dauerndem Klackern die ganze Nacht lang)... Personal am Empfang unfreundlich, Zimmerreinung unregelmässig und leere Pfandflaschen wurden ungebeten aus Zimmer (sogar aus Kühlschrank) entfernt. Das komplette Hotel ist mit grünem Teppichboden ausgelegt- sah leider schon sehr mitgenommen aus (viele undefinierbare Flecken). Die Dachterasse war ein Pluspunkt, leider war dort aber kein Mülleimer vorhanden, so dass man Restmüll von take away Essen mit ins Zimmer nehmen musste. Am Abreisetag konnte man das Gepäck zwar noch im Hotel lassen, es wurde aber nicht in einem separaten Raum gesichert verwahrt. Auch wurde nicht sichergestellt, dass nur der entsprechende Gast sein Gepäck mitnimmt.
