The facility is very good: clean room and friendly staff and good breakfast.however, the use of artificial flowers and greens is overwelmung, and should be reduced or eliminated. Information on shuttle bus availability should be clearer and list the cost of 25 euro to the airport.

Very noisy & Smokey from people at cafe just below so can't keep window open for fresh air and trucks & buses are noisey

The hotel is a nice place, the city it’s beautiful and staff very very nice people. You should know that there's a mosque next door, where they start their praises at 4:30 a.m., which can cause problems with rest. It's the same throughout the country. For everything else, everything's perfect.

I was very pleased with my stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with spacious and well-organized rooms. It’s in a convenient location with easy access to the airport, which made my trip much smoother. The staff were polite and the atmosphere was calm and quiet. Excellent staff very accommodating for checking. I booked an overnight stay but arrived in the morning of my departure so they accommodate for a couple of hours. Also breakfast was very good and they are happy to get to breakfast five minutes before it closed. Staff was very friendly professional speak very good English, especially the lady at the reception.

Please don’t. The staff were nice BUT I did not feel clean. I wiped down everything with Lysol wipes and the wipes were literally black. The refrigerator did not work, it had a used water bottle in there and the staff just threw it back in there when he tried to fix it. It is small. You can hear EVERYTHING. Just no.

Great stay!

We had a long layover in Istanbul, so we needed a quick stay. This hotel is maybe a 10 minute drive from the airport with no traffic. (It was Sunday morning at 6am) The hotel itself is small, there was no wait for check in. Everything was done smoothly and very quickly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. My kids had a very good sleep during the time there before our flight. The view was beautiful too. For $35?? I will most definitely recommend them!
When it was time to check out, they called a taxi for us which showed up in less than 5 minutes. I traveled alone with my three children and i was not afraid for a moment. Its safe and sound.

Shops & restaurants within 2 mins walk from hotel, located opposite the hotel is a huge beautiful Mosque with its majestic dome and tall minarets reachig into the sky. I strongly reccommend this Hotel as wonderful place to stay with or without family.

Même si le petit-déjeuner se terminait à 10 h, lorsque nous avons demandé des pommes de terre supplémentaires à 9 heures, ils ont répondu que nous ne pouvions pas en mettre plus. Les chambres sont très petites et il n'y a pas assez d'armoire pour ranger vos vêtements. Nous n'étions pas du tout satisfaits

Horrible experience. The only good thing was the guy at the reception but this is it. I was shocked when I entered the room with two kids, dirty, destroyed, very « luxury ». The other room they proposed was the same awful. Walls are so thin that you hear your neighbors sneeze. Disgusting breakfast. You can choose a lot of better options for the same price near Istanbul international airport, I stayed in a lot of hotels and that’s the worst you can find

I missed my flight from Istanbul to Abuja and was told the next flight is in two days, I have 1 year old baby so I have no choice but to find a hotel near the airport. I booked airport luxury hotel on expedia and took taxi from the airport it’s only 10 minutes drive. The hotel is really nice! I met Aziz at the front and he was very nice, he even let me borrow his charger! All the staffs are super nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There’s a mall 5 minutes drive from the hotel. There’s also a big masjid nearby very beautiful. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when ever I am in istanbul again. Thank you airport luxury hotel!!

Rooms are not sound proof at all which is contradictory to the description, toilet was clean but there was a strange smell 🤔 which was very unpleasant , breakfast was also very limited in options . Overall its an average 3 star hotel with very basic facilities and not at all luxury hotel as name suggest . Staff was approachable though

Of course, every hotel is clean and comfortable, but this hotel, I felt, had `spirit´, a homely feel, and that is very important to guests. We stayed for here for one night for our flight next day. It was not at all far from the airport but use a taxi not their transport service. The hotel is nice and clean with a decent breakfast and is next to the mosque, some places to eat and a couple mini markets. We had a pleasant stay!

This is not a sound proofed hotel. You clearly hear people coming in and leaving at all hours - conversations, door banging, etc. The plane noise is constant. Our booking said breakfast included, but we only received it one day. It is brought to your room at a time you pre-arrange.

There is such review inflation for hotels in Europe.

It's only 10km from the airport. That part is nice. But the rooms are tiny and the front desk wouldn't even help call me a cab back to the airport because they kept trying to upsell their \"luxury airport transfer\" for 25€. There is nothing exceptional about this place. It's a small, relatively clean hotel room somewhat near the airport. Staff was pretty crummy compared to the other places we stayed in Turkey.

I don’t really know why they call it “Luxury Airport Hotel.” It was not luxury, and it has nothing to do with the airport. There is no subway nearby, and you cannot find a landmark, nature, or even an average restaurant there. What’s worse, the so-called hotel does not have a restaurant or even a dining area, and the breakfast is not even included. When you eventually pay yourself through for the breakfast, you’ll be shocked as soon as you see what they try to serve you. Furthermore, you book a deluxe room and what you get is barely even a standard. All aside, the price you pay is another shock!

Alot of construction in the area alot of noise. I asked the staff to book me a taxi to the airport after sharing the FULL DETAILS the morning of my flight they took me to the WRONG airport . I missed my flight and had to pay double in taxi fares !

I was stranded at the airport for 2 days before i could get another flight back to the UK.

I had an amazing stay at the Luxury Airport Hotel. The room was fantastic and location very convenient. However, the best part was the conversation I had with the concierge, Emircan. He was incredibly helpful with finding the best local restaurants and sites as well as an excellent conversationalist. Thanks to the Luxury Airport Hotel and Emircan I had wonderful trip to Istanbul.

The room i booked i was awaked next morning by the sound of some renovation upstairs, when i tried to take shower bathroom flooded with water because of drainage problem. No clothes hangers and tiny fridge when tried to open whole fridge moves, you need two hands to open it. When complained at the front desk they given me another room wich was very good.

There's hair everywhere, towels and bed, and the bathroom (walls, doorknob) doesn't look like its been wiped (soap marks). They were nice enough to replace the bedsheets after request, although there are still some hair on the replacement sheet. You get what you paid for.

Comfortable hotel but fairly remote location.

I stayed for a week, I had a comfortable stay. Comfy bed, solid wifi, good water pressure in the shower, good reception staff that speak English. The stray dogs outside are noisy at night so bring earplugs. The location is quite remote so there is not much to do in the surrounding area. Also, check the Google Reviews before you eat at any of the local restaurants - most of them charge double the price for tourists.

The hotel is ok looks ok but the sliding door is broken glass and can’t be open, the flash handle was broken the service is poor since we asked the assigned employee in the lobby we called and informed so many times regarding the flash and ac not working properly but no one came up to our room as in no help at all.
We like the hotel it was nice walkable to restaurants and nice view at night but we can’t open the sliding door it was like gonna fall and glass was broken. The person in the lobby was not helpful and friendly. I hope they will improve their service cause they have a cute and nice hotel but lack of service.

- Pick up to and from hotel €50 This is standard and was excellent!

- The front desk clerk was super nice and showed me exactly where to go to get to the local market.

- I walked into the room and immediately noticed how big it was! This was so nice. But, upon closer inspection, as I settled in, there were handprints on the light fixtures, the door handle to the balcony was very loose and you had to slam the door to get it to turn. The chair is stained and cracks in the walls.

- View from the balcony is a beautiful mosque. But, that is about it.

- The hotel needs more insulation as 1. the prayer calls are VERY loud and you will 100% hear every note. Beautiful but loud and 2. It is in the direct path of the arrivals runway to IST airport with HUGE planes flying over every 2 - 3 minutes until around midnight and starting up again around 4:45 am.

- They provided 4 bottles of water! SO GREAT!!

- Full-stocked packets of coffee and tea. :)

- I needed assistance turning on the hot tub, yes a hot tub in the room was super cool but loud, and I called and was told 10 minutes. After about 45 minutes I called again and the receptionist apologized for forgetting to tell his colleague and the colleague came within 5 minutes to help.

So, overall it was OK for the price. I will not stay again as I travel for business and stay in Arnavutkoy a lot while in transit and I've stayed at nicer places :/

Very average. While we can appreciate plastering work being carried out in the lobby; the floor was covered in plaster dust, as was the only 2 uncovered chairs, so our clothes got dirty.
The staff were nice enough and helpful.
Our bathroom smelled terrible, the shower head leaked and sprayed everywhere and there were 'spare' pieces of wood under the bathroom vanity.
The call to prayer at the neighbouring mosque was beautiful to wake up to.
Great proximity to the airport.

Overnight stay to catch an early flight

Honestly I didn’t expect to get such good clean hotel and excellent service for that price, it’s so affordable that you don’t think it’s that nice but it is.kivang from the night shift is awesome he did the wake up call on time and got a taxi very fast very early in the morning. I had one night stay for early flight the next morning and it was excellent choice very clean hotel and that’s the most important criteria for me when I book a room anywhere and that hotel check all the boxes transportation from the airport about TL 230 each way very close to Istanbul Airport few restaurant around not too many but enough, I would stay there again

I moved from the town center to this hotel for an early morning flight out of Istanbul. The hotel was convenient and very well-priced. The room was clean and comfortable. Best of all, the hotel was able to arrange transportation to the airport very early in the morning and the driver was even early. I will definitely consider again next year.

2 day layover before going home after 2 weeks in 3 countries. Pleasant staff and helpful staff. Arranged transport into city and to the airport m. Nice size rooms. Crashed and slept well for 10 plus hours before getting up and moving around. Beds were comfortable. Because the rooms weee such a good price, we opted for the largest one and had plenty of space. I would stay here again. The Mosque was our room view. You will hear the Mosque calls for prayer, but it is a beautiful building and did not disturb us at all.

I used the hotel for a layover for around 8 hours. I arrived at 9pm and checked in. I went to get some food and left my bag in the room. The bag had £240 and when I arrived home the money is missing. The only time the bag was left unattended was when I went to get a meal.
