NEVER MORE IN THIS HOTEL
The heat in the room was terrible, we couldn´t sleep for 2 nights, finally we went to another place and paid both.
The hotel is far away from the city and from the sky center so we had to take Uber or Taxis, to do this you need to call them 1 hour before, pray, and when they arrive another 30 minutes to the city.
The hotel was full of kids shouting and running!!!

We got a really good deal at this place because it was off season, so for the price we paid, it was worth it. The area is pretty and our room had a nice view to the mountains where we could see birds, rabbits, as well as some fish in a little pond by the hotel.
But, it should be noted that otherwise around the hotel there isn't much at all. It's a half hour drive to San Martin. So, for food your options are the hotel restaurant (which was decent) or a bit of a drive. This place is best for those wanting to get away from the towns, or for those coming for the golf course, I guess. We don't play golf, so one night was enough for us.
The room itself was nice and comfortable. Maybe a tad run-down. Wifi worked decently. It was a tad warm, but not a problem really. The pool was also nice. We didn't try spa options, but they had several it seemed.
When we arrived they at first didn't find our reservation, but a phone call seemed to sort that out.
All in all, if you get a good deal, I'd say this is a nice place for a night.

Very nice hotel with incredible views of the Andes. The property was secure; the only slight downfall (for us) was that it was secluded...you definitely need a car to get anywhere. Good breakfast and beautiful pool. English service available.

I don't understand why a Canadian booking a hotel in Argentina would be expected to do the conversion to United Arab Emirates dollars? It looks to me like a deliberate attempt to mislead.

Too far away from town. Hotel is isolated. You MUST have a car to get here, or walk 3 km uphill after taking a bus from town. Staff at gate is incompetent. They made me wait for half an hour when it was raining without telling me how they were screening me until I finally asked to go. No explanation. Staff at reception desk was not particularly welcoming at first, though they did try to address my concern later. The hotel is very nice, but by the time I got there I was so frustrated and exhausted that my relaxing treat turned into a nighmare.

Beautifull and peacefull. We had a very enjoyable time. You need to rent a car if you stay there. Breakfast has a great variety of quality food. One day many bikers came in and they had no eggs for that breakfast they are very concerned about there eggs.

This is billed as a five sta hotel and is truly not even close. The room was extremely hot and the service was spotty at best. There seemed to be only few people working there. In addition, the hotel is a good fifteen to twenty minutes from town in the middle of nowhere. Anyone that is not a golfer would be much better off staying in town.

Relax in style and comfort
Excellent country-side hotel with fantastic service and design. Distance from San Martin de los Andes is actually an advantage, so long as arrive with your own car. Restaurant's menu is a bit limited but food is good. Warm swimming pool with spa services is a great bonus after a busy day of trekking/skiing!

Estive hospedado por 8 dias e, infelizmente, a experiência ficou abaixo do esperado para um hotel de 4 a 5 estrelas. Logo na chegada, não recebemos orientações básicas sobre o funcionamento do hotel — horários, reservas, recreação ou alimentação. Como o hotel fica a 30 minutos do centro, o mínimo esperado é ter estrutura para refeições no local.
No primeiro dia, tive três frustrações: o brinde prometido (espumante no quarto) não foi entregue; o almoço foi negado mesmo com o pedido feito dentro do horário; e, à noite, o jantar também foi recusado por falta de reserva — sendo que ninguém nos orientou sobre essa necessidade no check-in.
A estrutura é bonita, mas com sinais claros de falta de manutenção: poltronas rasgadas e desbotadas, academia com poucos equipamentos antigos e sem acessórios básicos. O café da manhã, embora razoável, repetiu o mesmo cardápio durante todos os dias.
O atendimento foi limitado, com poucos funcionários, serviço lento e falhas de comunicação com a equipe de recreação. Tive reservas confundidas e mensagens desencontradas que dificultaram a experiência.

Com. Ar igualmente te debita el impuesto !, como si uno viajara al exterior !!! Vergüenza total. No reserven con Expedia .

Lamentablemente alojaron a un equipo de futbol que hacían su pretemporada. Fue un caos poder llegar el hotel por los fans que estaban esperando al equipo. En el propio hotel, todos estaban más pendientes de la llegada del equipo y en atender a la prensa y guardaespaldas que en atender al resto de los huéspedes. La comida muy mediocre: tuvimos que regresar un bife de chorizo porque lo pedimos jugoso y lo trajeron seco, por estar platicando en lugar de estar pendientes de la comida. El desayuno muy malo y sin opción de solicitar nada a la carta. No es lo habitual en un hotel de esa categoría. Nos deberIan haber avisado que llegaría en esa misma fecha el equipo de futbol.

El hotel es nuevo y con una decoración muy cálida. Me pareció muy poco personal para atender a tantos huéspedes . Incluso el área de spa es demasiado chica, el gimnasio, la pileta, son chicas y se completaba enseguida de huéspedes, incluso las reposeras eran pocas. No es in - out como decía en la descripción. Sólo interna. El exterior, el área de estacionamiento, muy poco iluminada, casi oscura diría. No me pareció justa la relación precio- calidad.

Aun que yo tenga pedido una habitación limpia por motivos de alergia y asma, avisado que estoy embarazada, me pusieran en subsuelo, en una habitación en fines de pasillo. La habitación estava re caliente, encontré pelos en la bañera, una araña muerta en la pared, suciedad en la alfombra y también había perdida de agua en el inodoro. No es posible que entreguen una habitación así, aun más que puse en momento de la reserva las informaciones. El desayuno es rico, pero tardan en reponer. La pileta es muy buena pero cierra a las 21h. En restaurante, una mesa que se armó después de nosotros sus pedidos llegaran primero que los nuestros y nos \"regalaran\"con una media botella que ya estaba abierta. No sé que es peor... Tengo las fotos de la araña, de la bañera pero no logro agregar acá en Hoteles.com.

Der gesamte Aufenthalt war ein nur perfekt. Angefangen beim freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal, über das große und gepflegte Zimmer bis hin zur wunderschönen Anlage entsprach alles unseren Wünschen. Auch das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Tuvimos un problema en el check in por una reserva adicional que hicimos de un turno en la cancha de golf. Es un Golf Resort pero no están para nada coordinados con su propia cancha de golf. Hasta nos cobraron extra la llamada al interno de golf del mismo hotel. La primera vez en la vida que me cobran por una llamada interna! Fueron centavos pero el sólo hecho es muy desagradable

Uns gefiel alles an dem Hotel. Das Zimmer mit dem wunderbaren Blick, der sehr schoene Innenpool, der schoene Aussenpool, die schoene Lobby, die gelassene Ruhe, die das Hotel ausstrahlt, das gute Fruehstueck. Man benoetigt natuerlich ein eigenes Auto, aber das ist von vornherein klar, da das Resort 15 km von San Martin enfernt ist. Fuer den Weg nach San Martin benoetigt man etwa 20 Minuten, was kein Problem ist, da die Strasse vollstaendig asphaltiert ist. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr genossen und koennen es vollen Herzens weiterempfehlen. Auch das Preis-Leistungs Verhaeltnis im ansonsten ueberteuerten Nord Patagonien stimmte.

El hotel en si es lindo, lo que no tiene es aire ac en las habitaciones lo cual me parecio rarisimo , hacia 30 grados y nos estabamos cocinando y en la recepcion consulte y no me dieron ninguna solucion. La habitacion bien , la vista hermosa..salvo el detalle del aire. Luego me cobraron el iva de forma adicional con lo cual el precio de expedia es engañoso...y no es el mejor precio teniendo en cuenta este detalle.., para finalizar el hotel no pudo emitir factura a y me dieron una b y me dijeron que como administracion no trabajaba me la enviarian por email...espero me la envien en estos dias.

Hotel bem bacana, mas fora esquiar em chapelco não tem muito o que fazer. Achei meio abandonado, não sei se por estar meio vazio e ser meio longe de san martin. Mas internamente toda estrutura é muito bonita, apenas fora que está meio largado. Mas a equipe do restaurante está de parabéns, muito atenciosos e profissionais. O café é simples, mas atende bem.
