Mid September- basic accommodation which could be made so much nicer. Decor inside apt basic and old fashioned. Equipment for kitchen needs updating not even a kettle and could have had salt and pepper, sugar/oil or anything to make stay better. No microwave or oven just a hob.
Hotel grounds were nice but pool is closed everyday between 13:00 - 15:00 so basically hottest part of day! Sun beds at pool not busy when we were here.
Good and drink extortionate which is not unusual for Sardinia it would seem - but you have staff sitting around doing nothing because no one eats or drinks there I would imagine as so expensive. we were two friends and happy to pay more money for nice food but to be honest menu and prices we were not going to pay. Very quiet at resort no one seemed to be around much so lacked atmosphere. Maybe if prices were not so high more people would eat at restaurant/cafe and there would be more atmosphere. To be honest everyone was probably all in their rooms or out as never saw many people despite 25 of 39 rooms full. Room was cleaned maybe once or twice in one week. Sea view apt had small balcony ( not large as in photos ) so you might need to check that before you come if want that specifically. Town is near with some bars and restaurants but again not overly busy but that could be time of year. Nice view. If looking for peaceful relaxing stay. Beach 5-10 min walk along a paved road, hotel has sun beds which they require €35- €50 for 2 & umbrella

Misleading

Property description on Expedia is misleading. This is not a hotel: don’t expect basic amenities. Also be prepared to sort and take out your trash. Rooms are not serviced. Room had a terrible smell which after complaining I was told it is cleaning materials. Absurd. Do not book at this property

Very relaxing stay

We had a lovely stay at Residence Le Bouganville. The setting is beautiful and the whole place is very relaxing. The kids loved the pool, which was never too crowded. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and Villasimius town is about 15 minutes. We didn't have a car, but definitely needed if you want to explore the local area.

Pretty, friendly residence in a good position

1 bed apartment is fine for 2 people, may be a squash for 4. Very clean, light and nicely decorated. A bit noisy from other apartments above and next door. Cooking facilities limited, a kettle, toaster and microwave would help, and a BBQ area.
Good position 5 mins from Simius beach and 10 mins to town on foot.
Helpful staff.

Lovely apartments, good location

We stayed in September and found the staff very friendly and pleasant, the apartment was clean and the grounds and pool area very well maintained. There were always sunbeds available poolside and the hotel also had a private section of beach with their own sunbeds and umbrellas on which you paid for. The apartments were a 10 minutes walk to the beach and a 15-20 minutes walk to the town which had supermarkets, shops, a good choice of restaurants etc. The apartments were in a very peaceful, quiet location with no road noise.

Rude staff; problem with brexiters.

Horrible bed. Outdated needs refurb.
Lapads of extra hidden costs. I.e. Cot for child.

Requested £200 deposit in cash. On arrival.

No hair dryer in room. Limited toilet role.
Hot water via a heated tank; so you have to rashen.

Only good thing was weather and bedroom view of sea.
Location ok as you nip in to main town.

Great location but the Residence could be better

The local area is great - clear blue beaches in every direction served by really good beach clubs!
However, for what we paid for our apartment, the best thing going for it was the pool and bar/cafe area! The apartment itself was clean and had air conditioning in each room (a god send!) but no kettle, microwave, a sponge/brush to wash the dishes (but did provide a small pot of dishwashing liquid) nor even matches to light the gas stove and barely enough cups/glasses for the family! Very bare internally and could do with some updating and providing some bare basics to make the stay a little more comfortable especially for what we were paying! At least the pool and other facilities were clean and comfortable!

Note: the reception does not speak English at all so hard to ask for anything more than checking in/out.

So disappointing :(

I'm writing this review with lots of sorrow, as this place is one of the most beautiful places I have been to. So, despite the fact that the rooms are great, the pool is awesome and the location is beautiful, I still gave it one star.

After the first day, we asked why our room is not being cleaned, and we were told that they don't clean the rooms and don't change towels (only after one week). We said OK.

When we checked out, they told us that we need to wash the dishes and take out the garbage. This was never been told to us, at any point (not in their web site, not in their reception and not when they took us to the room). We said ok, washed the dishes and took out the trash. By the way, they told us that the penalty will be 50EUR if we don't want to.

Only after two hours we left the place, on our way to Cagliari. Few hours later, we got a shocking email, that \"due to the fact that the cleaner had to clean the room, they will charge us for additional 100EUR(!!).

One might think, and I guess that this will be their response, that we left a ruined room. Well, we haven't. We left the fridge with some unopened grocery, like we are doing in every place that we are staying, three empty bottles in the room, and a toy truck, that didn't fit in our luggage.

I have been traveling a lot. Been to more than 50 countries, while I'm not 35 yet. Never ever in my life I got such a rude, unprofessional email. I already contacted my credit card company

Nous avons réservé une chambre avec vue sur la mer, la chambre que vous avons eu ne voit quasiment pas la mer, il faut être debout pour voir un petit bout de mer. Les appartements de la résidences sont très vieillots, la gazière ne fonctionne pas très bien, j’ai du mal à l’allumer. La Clim est très vieux également. L’appartement a un odeur de vieux. Nous avons eu un mille-pattes au plafond de la chambre à 1h du matin, il y a beaucoup de fourmis dans la chambre. Le ménage a été effectué 2 fois sur les 7 jours, il change les serviettes de plages tous les 4 jours, sinon c’est 10 euros par serviette. Je trouve cela abusé ! Il y a beaucoup de fourmis et des fourmis rouges autour de la piscine, des fourmis nagent à la surface de piscine également. Surtout beaucoup de moustiques tigres autour de la piscine, je me suis piqué plusieurs fois.

Bene ma sulla comunicazione c’è da migliorare

Il residence è carino e lo staff è cordiale. Ottima la colazione con prodotti locali.
La nota dolente è lo stile di (non) comunicazione adottato dal direttore. C’è stato un fraintendimento in sede di prenotazione sulla spiaggia privata che su Hotels.com sembrava essere inclusa nel costo. Niente di grave ma, visto anche il periodo scarico, ci saremmo aspettati anche solo una chiacchierata con il direttore. Il direttore però non si è mai fatto vivo nonostante avessimo chiesto di lui. Occasione persa.
Le pulizie nella camera accanto cominciate alle 6 del mattino in modo rumoroso non hanno reso gradevolissimo il check out.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura e siamo rimasti colpiti dalla gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto il personale.
Struttura curata con aree verdi meravigliose e piscina pulitissima.
Vicina alla spiaggia di Simus, circa 5 minuti a piedi.
Abbastanza vicina al centro, circa 15 minuti a piedi (noi avevamo un auto a noleggio e ci è risultata molto comoda).
Il bar/ristorante è ben rifornito e propone ottimi piatti e di vario genere.
L’alloggio con terrazza ha vista sulla piscina e vista mare (in lontananza ma comunque suggestivo). Non fornisce condimenti ma solo un po’ di detersivi per piatti e pavimenti.
Cambio regolare di lenzuola e asciugamani (ogni 4 giorni).
Letto purtroppo non troppo comodo ma sono comunque pareri soggettivi.
Arredo completo stile sardo, un po’ datato.
Spiaggia della struttura centrale alla spiaggia, pulitissima e tranquilla. Per prenotare ombrellone e lettini bisogna accordarsi alla reception prima di recarsi in spiaggia.
Consiglio a tutti questa struttura.

Really relaxing

Familiar with Villasimius we wanted to change from our usual accommodation and booked for the 1st time Le Bouganville. We booked a panoramic appartment and result was outstanding. The view was extraordinary with la isola dei cavoli and Capo Carbonara on one side and the countryside view at the back with herds of ewes and rural life. The appartment was clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Good bar service for the \"aperitivo\". We hardly used the pool but it it was quiet and relaxing. 10 Minutes walk from the extraordinary beach. 15 minutes by foot from the village. We will come back.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Die Apartments könnte man mal so langsam renovieren. Die Betten sind unglaublich unbequem. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist sehr dürftig. Die Zusatzkosten (zb. Liegen am Strand) sind nicht transparent. Die Anlage an sich ist wunderschön. Es waren viele Kinder in der Anlage aber leider wurde für Kinder nichts geboten.

Erholung pur an guter Lage

Wir wohnten eine Woche in einem Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern, einer Wohnküche und einem grosszügigen Balkon mit fantastischer Aussicht aufs Meer.
Residence Le Bouganville liegt in Fussdistanz sowohl vom Strand (5') als auch von der Altstadt (10') mit seinen vielen Lokalen und Shops.
Wir genossen die Ruhe, die nur von gelegentlichem Vogelgezwitscher, den Knisternden Palmen im Wind und dem Meeresrauschen unterbrochen wurde.

Das Personal begegnete uns jederzeit sehr freundlich und erfüllte unsere Wünsche (z.B. nach einer zusätzlichen Bettdecke) umgehend.

Die Küche verfügt über einen Gasherd und eine Grundausstattung an Geschirr und Kochutensilien. Das Vorhandensein eines Backofens hätte ich als leidenschaftlicher Koch zu schätzen gewusst.

Bardzo ładny ośrodek blisko pięknej plaży. Ośrodek posiada elegancki basen z opieką ratownika oraz bar. Niestety, pokój bez aneksu kuchennego nie był wyposażony nawet w szklanki, a bar oferował jedynie śniadanie w stylu włoskim ( kawa i rogalik). Przeszkadzało nam również, że przez tydzień pobytu nie została zmieniona pościel oraz ręczniki. Być może taka usługa była dodatkowa płatna.

Ottima posizione per il mare ed il paese,location pulita e ben tenuta anche se il prezzo sembra eccessivo,visto il niente compreso.Imbarazzante il dover chiedere alla reception un rotolo di carta igienica.Dato sottolineando che era una tantum e no era comoreso.Nessuna indicazione su nessuna cosa.Sconcertante la piscina chiusa 3 ore dalle 12.30 alle 15.30.Con un approccio più affabile e vicino al cliente sarebbe molto buono.Gentilissimo personale al bar,nessuno che richiama i bambini che fanno confusione Ci vorrei tornare e trovarmi più a mio agio.

Sehr gute Lage, in wenigen Minuten am Strand 10-15 Minuten ins Zentrum.
Parkplatz bei der Unterkunft perfekt und Gratis.
Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. 2020-2021.
Einziger Minuspunkt ist das Wifi, kein Wifi in Appartements und bei Cafe Restaurant teilweise sehr langsam

la struttura è ben tenuta a 5 minuti dal mare e 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di villasimius l’unica pecca che magari il cambio degli asciugamani per il bagno da fare una volta alla settimana. Lo consiglio soprattutto per

Bardzo przyjemny hotel i najlepszy wybór w kategorii cena/jakość dla rodziny w okolicy. Kanapa rozkłada się na dwa osobne łóżka. Pokoje trzeba sprzątać samemu. Po kończące się materiały eksploatacyjne typu płyn do naczyń też należy zgłosić się na recepcję.

Plusy:
+ Apartamenty dość spore, czyste z tarasami
+ Bliskość plaży
+ Przyjazna obsługa
+ Bardzo ładne widoki
+ Przyjemny i czysty basen

Minusy:
- Słabo wyposażona kuchnia. Brak czajnika i pokrywek.
- Bliskość pasących się owiec wiąże się ze sporą ilością much i komarów.
- Brak podjazdów dla wózków

Très bel hôtel à 300m de la plage de Simius

Très bel hôtel bel aménagement d´ensemble piscine idéal pour les enfants et transats autour chambre confortables avec kitchenettes et 4 places gaz. Manque juste un four. Canapé en 2 parties dans le séjour moyennement confortable pour les enfants et une terrasse (pour la chambre 26 en tout cas) plus grande (1 seul bain de soleil pour 4).

Residence a 400m dal mare, non lontano dal centro. Si può andare a piedi al mare, bellissima acqua a Simius, se si vuole camminare sulla spiaggia in 10 minuti si arriva a Timi Ama e Giunco, fantastiche.
Residence giardino tenuto benissimo, piscina bella con vista del mare in lontananza che merita.
Consigliato anche per staff gentile

Établissement très décevant. À notre arrivée l'employé ne souriait pas et semblait ennuyé de devoir nous montrer notre chambre. Aucun mot de bienvenue ou explication sur les environs. Très mauvaise insonorisation dans les chambres. Nous étions réveillés par les voisins des 7h30. L'entièreté du logement était très vieillot et la salle de bain ne sentait pas bon. Point positif: Le logement était propre. Le parking sécurisé est trop petit que pour accueillir toutes les voitures, nous devions donc aller sur un parking tout aussi proche mais le long de la grand route et non sécurisé. Villasimius n'est qu'une grande station balnéaire sans artisanat et il y a des endroits bien plus jolis le long de la costa Rei. Les plages étaient bondées même en Septembre.

Superbe !

Superbe résidence! Très agréable, confortable et surtout très bien située. Le centre ville est accessible à pied (15 min) et une belle plage se trouve à 300 mètres ( accès par un petit chemin depuis l'hôtel ). L'appartement était très propre, bien équipé, spacieux avec un petit jardin privatif. La piscine de l'hôtel est super et le prix des consommations raisonnables.
Meilleur rapport qualité/ prix de nos hôtels en Sardaigne ! Donc établissement à recommander pour des vacances en famille ( surtout avec des enfants ).

Entspannter Urlaub in gepflegter Atmosphäre

Ein Woche in einem 2-Zimmer-Appartement mit Balkon und Meerblick kurz vor Beginn der Hauptsaison. Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Einfache, aber geschmackvolle und durchdachte Möblierung, älteres aber sehr gepflegtes Bad mit guter Dusche. Klimaanlage. Schlafzimmer zum Parkplatz war schon mal problematisch (zeitgleich war ein Harley-Davidson-Club anwesend). Pool mit ausreichend Liegen und Schirmen, gute Pool-Bar. Rezeption äußert freundlich und hilfbereit (und mit gutem Englisch!). 500m vom Pool zum Strand von Simius, eigener Strandbereich mit kostenpflichtigen Liegen/Schirmen. Insgesamt ruhige Lage in schöner Umgebung. Mietwagen empfehlenswert (für die interessanteren Restaurants, Strände und Cagliari).
