This was an excellent, budget friendly hotel with easy access to the abbey. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was wonderful with many options. The shuttle bus stopped less than a block away and ran continuously throughout the day and night. One thing to note, when traveling in the off season you must check in and out at a different hotel down the street and a code is required at the gate to the town.

The beds were comfortable. That's the only positive thing I can say. We did not receive the access code to get into the area of the hotel. We were unable to reach anyone at the hotel. The information we were given was incorrect and made it harder to check in, when it could have been simple. The room was very basic - no amenities. The staff person we spoke with in the morning had no idea what was going on. I would absolutely not recommend anyone stay here.

La moquette est très sale et vieillissante.
La chambre n’est pas du tout insonorisée et la fenêtre est brisée.
Le wifi ne se rend pas jusqu’aux chambres au fond du couloir.
Le déjeuner est à 12e par personne entre 8-10h.
Le check-out se fait avant 11h.
Les navettes pour le mont sont super avec un arrêt qui dessert les hôtels.
Les f1 sont en meilleur état.

The hotel is in a great spot for visiting Mont St Michel. The system for getting in the car park is a bit complicated. Because I arrived after 19:00, there were no staff around and check-in is a machine outside. Be warned. Apart from that, the room was small but comfortable.

The hotel is good, it is close to the bus/shuttle stop for Mont Saint Michel, but the reception is closed at lunch time, between 12 and 2 pm, right at the time I arrived and I had to wait for it to open to leave my baggage. I don't consider it suitable for a hotel in a tourist location. Furthermore, the city appears to have no street lighting at night. Be prepared with flashlights.

The hotel is the n walking distance of the Saint Mont Michel & Restaurants. However our stay was soured by an attack of bed bugs. After reporting it, calling many times & being told the manager would call me back. I have not received any communication to confirm and ensure no one uses the room we stayed it. Very disappointed !! - The aftermath of the bedbugs has ruined the rest of our holiday healing sores from the blistering. Dis-satisfied Customer

The room has a newly installed bathtub, not only shower. It helped me relaxing after long trip and walking up and down Mont Saint-Michel. Location is also very ideal. Very close to Mont Saint-Michel with frequent free trolley 🚎 access.

The room was small and sparse, and the shower didn’t work properly. But the biggest complaint we had was that the hotel did not inform us ahead of time that you have to go through a special gate to get near it and that you need a code to do that. This resulted in about 25 minutes of stress in trying to understand what we needed to do, asking someone for the hotel’s phone number, and then calling the hotel to get the code.

But don't forget to get your access code. If you come late by car you won't be able to get in without a code. I got someone on the phone after 5 tries, but you shouldn't take that risk.

The hotel is small, maybe the building is aged. But it is clean, comfortable. The staff is knowledgeable about Mont St Michel and even tell us the time of sunrise the tide schedule. The shuttle stop to St Mont Michel is a block away.

Driving to the hotel is little complex. You need to go through the St. Mont Michel visitor parting. Make sure you have your GPS ready and follow the instruction.

Ok for a overnight stay. Would stay somewhere nicer if longer than 1 night. There was leaves on the carpet in my room, it obviously hasn’t been vacuumed for awhile. No aircon, no fridge. Staff is nice and friendly though, location is very good.

The hotel is quite basic but a great location for Mont St Michel as you can take the free shuttle or just walk there - perfect also if you want to take some photos of the island at different times of day. Parking outside the hotel is easy. The room had all the basic facilities you might want but it was incredibly noisy - not from other ppl’s rooms but every time anyone was in the stairwell or the corridor I heard everything at full volume. Garden room - technically yes if you call a window looking at some uncut grass and weeds a garden room.

The hotel entrance was not locked the entire night although we were provide with a code. The door was broken. The room door was not possible to lock, so we slept with an unlocked door and were not able to leave out luggage there. The room was extremely small, barely the bed fit in, it was not like advertised, a very narrow high window led to another wall and a roof was barricading part of the window. The tv had no space only above the room door, hence also the size of the TV, no AC and with the size of the window it felt like a dungeon. Asking for a price reimbursement

This property is located in a gated hotel community near Mont St. Michel. One thing I did not know was that to drive in and out costs almost 10 Euros each time. I like walking and did not intend to go anywhere except the abbey anyways.
I was also there during the off season so not a lot dining options except at the abbey. The breakfast offered at this property is basic - small breads, cereal, yogurt and Nespresso coffee and juice - good start to the day.
The room was clean and comfortable although a bit dated. The blackout curtains worked great and the area was quiet.
The staff was very nice and helpful.. I speak very little French but the lady at the front desk and I were able to understand each other ok.

Lovely receptionist. We stayed for two nights. First night was awful. Woken up at 5am and then consistent noise. Guests leaving early, laundry delivery and noise of vending machine. We asked to move rooms and the receptionist did so immediately. Mini bar advertised. There wasn’t one. Restaurant advertised but was adjacent and only open between 7pm and 10pm. We were unable to get an alcoholic drink before 7pm. Bizarre. Ideal location for Le Mont Saint-Michel but absolutely no atmosphere. Would not book this again.

The quadruple room we stayed in was extremely small. There, of course, were 4 of us with 4 suitcases yet no place to put the luggage and no luggage rack.We had to stack the luggage on the floor and trip over it at night when we made trips to the rest room. The bathroom was upgraded at nice. The carpet was old and the lobby had a bad odor that I think was coming off the carpet. There was no a/c and it was hot so we needed the window open but there was no screen and, being close to the beach, there were a lot of mosquitos and other biting insects that came in during the night. The \"free' breakfast was picked over 1/2 hour after it started and we had to wait for it to be replenished. The waiter was irritable and possibly overworked.

Good location, but don't expect much

Grate location to visit Mont Saint Michel. We stayed 4 beds room. It was good for family, but it was too small to put 4 beds in one room. You cannot see anything from small window put close to the sailing.
Breakfast started at 8AM. We arrived at 8AM, but nothing remained as a group in a tour had finished their breakfast before 8AM and there was no addition.

This hotel has had a slight facelift since i last stayed and was perfectly clean and comfortable. There is free parking and the causeway to the Mont is in walking distance and the free shuttle bus stops nearby. Breakfast was good and served in the adjoining restaurant. Better than average! Hotels here can be expensive and we found a good deal for our one night here. Id stay here again.

Hotel is situated in an good location for visiting Mont Saint Michel.
Staff were helpful. You can here movement outside the room in the hallway, but nothing that caused any sleepless night. The shower has a good pressure and is easy to get the correct temperature.
Our room had a twin bed, but they were really easy to push together.

Don't bother coming in late...

The hotel itself is fine...looks exactly as advertised, fine shower/clean/good bed. The issue is the lack of humanity, customer service, and basic stupidity that forces you to have some code you need to call for to get and they can only issue at that very moment because it costs them a fee. Imagine doing that at 10+ pm at night, after driving for 5 hours, in darkness and fog...not understanding what was going on. There's no need for this false sense of security, there are only hotels on the strip, it's in the middle of no where, leading to a stunning castle that is just for tourists.

The hotel was amazing for it's price! Bathroom was large, finishings were pleasant.

Take note of the footnotes - the hotel is behind a gated barrier. You're suppose to call the hotel ahead of time to ask for a PIN to get the barrier opened, otherwise you will not be be to drive in.

Localización ideal

El hotel está a 35 minutos andando del Mont Saint Michel, ideal para poder ir dando un paseo muy agradable. El bus gratuito está a 100 metros del hotel y sale cada 15 minutos. Tienen parking delante del hotel y cuesta 10€ por día. Las habitaciones muy sencillas pero ok, para 4 personas como fue nuestro caso, muy justas ( 2 adultos 2 niños) La limpieza deficiente, mucho polvo sobretodo en las paredes, le hace falta una buena limpieza a fondo, sábanas y toallas muy bien.

El entorno es ideal, muy tranquilo, poco tráfico... restaurantes a 1 minuto andando.

Pas très bien insonorisée et propreté assez médiocre dans la salle de bain. Le plafond est peint en noir pour masquer les traces de moisissures, je pense que la VMC ne doit pas fonctionner correctement.
