Great road trip stop hotel, easy to check in and the room although basic was very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice, better than expected with friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Easy access to Mont St Michel without the tourist price rise!

Friendly reception staff, English spoken. Decent breakfast. Room comfortable enough, everything youd need but beds a bit hard. It's a budget hotel so dont expect too many frills, but its very serviceable for a couple of nights.

The loft for the kids was nice, however you sacrifice the shower space. My husband is 6’2 and could not utilize the shower. We also did not select breakfast because we struggled with the do it yourself check in so late in the evening. When we went down to ask if we could purchase it in the morning we were told NO, to go down the street. It was a good place to crash for a mid point road trip. I wouldn’t expect much more.

Hotel is adjacent to the motorway so very noisy. Whilst the room was clean and tidy it was very small and bathroom could do with modernisation. Vehicles are parked at owners risk due to no security present and no entrance/exit barrier. Couldn’t pay with Amex - would have preferred to have know this prior to arrival

This is an one night stay hotel only. The shower space is very small, a tall person can not be comfortable inside the shower.

I booked a quadruple, good point for families traveling with kids but there is very steep stairs. I went up and when I came down I slipped and landed on the bed. It sounds fun but it wasn't.

Not a bad hotel. Came after hour and had trouble checking in with the machine. Kept asking for reference number but when I used the one i booked with, it didnt work. Found out it was the number the hotel emailed to me. Room was great for the price.

Very basic cheap hotel. Dated and cramped. The linen was clean and bed was actually comfortable. We arrived when only staff was cleaner who was very sweet and helpful. Self check in worked fine. Convenient location off main road but traffic noise as a result. No kettle or anything in the room.

I loved the self checkin (a code was sent to my email the day before checkin), ample parking (gated after dark) and well lit, the area was quite, the loft style room was perfect for my family of 4, a little small but very clean. many restaurants were closed after 8pm (first week of May is probably not travel season yet) but we were able to find one that was open until 11pm within a few minutes of driving. overall very happy and it was easy on the wallet.

I texted the hotel the day before with no response. Upon arrival, I find a fenced hotel, requiring a code to enter. I rang the company, phoned, to no avail. Were it not for a guest to enter at that moment and there would be no way to enter and check in (the employee mentioned that the phone was out of service...!)

Handy location for Mont St Michel or stop over on journey to Calais. Room was functional but shower space lacked height and space so not really usable for anyone over 160cm in height. Attention to cleaning could be better. Also limited staff who must experience the same peak hours customers everyday for breakfast were snappy to the point of being rude, making that assption that you knew how their hotel worked so it was your fault for coming down at peak times. We were not expecting much however this did not match the experience we had at an ibis a couple of weeks before for a similar price.

Very easy system to get the key from the machine. There is minimal interaction with other people. However, we were new to it and were not informed before hand. We found someone from the office to assist us but she was very rude. The rooms are clean and basic but very comfortable. It does the job if you are only looking for a place to rest.

We stayed in this hotel because we needed a room for four, not far from the Mont St Michel, and not too expensive. This hotel fit the bill perfectly. The room was nothing fancy, but it was clean and equipped with what we needed. The two twin beds were on a mezzanine so our two teenage boys felt that they had their own space. The breakfast was reasonably priced and decent. For dinner, we went to the nearby Chinese buffet restaurant -- a good choice for hungry boys.

We travel light but the room was really tight, and in need of a modernisation or renovation. I am familiar with the B&B chain and this hotel was pretty standard for them. It is similar to Ibis Budget with its no frills.

It was a toss up whether we stayed at Hotel Patton or B&B Avranche. We have stayed at B&B Avranche before and specifically picked it this time as they provide a very good breakfast of eggs and bacon, as well as the usual continental fare. (We do not eat wheat products).

Although showing a few signs of wear now, the room was adequate, the bed was comfortable and the shower good.

But we were so disappointed with 'breakfast'. We paid E6.50 each direct to the hotel for breakfast which is served from 6.30 to 10.00. When we went down at 8.00 we were told there were no eggs or bacon. The coffee was good, but at E6.50 each so it should be!

We tried to request a reduction/refund from the person on 'breakfast' duty who waved us towards Reception - but Reception was not manned!

We will not be staying there again.

Tout c’est bien passé sauf la fenêtre qui même fermée laisse passer le son extérieur. Je vous laisse imaginer la nuit à côté d’une 2x2 voies 😨
Bref, très peu dormi. Problème signalé le lendemain matin pour qu’il soit corriger pour les prochain voyageur. Si j’avais eu des outils avec moi j’aurais ajuster les pomelles pour dormir…

Un sejour en famille impeccable

Nous sommes allé au mont saint michel en famille. L'hotel etait tres bien situé : en plein coeur d'une zone commerciale on avait un carrefour et un liddle et des restaurants tout autour. On pouvait s'y déplacer a pied. Le parking etait sécurisé et le personnel etait tres chaleureux.
