The hotel is good for families with kids. It’s got a water park and amusement park ( a small one ) rooms are clean and comfy. The buffet food was average and crowded it was hard to find a table . The hotel grounds is very nice I don’t recommend it for couples if you want quiet

Staff here are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little tired and basic but had everything we needed. The water slide park was fantastic and we used it everyday. The fun fair rides and arcade are also great, an extra cost but reasonable. There was a great variety of food in the various restaurants although the rules around the a la carte bookings were not clear with different people saying different things. The animation team and activities were great fun and provided variety for us all. Amazing being able to dive from the other hotel and see such great coral and fish. Weather was gorgeous, especially coming from winter in the UK!

Me and my family absolutely loved our stay here. We had the most lovely welcome with drinks on arrival, we was able to get food and drinks upon on arrival whilst we were being checked in. Our bags were all brought to our rooms really promptly with care. The facilities are great, and all the pool areas and gardens were let clean and safe. We loved the aqua park, wave pool and crazy river they were great fun and the fair is a fantastic bonus. The food was amazing, we were a family of 11 taking up 5 rooms and everyone throughly enjoyed the food and drinks. The staff were absolutely fantastic and could not do enough for us. Dasha always checked in with us regularly assuring we was having the best holiday and offered great advice about the best services available around the hotel, she was really friendly and super helpful and we enjoyed seeing her around the hotel she is definitely a credit to serenity. The service is up there with the best I have received and I have been to a lot of hotels in Egypt. There are to many staff to name for their great service as every member of staff was brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us. Our room needed updating but it was kept spotless, the room was really spacious and the beds really comfortable and the bathroom was big with a lovely big shower cubical which is great when you have young children. We had fresh towels and toiletries daily and the cleaner even made a few towel displays for us. I would definitely recommend serenity fun city.

Everything is lovely and turned out to be representative of the advert but food is where they let it down. The type of ingredients was poor and apart from burgers and chips nothing served on the pool side where normallt there is a huge variety of grilled food, fresh fruits and salads all day to much if you skip lunch. Expected the same on a five start resort. Fish was poor quality, Except for excellent prawns everything else was low value.

Very friendly staff, the ground floor is nice & comfortable to reach easily , lovely slides operates from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm, then you have free two hours at Luna Park for Kids which have very entertaining games for kids including crashing cars & roller coster, there is a main pool which is lovely ...some may find water little cold only at main pool, but for the pool with slides or kids pool all are ok, there is a crazy river don’t miss it it operates two hours a day it’s nice specially with kids...rooms are spacious clean but if they renovated the furniture would be much better but we were happy with it though ...there is a shuttle bus every 15 minutes to the beach, beach view is nice however it has lots of rocks & corals, not suitable for swimming for kids, only relaxing on it...all inclusive is nice ...you find nice snacks along the day ...will be back def

It was great. Reviews were all correct. We all enjoyed every bit of it. All water and theme parks are great and have great respect to safety. And all is in great condition. Even the spa experience was great. Staff are great and soooo friendly and helpful. My only comment is there are people offering trips (quad bikes, semi submarine, etc.) and I am not sure if they are hotel staff or renting agencies but they are double the price of other booking sites on fb and we met the peoplw booking with them at the hotel on the trip! So same experience double price. But that wasn't a downfall for us as we did some searching before we book.

A lovely stay at serenity fun city, so much to do for kids & the staff are unbelievably nice, go out of they way for you. Rooms were not as nice as I expected, air conditioning wasn’t brilliant & Seamed very dark, not brilliant lighting as some of the lights they had wasn’t working. Kids club can drop child off from 10-1 & then again 2-5 for kids 5 & over however not a lot to do for kids apart from colouring, painting etc. We were All inclusive however I’m a Muslim & don’t drink beer however the same glasses are being used for soft drink, times where I could taste beer in my soft drink as glasses not washed properly, may I suggest using disposable cups. I have small kids & the kids aqua Park was closed during our whole stay as some work was being carried out, very disappointed as this was one of the main attractions why we booked this hotel. As a substitute they had put afew baby slides in another pool for kids however this was right next to the big pool so I was constantly worried my 2 year old would run & fall in the big pool. One of the rides at the theme park wasn’t working so we didn’t get to experience that. The hotels taxi service was really good however one of the drivers took us to the mall one day & was lovely & friendly & very chatty & then the same driver was taking us to the airport as we left & as we ddnt leave him a tip from the mall trip he didn’t speak to us the whole way & was driving very fast considering we had small children in the car.

Even though Ebookers did not forward our booking to Serenity, the guy at the reception, Mohammed, sorted us out a room with no problems. The hotel is very good for children from the water slides, playground, beach and the funfair (free from 6-8pm). Also there is a small games arcade which you need to pay for but good for when it is windy outside.
The staff were friendly. Only thing we could complain was the lack of variety in food in the main restaurant esp since we are vegetarians. We haven't had a problem at other all inclusive hotels such as Jungle Aqua.

1. Terrible bed
We stayed for 12days over the Holliday. The first night my husband slept on a box spring, not a mattress so we asked to hotel to chang the bed a couple times. However the new bed was still noisy and old so when he turned over the noisy kept us awake. He had a sore back the whole trip. The sheets were old too.

3. Pool area had too many smokers. Smoking should not be allowed in general areas, as especially when young children are around.
4. Day tour sales people were too pushy. After a few days my husband felt uncomfortable walking around because he was tired of trying to avoid them.

7. Overall the good was much better than the bad, and we are planning to return because it is good for kids. Hopefully the bed is more comfortable and there is no more smoking in public areas.
We stayed for 12days over the Holliday. The first night my husband slept on a box spring, not a mattress so we asked to hotel to chang the bed a couple times. The hotel including Aqua park for adults and kids is amazing .. Luna park is interesting for my kid, he had so much fun .. Staff very helpful , very good service .. Pools are so good and clean ..
