Very disappointed in this property. First off I booked the motel 2 months ahead. They proceeded to give us a room on the highway side which was very noisy so I asked for a room that was more quiet. She didn’t think she could do that, but the Motel was not even half full. i eventually got a different room.
When I asked to be placed next to another couple or in the same complex it was a no. No chairs to sit on to enjoy the fresh air outside the room. When the other couple asked them to call us a cab the answer was no, he didnt speak english. No bench under the carport to sit on while waiting for the cab. I dont know how it got the rating it has, but i would not recommend this place to anyone. it's not user friendly. The furniture is very dated.

Only down side was the Albertsons grocery truck parked close to our room that left the refer running. Well to begin with. When we got to the hotel, I was asked for a credit card or debit card to pay for our room. I had paid for our room about two weeks before we got there. This was the first time this has happened. The manager said that I would not be billed twice. I hope when I get my monthly statement it will not show two payments.

I took my mother to yellowstone. We had reservations to stay at the Cody KOA but we got into town after the KOA office had closed. So we needed to find a place to stay. I was very frustrated with my original arrangements but once i pulled up to the property the front desk clerk was so kind he brought a smile to my face after being so frustrated. Then when i got to my room it was so clean, the bed was comfortable.

Also, bath exhaust fan didn't work, coffee packets weren't renewed daily during a three day stay, there were no USB plugs, and the deadbolt was next to impossible to lock.
Mattress was decent, sheets were ok, and location was ok but uninviting.
Overall, I'd spend $20 more dollars and go for a better hotel/motel closer to downtown.

Last minute reservation. When arrived- office was unattended with note to call this number. When calling - went to VM. Waited approximately 20 minutes and left to go eat. R/C call apologizing…. returned to check in. The office was unattended again the next am when leaving. The room $$ did not reflect accommodations. A bag of trash with food was in corner behind door, the air conditioner was not working properly, beds were uncomfortable. I’ve never written a negative review before and understand the last year and a half has impacted

A good, basic overnight stay. Staff are friendly and efficient and the room was comfortable. Main complaint is that the air conditioning unit was very loud, though thankfully once the room came to temperature, it didn't keep cycling on and off as some do. A nice feature is that there was a second sink in the shower which helped early risers to get dressed without disturbing the others. The price is also competitive and a good value in Cody.

The wifi was terrible, the sink had dried toothpaste on it, the fan was incredibly loud and couldn't be left on at night otherwise sleep was out of the question, and the bed was not comfortable.
