00 fee and an argument from the male st desk that I was wrong znd they chsrge for all pets.
I was given a room with handicap bathroom. I asked to change. Said he could not move me because hecwss fully booked. Not true. I checked online after my request and yhey had 8 rooms available.

The cliche ‘I’ve never reviewed before but..!’ - This property was nothing like advertised. It was like a block of council flats, very noisy with doors banging. The cot for the baby was very mouldy with no sheet. The shower was sort of half way on the wall so came out sideways rather than water coming down onto my (short!) body. It was like a swimming pool with a drain in the middle. The wallpaper had all come off and was covered in mildew and damp. The bedroom had some weird boudoir theme. The linen was white and clean thankfully. Felt a little vulnerable there and was glad we were leaving at 6am to move on.

We arrived late and the front desk staff was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed before retiring to our room. Parking is on site, just across the road. The breakfast was delicious with several hot and cold food options.

Good bed but too far from anything

The front guest girl was very rude when we asked for help since we went there by train and the hotel is very far from everything. 20 km from Mont Saint Michel. No taxi or bus available we were in trouble to take the train station. We asked for help but they didn’t give any help. If you go there you must rent a car.

BED BUGS!

The location and the hotel itself is great but at 3:30 am we woke up to BED BUGS in our bed. My wife and I were unable to sleep all night and we could not ask for a new room as the front desk is closed at night. Alas, we had to bear being bitten (my wife was bitten 12 times). We tried to find new blankets in the closet as our blanket was infested only find dead bed bugs on there. It seems like they have had this issue for a while but continue selling their rooms.

The scariest part is that bed bugs transfer into the luggage easily. We have been worried about bringing them home.

The subsequent morning we informed the hotel reception and were met with a sarcastic 'how did it get there?' There was no apology. The customer service was terrible, the front desk lady was looking at our faces without reaction as we were showing her pictures. It seemed as if she was just waiting for us to leave.

Overall, the location and the hotel is itself is great, but book at your own risk. Photos below.

Modern, nice hotel. Located in a good location near to Mont Saint Michel (\"near\" when you have a car). It's a small hotel, in a very quiet place, with good parking and a beautiful landscape. I would stay there again. Something important is that it does not have an elevator so heavy bags could be difficult. Simple breakfast.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this freaking hotel really pissed me off, the reception lady during the check out was so RUDE! The guy checked us in was pretty nice, and I asked about the breakfast price twice before I decided to eat there the next morning...the guy told me kids under 10 are free, but when I was checking out after breakfast...and saw the bill was charged for 4 people, my 4yr old son and 7yr old daughter literally only ate a bowl of cereal and got charged...so I tried to reason with the reception lady, she wouldn’t even bother to listen to me, kept on saying “no no....kids no free same price as adults” and I told her that the guy checked us in said it twice kids UNDER 10 is free, that’s why we decided to eat breakfast there!” Suck a rip off.....this hotel is pretty beat up, and towels was yellowish, no AC! If u open the windows all the bugs and mosquitos will be in ur room sleeping with u! Worst experience EVER!!!! Would never ever go back again!

Comfortable, quiet, and classy hotel that is a better value than the options closer to Mont Saint Michelle. It had a big bathroom with a bathtub. The breakfast is pricey (11€/ea) compared to similar breakfasts, but they did have hard boiled eggs and a fig tart(?).

Read this. Then look for somewhere else.

Not impressed at all. I booked because it was 32 degrees outside and wanted air con in room. Completely useless air on after 2 hours nothing, reception checked it, complained told it was normal, so shut window, room got hotter and was unbearable. Very characterless hotel, bedspread had large white stain in it, don’t ask! If you opened window, smelt of pesticides and manure from adjacent farm. No kettle or facilities. Hardly slept a wink, would have preferred to sleep in car. Good job I stayed in a top notch hotel previous night.

Eco-friendly, sparkling brand new hotel!!!

This hotel is very new. Everything is clean, high tech (ie. lights shut off without a valid hotel card, etc), eco-friendly. The location is remote, in the midst of a farmland, but it was very close to Mont St-Michel which was really the intent of our visit. Restaurant menu is a bit expensive so we didn't even bother to reserve. We ate at a nearby restaurant instead. Would love to stay here again.

It sucked, they didn't let us in, we showed up at 10:15, had no idea as there check in notification said 3:30 whatever that meant, scrolling on the bottom. Not very obvious. Was one of the worst times of our trip, ended up having to stay somewhere else with bedbugs! Thanks a lot!

Good enough basic stay for the Mt St Michel area. Hotel is so oddly arranged for having enough space to do it right. Have to use various stairs and odd entries for reception and to get to rooms when it shouldn't be the case. Rooms could use updating, especially the bathrooms.

We stayed for two nights, one of which had electricity cut for almost 20 mins and the other night was without WiFi. WiFi isn't stable and many websites are blocked.
But the hotel is good for its proximity to Pontorson and Mt St Michel.

Bad Experience

The hotel was like a building site inside and out. There was rubble everywhere and no proper paths. Inside builders were working until after 7pm and had to move cables and ladders for us to access out room. The whole place needed decorating even our room and the radiators were dirty and unpainted. We couldn't use the overbath shower as there were no fixings not even an over bath glass door. When we complained they said they had to get the hotel finished by Friday(this was Wednesday) - no chance. They did us a discount for any future booking - hardly likely. The hotel should not have been open.

The owner was quite rude!

The hotel was ok, cheap, however service was horrible. This is a family own hotel. The owner was not friendly at all, he did not direct us towards the room, we were looking for the room and when we asked where the room was he was rude. When we checked in he asked if we would like to have breakfast, the cost was 10 euros per person, we say yes and next morning we showed up minutes after 10 am we did not request the breakfast just coffee for my and my partner. He charged us 29 euros for a breakfast they did not cook and also for the two coffees, why couldn't at leas include the 2 coffees as part of the breakfast. They try to make money from nothing.
The heater in the room did not work

Quiet rural spot ideally located between Mont St Michel and St Malo. Very pleasant country drive between both.
Breakfast and dinner were both served in a welcoming dining room with modern elegant décor - quite lovely.
We had dinner there both nights and enjoyed the meals thoroughly. They kindly offered to cook a meal to my dietary requirements. Breakfast was a standard continental breakfast with cereal, warm croissants and a crepe if you wanted one, etc.

Ok for price, but NO service after 9 pm

The only problem I had is I lost the card with the door code on it. When I ran the doorbell multiple times...no answer. I had connected to the Internet earlier on my phone, so logged in found my Expedia reservation email and called the number (despite my fear of a €10 roaming call). What do you know? The number is incorrect. If it hadn't been for one couple still awake talking with the window open that answered my calls for help, I would have paid to sleep in my car. You need to put a working number in the reservation, and why bother with a doorbell that no one answers?

Je ne peux que recommander cet établissement !
Au premier abord, je pensais passer une nuit assez simple dans un bon hôtel. Mais je n’ai jamais été autant surprise par la qualité exceptionnelle de l'hôtel ainsi que de son restaurant : l’accueil était très agréable, avec un personnel d’un grand professionnalisme. Les chambres sont bien décorées, bien agencées et d’une grande propreté.
Quant au restaurant, il mérite d’être plus connu : les chefs sont vraiment doués, les plats sont exceptionnels, dignes d’un très grand restaurant. La présentation est minutieuse et élégante, l’équilibre des plats est parfait !
J’ai tellement été ravie de mon séjour que j’ai modifié mes plans de vacances pour y séjourner de nouveau. Le service, avec un personnel différent était de la même qualité et du même standing. L’établissement est par ailleurs très bien situé, à proximité du Mont-Saint-Michel.
Je ne peux que recommander cet endroit ! Bravo à toute l’équipe, je vous remercie pour me magnifique séjour à l'Hôtel Les Quatre Salines

Voyage pour affaire, réservation pour 3 chambres 1 nuit, arrivée tardive après 22h. Aucune solution proposée, la personne au téléphone à l’accueil de l’hôtel m’a même raccroché au nez en cours de conversation. Après discussion avec une permanence téléphonique nous apprenons que l’accès à l’hôtel pouvait se faire via un code. Je ne fais aucun commentaire sur la qualité de l’hôtel car finalement nous n’avons pas pu y loger et nous avons quand même payé les 3 chambres. En revanche je critique vivement le discours, l’attitude et le manque de service de la part du personnel. Ne pas proposer de solution alors qu’elle existe, raccrocher au nez parce qu’on ne veut pas apporter de service et même après le non séjour, aucune considération de la part de l’établissement. En plus de l’hôtel, la qualité du personnel est important dans un séjour et pour cela mets une mauvaise quotation et ces critiques.

Goede prijs kwaliteitverhouding. Het is geen ruime kamer (maar alles wat belangrijk was paste er in). Het was schoon. In de badkamer rook je wel dat er gerookt was.
Fijne douche. Je auto kan je makkelijk parkeren. Je bent heel snel bij Mount St Michel. Landelijke omgeving (veel bouwland), kleine rustige wegen. Het hotel was heerlijk rustig (stil).

Hôtel situé dans un endroit très calme, non loin de la mer, bien aménagé, les repas à l’hôtel sont très bon, malheureusement, dans notre hébergement, le frigo ne fonctionnait malheureusement pas, et il n’y avait pas non plus de WiFi, ce n’est pas forcément primordial pour ceux qui sont de passage, ils pourront quand même profiter des belles vues panoramiques des chambres, du calme et du confort.

Déçu des prestations de cet hôtel. J’ai l’habitude des hôtels je trouve les prix trop élevés pour la qualité de la prestation. Pour le prix demandé il faut apporter plus que ça , comme la carte du restaurant et le petit déjeuner trop simple pour le prix.
Quand à la chambre, des murs épais comme du papier à cigarette, j’ai entendu la musique du voisin toute la nuit. De plus, ils disent deuxième étage mais depuis le rdc c’est un troisième étage sans ascenseur .
Je tiens à souligner la gentillesse du personnel.

A modest hotel in a good location.

Two nights in this hotel to visit Mont Saint Michel and Avranche, the hotel is very isolated in the countryside, so peace and quiet is guaranteed. 15 minutes by car to Mont Saint Michel, very convenient. Otherwise the rooms are at the minimum of space and comfort, clean facility, friendly staff. Breakfast discreet but still modest in the offer of alternative options.

Das Hotelzimmer ist hübsch eingerichtet, aber sehr klein. Das Badezimmer ist groß. Das Frühstück ist lecker. Das Personal größtenteils freundlich.
Die Zimmer besitzen weder eine Klimaanlage, noch einen Ventilator, was im Sommer unerträglich ist. Da müsste dringend Abhilfe geschaffen werden.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber alle Sehenswürdigkeiten müssen mit dem Auto angefahren werden. Zu Fuß ist nichts zu erreichen.

Muy tranquilo y nuevo

Reservamos una habitación para tres personas y era una especie de mini apartamento (duplex) con una cama doble y dos individuales a las que se accedía mediante una escalera.
Muy limpio todo.
Lo único negativo es que para subir a la habitación no había ascensor, sólo escaleras, pero era un único piso.
El desayuno opcional era bastante caro. 12 euros por persona (aunque fuera un niño), así que decidimos no contratarlo.
Está en medio del campo. Lugar muy tranquilo a 15 minutos en coche del Mont Saint Michel.

hôtel très bruyant ( chasse d eau qui se vident,portes qui claquent bains qui se remplissent ) wc dans la salle de bain près du lavabo.
le petit déjeuner très moyen( pain et viennoiseries décongelés. cet hôtel ne mérite pas 3 étoiles.
la prestation ne correspond pas au prix demandé. chambre très exiguë.pour le restaurant de l hôtel une tomate coupée en cinq trois petit morceaux de mozzarella un pain sec inmangeable tellement il était dur.j avais prévenu le serveur de mon mécontentement il était d accord et il s est tout simplement excusé.
une part de tarte pommes avec pommes pas cuites et la pâteavec des bords énormes et tout mouillés tout congelé .
j avais bien demandai serveur si la tarte était faite du jour et maison. hoo oui oui tout est fait maison tu penses.
cet hôtel restaurant est juste une arnaque !! A Fuire.

Aunque la recepción está limitada a ciertas horas, llegamos antes, y aún así nos permitieron acceder a la habitación.
La habitación es amplia y cómoda, perfecto para pasar una noche cerca de Mont Saint Michele, la pena es q no tenga ascensor, con la maletas es un poco incomodo

Hôtel à taille humaine. Très propre avec respect des gestes barrières.
Literie au top nous avons très bien dormi !!
Petit déjeuner abordable et très bien.

L'hôtel est très propre, récent. La chambre a une taille correcte, le lit est grand et confortable. Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant, le cadre est agréable.

LA CHAMBRE 101 !

Séjour agréable ,en tout cas conforme aux attentes ....sauf pour la chambre 101 qui est située au dessus des moteurs extérieurs des climatiseurs : donc bruyant malgré le double vitrage : il faudrait faire caréner ces moteurs ou supprimer cette chambre !

Prix du petit déjeuner annoncé sur le site à 9€ hors il est à 11€ à l'hôtel.
Notre chambre était sous les ventilateurs aéro thermie, a revoir.

Difficile de donner un avis, car nous n’avons pas pu séjourner dans cet hôtel malgré notre réservation et le paiement de la nuitée. Une erreur de notre part, puisque nous n’avons pas bien pris connaissance des horaires d’ouverture de la réception. Après avoir contacter l’hôtel, pour essayer de trouver une solution, pas d’arrangement possible pour une arrivée tardive. Conclusion : une nuitée perdue et obligation de trouver un autre hôtel !!

Hotel agréable, chambre simple a prix tres abordable surtout pour la région. Juste une fissure au plafond.
Le petit déjeuner un peu cher (11€)pour le choix proposé.

La struttura è moderna e ben tenuta. La stanza è abbastanza spaziosa e il letto e grande e comodo.
Molto carino lo spazio bimbi. Posizione comoda per visitare Mont Saint Michel ad un buon prezzo.

La location in aperta campagna è piacevole, la struttura carina la dotazione delle camere assolutamente insufficiente ,mansarde senza aria condizionata, neanche un ventilatore e mancanza di frigobar, per cui neanche l'acqua era bevibile visto che il soggiorno si è svolto in pieno agosto. care le bevande al bar.

Victime d'une arnaque!.... c'est mon sentiment!

Très mauvaise surprise, la chambre retenue est minuscule et mansardée, je ne sais sortir de mon lit sans me cogner la tête au plafond! Après contrôle, elle est effectivement présentée avec 10 m²! .... je pense qu'il faudrait davantage prévenir les clients car la chambre standart fait 15 m² pour seulement 12€ de supplément. Ceci dit je trouve incroyable que cette chambre est proposée (en insistant sur sa petitesse) à 50€ sur le site de l'hôtel alors qu'elle m'a été facturée 66€!
J'ai essayé de changer de chambre en payant un supplément, impossible l'hôtel étant complet. Ma confiance est ébranlée car habitué de Hôtel.com, je ne pensais pas que pareille mésaventure puisse m'arriver!!
