Good for families, I stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with good daily cleaning service and all amenities available and in good working condition and they even supply daily washing powder for the washing machine, however there is NO dish washer.
2 bathrooms with built in washing spry however the master bath room is directly opened to the bed room with NO physical barrier!
The area is good very close to the west lake and the diplomatic quarter and there are 3 close bye HALAL restaurants.
The reception staff are generally cooperative but i still have my deposit NOT reached my account despite receiving an email from them that they have completed the transaction.
Swimming pool in good condition but not that deep and there is access to the gem and health club all in tower A and the whole building is connected to a 2 levels shopping center with 2 grocery shops.

This hotel is a serviced apartment, so the rooms come with a washing machine and kitchen facilities, making your trip even more convenient. Additionally, the doormen are very friendly and always help guide Grab drivers to the correct entrance for pick-ups and drop-offs.

The restaurant is another highlight, offering freshly prepared Vietnamese dishes every day, such as chicken and beef pho.

Downstairs, the Annam Gourmet supermarket has a wide selection of international foods, which made my mom especially happy—she went shopping there every day!

Overall, this place is the perfect choice for family trips, and it provides a smooth experience for first-time visitors without overwhelming them with cultural differences.

they said I used their spray but I didn’t touch anything but need to pay.They requested my friend to pay to go swimming pool but I registered 2 ppl to stay and he just come up to meet me there for 5 mins. Don’t use the pool. It is very annoying and feel very uncomfortable to be treated like a thief… not recommended to stay at all..

Nice, clean and roomy. Property is a bit dated. AC in bedroom was a bit noisy, and bathroom was small and has no hangers for used towels to be reused and toilet seat with only cold water.

Other than these, it is a great place. Will definitely come back.

Not all the \"lakeview rooms\" have a lakeview. Per my request, in my 2nd day I was moved to a higher room so Id have a lakeview. I love that the hotel is next to a mall. The grocery store sold everything I needed. One bummer is that the hotel bar is not connected to the hotel so you can add the bill as a room charge. A bit inconvenient to deal with Hanoi heat to go to the ATM to get cash to pay my bill. A good location for local bars and there's even a brewery walking distance from the hotel. The executive one bedroom was very clean and obviously new. The bathroom was very spacious. Id stay here again.

'Don't expect hospitality'

I do not take negative reviews in totality and so, in spite of several negative feedback online, I decided to give Fraser a try. After all, I had stayed in their properties in London and Perth.
It's all about the people and the experience they create during your stay when you are away from home.
Service at the cafe was curt and the check out was badly handled.
It was my fault that I assumed i could take away a laundry bag for my used clothing.
The front desk insisted and I paid USD2.50 each for 2 pieces.
Next they, they asked if I took away a mousepad. To prove my innocence, I had to stripped my luggage to show my own.
The hotel emailed me for a survey, I sent back my honest feedback and the Room Manager replied that he was concerned but wanted my details of that experience. He can read it here.
I do not point fingers and therefore I do not name the individuals. The training has to improve.
I want them to know that the US$5 matters little because each morning, for 4 days, I had left another US$5 for the room cleaners, an act I now regret.

I stayed in Tower B, the new building. Everything was impeccable. Room well designed and extremely comfortable. The housekeepers were sweet, friendly and so accommodating. The pool was a welcome relief after a hot Hanoi day.

Dont: “Fraser”, definition by the dictionary, a cool guy know when to learn, when to party. Dont get carried away by the property’s love and forget the time to go home. The room can use a clock by the way :)).

The hotel was spacious and nice, but the smell was a bit odd and I was happy to resolve it immediately. I was satisfied that the staff were all friendly. Especially, I asked for a massage reservation .. Henry Cuong staff kindly make a reservation and check. I was very angry about the noise because of the construction, but because of this kindness, I was angry ... I am satisfied with the kindness of the pool, the restaurant, the location and the staff, but I am a bit disappointed with the noise. I had a very good image after staying at the Playmat in Malaysia .. I am a bit disappointed with this part .. but I think the staff of Hanoi is the kindest place I have visited.

Service was what stands out at this property. Staff are extremely attentive. Eg were helpful in getting our delivery to us and proactively asking how they could help. But property feels aged and in need to refurbishment, eg shower area flooded. Neighbourhood is quiet and an expat enclave, so good to get away from the craziness of the old quarter.

Generally nice hotel and staff was very warm, but room which was in the studio apartment had many bugs and ants. The cleanliness was a bit disappointing. Some of the lights were not working as well.

Also, the kimchi jjigae that was served for breakfast tasted awful and too salty. It definitely can be improved.

Very good hotel with large, apartment-style rooms

I have stayed at Fraser Suites on many occasions. I know Hanoi well, and I can't find a better place to stay for the price. The rooms are set up as self-catering apartments, so there is alot of room to spread out. The place is still quite new, so everything is clean and works well. Good wifi ... good gym ... and a nice pool. There are also lots of good restaurants very close by in the foreigner area of West Lake. It takes 20 minutes to get to the Old Quarter, but this is a much nicer/quiet place to stay.

Large, comfortable rooms in a great part of Hanoi

I have stayed at Fraser suites on a number of occasions. I like it because the rooms are apartment-sized, and very new and clean. I can do my own washing after a long travel ... and it is very quiet (which is hard to find in Hanoi .. what with Vietnam being plagued with noise pollution). I will continue to stay at Fraser Suites whenever I am in Hanoi.

Fine enough, please note that the studio apts are in a separate building. When they were showing us to our room it was through the garage (not impressive), otherwise the service was as expected. Seems like mostly long term stay expats use this hotel, so good facilities (washing machine and kitchen in rooms) but don't expect it to have the same vibe as some other hotels.

Was in Hanoi for work and elected to stay in the West Lake area. The hotel is nice and comfortable. Great ammenities (pool, steam room, gym, etc.). Breakfast was just ok. They need to have real cups in my opinion (they use paper cups). Overall, it was comfortable and a great value for the money.

Rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast variety was enough, hotel location is a little far from restaurants and the city central. Staff were rude, condescending and unpleasant. We had 4 adults in a 3 bedroom suite. The three of us had breakfast one morning and a staff member approached our table to say the room only comes with breakfast for 2 adults and that we shouldn't hide the fact that more people will have breakfast. This could have been treated differently and spoken politely.

Nice property, bad check out experience

We stayed here for 2 nights. Check in was smooth, the apartment was beautiful. Great place for families or traveling with small children. There is a playground, playroom, swimming pool and room service. Nice amenities in the apartment, satellite TV, washer and dryer and a grocery store in the shopping center connected to the building. Easy to take taxis wherever you need to go. All was well until we checked out . They sent a staff member to our apartment to take inventory and said a salad plate and soup bowl were missing and we needed to pay for them. I told the front desk clerk, we DID NOT have them and I didn't know where they might be and it didn't matter to him what I said. He said we needed to pay for them. We said they could go through all of our belongings, we did not have them. The whole experience at check out was infuriating and really changed our feelings of our stay at the property, that had otherwise been an enjoyable experience. I did write the hotel and received a prompt reply and apology, but nonetheless checking out was not an enjoyable experience. By the way, no one comes up to the apartment to check the \"inventory\" when you check in. If this had not happened at check out, I would've said it was a great place to stay, but personally, I don't think I would return to this property.

先ずは、チェックインのスムーズさと親しみやすさ。丁寧に英語で対応してくださいました。チェックアウトの際も、アプリでタクシーを呼んだのですが、ピックアップの場所の表示がちょっと離れた別の場所になっていました。すかさず、ドライバーさんに電話して現地語で伝えてくださり、移動なく乗れました。待っている間も、ホテル滞在どうでしたか？など会話が弾みました。部屋も広くて清潔。朝食会場も広くて居心地よいし美味しい。ホータイに近いし、周りにはオシャレカフェたくさんあり。ベトナムのオシャレスーパー「アンナム」直結で行けます😍また、泊まりに行きます！

Basically, it’s a nice suite with convenient shopping and dining surroundings. The service is very friendly. Yet, some facilities and electrical equipment, like hair dryer, power plug jack have broken without replacing or repairing. So pleased with our choice!

We loved this hotel. It had a rooftop bar and pool with a great view, and in addition it had a pool at ground level which was great for relaxation. Our room was really nice and the staff was really friendly. The area was also nice, with both local and international food options. There was a shopping mall right by the hotel which was great for buying groceries and get a local coffee, and the hotel was right by the lake, so it was a beautiful walk into town.

The only thing that was not 100% was the breakfast, which was a bit boring. Other that that, 10 out of 10.

This time no noise from the gym facility so everything was ok.
I tried to shut off the air conditioning at night however the control panel qas unresponsive.
I had to switch off the electrical power of the room that is not so good if you need light at night.

Bed linen could be improved.
Restaurant on the top floor has a very limited number of available dishes.
However the price is ok
