This property offers a large, updated room with spacious patio overlooking the sea. There are “street vendor” food options across the street and old town is about 1 mile easy walk. Inside parking was offered, but outside street parking was easy and abundant.

Modern large apartment with seaviews

Situated on a busy road so expect some noise but if you're out late then it doesn't matter. Big rooms, needs a couple of chairs inside saves you lolling on the bed. Super bathroom, spotless but needs hangers for your wet towels. Garage secure parking on site but book early. Some promenade eateries opposite but no beach, just sharp rocks. Beaches nearer to the lido. 29mins walk to the old town and plenty of eateries.

Great and modern room and nice location

Room was modern, location was great next to the beach and walkable distance (20min) to City centre. Parking possible in the street before hotel and paid parking at hotel itself. Point of improvement: we did miss glasses in the room, but furthermore great room!

The superior apartment was very modern, bright and spacious. The terrace provided a stunning view onto the sea, definitely a highlight of this aparthotel.
The staff was very friendly and supportive, in particular when I asked for a later check out.
The old town can be reached by foot, it takes about 20-25 minutes.
All in all I really did enjoy my stay at Spuma di Mare and I thank the whole team for this good time!

Hotel moderno e sul lungomare. La nostra camera era standard con balcone vista mare. Il personale molto disponibile e gentile. L'hotel è a circa 15 min di piacevole passeggiata sul lungomare. Parcheggio molto comodo e sicuro, anche se a pagamento. Super consigliato.

Struttura situata a pochi passi dal centro storico di Gallipoli.
Ho prenotato una camera doppia con balcone vista mare; il balcone era molto spazioso, peccato per la mancanza di tende per far ombra e l’assenza di uno stendino.
Nella stanza vi era l’aria condizionata e vari interruttori situati in più punti della camera per aprire le tapparelle.
Il bagno pulito con set di cortesia e doccia ampia. Le pulizie venivano effettuate a giorni alterni con cambio asciugamani, ho trovato però un po’ insistente il personale delle pulizie poiché il servizio di pulizia iniziava alle ore 10:00, e già alle ore 9:40, si pretendeva di esser fuori dalla camera bussando più volte alla porta nonostante fossimo ancora all’interno finendo di preparare le borse mare.
Si poteva richiedere il parcheggio nel garage, con supplemento di 10€ a notte (consiglio a chi volesse utilizzarlo di prenotare con largo anticipo per poter avere un garage grande).

Ho scelto una camera confort. Il balcone era ampio e con vista mare, molto buono. La camera aveva 2 difetti. Il primo, veniale, era l'illuminazione fredda, quasi da neon. Il secondo, grave, era il rumore che veniva dal corridoio. La porta della camera era piazzata tra la porta dell'ascensore e la tromba della scala. Era come stare nell'atrio dell'edificio. Ho sentito tutti quelli che sono entrati ed usciti. La struttura non è un hotel, ma un residence, quindi non offre alcun servizio.

Hotel is in Italie niet geregistreerd als hotel maar als B&B!
Maar heeft geen Breakfast. Dus alleen kamer. Apart.
Alleen kamers aan de voorzijde interessant wat betreft uitzicht.
Op de vijfde etage magnifiek (had ik 'verworven' 30 euro bijbetaling per nacht) maar dan heb je ook gehele bovenetage!

Helaas staat het hotel aan een drukke weg waar 's avonds een permanente kermis is en ....naast twee bouwprojecten!
Op het moment dat ik er was in het weekend had ik er geen last van maar in principe zeilt de bouwkraan zo ongeveer over je terras.
Er in de nacht geen enkel toezicht (geen receptie) en iedereen kan naar binnen, naar boven lopen en op het terras op de 5de etage gaan zitten: onveilig dus.
Service beneden peil.

La struttura è sul lungo mare di Gallipoli. Si trova in un ottima posizione per raggiungere le spiagge e il centro.
È stata appena ristrutturata.
La pulizia della camera è a giorni alternati.
La colazione non è prevista anche a pagamento ma al primo piano ci sono i distributori automatici.

I proprietari sono cordiali e soddisfano le tue esigenze.

Grazioso residence fronte mare

Il residence è in posizione ottima fronte mare.
Le pulizie le fanno ogni 2 giorni, il che non è il massimo visto che venendo dal mare, la presenza di sabbia è inevitabile.
Il personale è accogliente nulla di quello che hanno recensito gli altri.

Uno dei peggior soggiorni della mia vita

PROBLEMA 1: veniva sponsorizzato un hotel, ma abbiamo trovato un affitta camere, dove il loro ufficio chiudeva alle 20, non effettuano pulizia camera tutti i giorni, ma un giorno si ed uno no senza mai il cambio delle lenzuola. Camera non pulita adeguatamente.

PROBLEMA 2: non ci é stata data la colazione per l intero soggiorno, la loro scusa é stata che non hanno autorizzazione asl

LOCATION bellissima ma con pessima pulizia e...

Location bellissima, struttura nuova con molte potenzialità. Peccato che tutto viene penalizzato dalla pessima organizzazione del personale (nessuno copre un ruolo ben preciso e ciò rende tutto molto confusionario). Igiene pessimo della stanza, era sporca già al nostro arrivo e in 4 giorni il sevizio di pulizia in camera è stato effettuato una sola volta (del resto, l'igiene è scarso in ogni angolo della struttura). Parcheggio interrato a pagamento molto utile, peccato che questa comodità venga a mancare date le misure strettissime dei posti macchina. Forse un giorno torneremo, dato che la struttura e le ampie terrazze con vista mare meritano molto, con la speranza però che ci siano più organizzazione e igiene.

Situato sul lungomare di Gallipoli, per chi viene in treno, dista 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Gallipoli. Possibilità in loco di noleggiare una bicicletta ad un costo ragionevole. Utile per chi si vuole spostare nel paese o sui lidi con facilità. Dista 10 minuti in bicicletta dal Samsara Beach, possibilità di parcheggio custodito per la bici difronte il lido al costo di un caffè. Consiglio di prendere una camera con vista mare, da poter godere del panorama che il posto offre. Di sera in estate difronte il b&b ci sono varie bancarelle che vendono souvenir, gastronomia varia compresi fast food, e giostre per i vostri bambini.
Dista 10 minuti a piedi dalla movida Gallipolina. Consiglio il panificio Primavera che dista 5 minuti a piedi dalla struttura, con ottimi prodotti da forno, compresi primi e secondi da asporto. E sempre vicino la struttura il supermercato con ottimi prezzi, Md Discount. Difronte la struttura la costa si presenta rocciosa, comunque il mare è pulito, ma poco accessibile per persone con handicap e bambini piccoli. Consiglio quindi loro, i lidi poco distanti. Parcheggio auto all'ora personalmente caro. Quindi per chi va ai lidi, ad esempio vicino il Samsara Beach, difronte cè un enorme parcheggio che vi parlavo prima, dove pagate a giornata. Non accessibile dalla strada principale del lungomare, ad un certo punto interrotta al traffico, ma bisogna prendere una strada parallela per poterci arrivare, in bici invece la strada è accessibile.

Residence da Oscar !!!

Esperienza perfetta ! Arrivate con il bus a600 metri sul lungomare il nostro residence . Tutto bianco e nuova costruzione , ci hanno dato una camera vista mare con balcone brutta nuova , mai stata usata e pulitissima ! I proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili , tutto a portata di mano dal centro storico di Gallipoli a baia verde per la lunga spiaggia . Posto bellissimo ma perfetto grazie a questa scelta hotel spuma di mare . Ci ritorneremo prestissimo . Grazie di tutto da Valentina e Giuditta :)
