Our room had two beds with a bathroom in between the two beds and it had two TVs and the remote in our son‘s room for his TV did not work. They brought another one the next day that did not work so it was quite disappointing….no hot water the second night we were there. There was no hot water to take a shower after being at Yellowstone National Park all day so not impressed. Would not recommend!

i dont know about the rest of this hotel but room 110 was terrible. double queen beds with mattresses that you would sink into about a foot. after driving all day in and from yellowstone the last thing you need is a terrible nights sleep. also the shower provided no more than a trickle of water, yes it was a handicapped room as this was all that was available but the shower head holder was broken and wouldnt stay in place, that along with no water pressure after bad sleep is just unacceptable. there was also someones prescription bottle with pills left by a previous person that was left under one of the beds. these national park gateway towns charge plenty for these rooms, atleast maintain and replace things. i wont be staying at this hotel again.

The property is composed of 1 big building and 3 smaller buildings. Our room was in the smaller building with parking in front of the door. We had a 2 queen bed room. It looks like newly renovated. The room was clean, smells clean. Bathroom separated the 2beds which was nice, there’s a separate small sink in front of bathroom. The beds were soft and comfortable. There is no sheet covering the bed frame. Carpet looks clean. There was coffee and juice for guests in the main building. There were 2 sets of coin operated washer and dryer which are funky looking in a separate building. Area look safe. For the price Yes I recommend this place. Breakfast included would have been nice. There are several restaurants in the Main Street a couple of miles down the road.

The Cody Legacy Inn is just a little bit from the Main Street area and close to the highway but quiet at night.. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. A gentleman helped carry our bags upstairs as there is no elevator and we had loads of stuff due to extended travel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Coffee is available in the lobby at 6am which is really nice. An Albertsons market is across the street as well as a liquor store. It is fairly priced and there is plenty of parking. The Cody museum is a 5 minute drive and worth a whole days visit! Granny’s Restaurant is a short drive and serves up big delicious breakfast. We would recommend the Cody Legacy Suites.

We have chosen to stay at you hotel every yr for the last 10 years. We come there for swim meets. I have never gotten a noise complaint at anytime when we have stayed anywhere. We had checked in at 7:00pm went to our room put our things in and left to go eat. Upon returning the gentleman at the desk came up to us telling us the people below us called in a noise complaint. We had three children with us ages 7, 11, 11. My daughter ran into the room very excited to stay there. But we were in the room less than 10 minutes. I felt the noise complaint wasn’t warranted or supported by our actions. Upon returning to the hotel and we were informed my kids whispered and were tip toed to be extra quiet.

Also convenient to grocery store and other stores right across the street. Staff was nice. No breakfast but they did have a coffee bar - coffee was not great but I thought it was nice to have it available. Room was very nice, decorated nicely, good toiletries and clean. I will say that my room was a flight up, there’s no elevator and carrying bags up could be an issue for some. All in all very satisfied with this stay.

Apparently, the front office doesn't communicate with the cleaning staff after going and saying are room was ready. We walked in there. It wasn't even touched by the cleaning people. And they said about 15 minutes went down to the front desk and asked her again when it's going to be ready. And she said, 15 minutes, 45 minutes later, with no communications. Two of our clean towels had long black hairs in them (neither of us have black hair). No paper or pens to take a note. Very low water pressure in the shower.
