Hotel was nice €10 to park which i thunk should be free. Parking on main road across from hotel was free, in the blue box's. Maybe in high season its not..parking on front near beach was 30 min payable.. room was ok for the price ..no aircon untill may . I was told..but nit relay needed ..overall hotel was very good. Breakfast bacon and eggs were cold..had to say to to Andre..to warm them ...Andre was very nice and reception staff

Very good hotel with nice spa

From check in to check out the staff were very helpful and attentive. Lovely rooms and we enjoyed having spa access (bookable for one hour during the stay). Convenient location for different beachfront hotels and not far from the bus stop for San Marino. Good breakfast (buffet served by staff due to COVID-19 times) but looked very hectic for the staff.

A bit of a hassle to book as we'd received a booking voucher that was valid only at this hotel after our initial trip in May was cancelled. The one night we were due to stay in Rimini in August we weren't able to use this as they require a 5 night minimum stay in the high season and we were told to \"keep an eye\" on the situation and see if anything changed. About a week before we were due to come to Rimini there was a room available but you couldn't use the voucher to pay for it and only the day before we were due to go did the situation change and it showed that we could use our voucher from our cancelled booking towards the stay. A long story, but this was an unusual situation and once we got to the hotel everything was good from then on.

My bed was right next to a noisy lift shaft

I was allocated room 224 which is an L-shaped room and where the bed is positioned is through the wall from a lift shaft which is in operation 24 hours and was extremely noisy. The room was clean, it had a decent bathroom suite. Breakfast was basic, poor service - was told 'Eggs were finished' at 9.30am when breakfast was on til 10am. The head waiter seemed to busy to offer a tea/coffee. The pool area which was outdoors was filthy, so couldnt use the pool. The indoor 'spa' area was EUR15.00 extra. Overall, Rimini was a nice place, but this hotel wasnt the greatest. If/When I do return to Rimini I would pay the extra and get a nicer hotel, as this hotel isnt a 'boutique' hotel as the marketing suggested.

Middle of night life

If you like being in the heart of the local nightlife, this exceptional hotel is for you. Room was updated and modern. Staff was professional and very nice. Many good restaurants and bar very close by. Walked to old town with no problems. Beach and pool we’re nice. Overall, I had a great experience. Parking is free but on the street. I had no issues with finding a parking spot.

If you want peace and quiet, avoid this hotel.

We, my wife and I, arrived at the hotel a bit late in the evening and were greeted in somewhat of a friendly manner by the clerk at the check-in. After going through the usual check-in procedures we took to the room only to find that it was quite warm inside despite the cool 17C (62F) outside. We tried to operate the AC, nothing. We opened the window and loud music came in from the bars right next to the hotel, and we closed it back.
I called reception to see how to make the AC work and was told by the same person from the check-in that the \"there was not need for the AC since it was cold outside\". I insisted that it was me who would determine if it was cold enough or not for myself and she came back, very rudely, saying noting could be done since the AC could only be activated at some later per a city by-law. and then asked for another room, away from the noise, and she said, even angrier than before, that the hotel was full and there was nothing that she could do and insisted on opening the window. When I said that I couldn't open the window because of the noise and that we wanted to sleep, she replied ever more angry that \"this is not a problem, the music will stop a mid-night\". And hung up.
It was shortly after 10:00 PM and there's was no way that we could keep the windows closed due to the heat so we open the windows. Luckily it was playing only music from the 70s and 80s so at least it wasn't that bad.
Again, looking for peace and quiet? Not the place to go.

The hotel itself was nice. As close to the beach as you can get. We had sideways beach view from our room, however the hotel was currently being renovated on the outside, so the workers woke us
up early (can't be helped), and because the A/C was not turned on, we opened the window, but the
road/bar noise was too much...
Room very clean and nicely done.

Close to the beach and some good restaurants

We based ourselves here to relax on the beach for the afternoons and trave to other locations such as San Marino for the day. Worked out well.

Rooms do back onto a restaurant bar with out door area and loutish music. However the hotel has double glazed Windows which cuts down the noise.

Location is in a safe place.

In my opinion this hotel is in a good location.
Beach across the road at the rear of the hotel.Great facilities and very friendly staff nothing to much trouble with good food too.
Also if you prefer easy walking distance to many places to eat with a great atmosphere.

Renovated, but not up to the standards

I booked this hotel after carefully reviewing their website. The location is great for Rimini, and the hotel looks nice on the outside. Check-In Desk People were extremely friendly and helpful in upgrading my room to a better one with Jacuzzi for a fee of course. Despite the upgrade, the rooms in general are quite small, there's not much space for two suitcases either. The bathroom is small too, however it has most of the modern amenities for a decent stay. The swimming pool on the hotel's side was lovely, and it had a jetted area where one could comfortably rest. The bed was comfortable as well. Breakfast was OK, close to continental style and you could squeeze your own oranges. Wireless Internet access is available for free on 10 hour vouchers which one should collect at the reception. The quality of the wireless service was not pleasing, considering it would constantly lag and I had to refresh a couple of times to be able to open a website. The hotel offers few parking lots free of charge at the entrance and at the back. Altogether, I would give it a 5 on 10 points. For the same money value one can get absolutely better in the area. It is overpriced for the service you get. I wouldn't exactly recommend it.

Accoglienza familiare,ci hanno spiegato come funziona il tutto,dalla colazione alla cena. Camera spaziosa,pulita e ordinata con vista mare. Parcheggio prenotato. Per la Spa ci hanno fatto trovare in camera accappatoio e ciabattine. Colazione varia e abbondante, così come le due cene. È stato davvero un piacere soggiornare in questo hotel. Cortesia, efficienza sono davvero il loro punto forte. Ve lo consiglio anche per la posizione,vicino al centro, raggiungibile a piedi, mentre con la macchina poca distanza per San Marino e altri punti di interesse.

Bra hotel jämfört med liknande runtomkring i Rimini men med det priset vi betalade 170 euro per natt hade vi en femstjärnig hotell med al inklusive med över 50 olika sorters mat och super härlig frukt, salad, bakelser mm i superhäftigt miljö och ett rum som var tre gånger detta. Så nej, jag anser Italien får skärpa sig. Med turist skatt och dyra Motell som tar betalt som för femstjärniga hotell och otrevliga italienare som har glömt att utan turist har de ingen inkomst så blir nog inte Italien nästa gång vi reser till.

Il parcheggio interno (da prenotare anticipatamente perchè non ha molti posti) è strategico.
La stanza non era molto ampia ma andava più che bene ed aveva ottimo spazio negli armadi.
Colazione con molta scelta e per ogni esigenza.

La camera doppia uso singola non è molto ampia ma a me serviva solo per dormire, quindi più che bene. Ottimo spazio negli armadi.
La stanza aveva un terrazzino vista mare, attrezzato e con vasca idromassaggio (non funzionante per il maltempo): favoloso!
Colazione con molta scelta e per ogni esigenza.

Brutta esperienza!!

bruttisima esperienza in parte per colpa dell'hotel che non aveva posto nel parcheggio interno e cosi abbiamo laasciato l'auto parcheggiata appena fuori all'hotel.
Al mattino ci siamo accorti che mancava una bicicletta dal porta bici ( dal quale non era cosi facile riubarla).
L'hotel non ha fatto nulla per risolvere/tamponare il brutto episodio. Alla fine abbiamo anticapato il nostro rientro perdendo anche una notte già pagata. Che Italia!!

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis. Es war sauber, das Personal war freundlich und hat gut Englisch gesprochen. Das Frühstück war gut. Da vor unserem Fenster eine Bar war, war es ab und zu etwas laut und auch nach innen ist es nicht so gut schallisoliert.

non mi è piaciuto la ruggine sulle ghiere delle due lampadine che illuminano lo specchio in bagno. forse una ghiera in plastica cromata risolverebbe il problema estetico della ruggine (è comprensibile in un ambiente umido come il bagno ma esteticamente sta molto male)

La spiaggia si vede, la marina di via regina elena è un classico
Certo le strutture d'inverno hanno un aspetto malinconico ma possiamo dire che l'hotel è buono.

L'unica pecca: la dimensione delle stanze, un po ristretta rispetto alla media consueta, canali tv limitati, ed accessori da 3 stelle.

dato il periodo, l'esterno non è possibile valutarlo.

ma per un breve pernottamento, è ok; al contrario, credo che un soggiorno lungo sia un po restrittivo.

L'hôtel Ferretti Beach ne correspond pas à un 4 étoiles mais plutôt un trois. Les chambres sont très petites impossibles de se croiser. En-bas de l'hôtel il y a un bar et le bruit est jusqu'à 01h30 du matin. Un bar est effectivement à disposition mais c'est souvent les réceptionnistes qui vous servent et aucun aménagement n'est prévu. Un service d'animation pour les enfants est organisés, malheureusement les pauvres n'ont pas même une salle à disposition et se retrouve confiner dans l'espace réception-bar et naturellement il n'est pas possible de prendre un verre au calme au bar. Les chambres ne sont pas top beaucoup de choses à revoir (nous n'avions même plus d'eau chaude les derniers jours, malgré la remarque à la réception le problème était toujours le même). Le petit déjeuner était top à part qu'il fallait réclamer tous les matins ses boissons chaudes car en effet le serveur ne nous voyait jamais.

Chambre pour quatre personnes minuscule, dur de passer 1 semaine, piscine pas faite pour les enfants en bas âge, kids club que dire, mieux vaut pas dire qu'ils on un kids club, aucune animation le soir et même la journée ils restent enfermée à la réception. La réception manque cruellement de professionnalisme surtout la personne de nuit. Je n'y mettrait plus les pieds chez eux. Je ne recommande pas pour les familles au enfants moins de 7 ans. Ennuye total

Fantastisk service, men ett litet rum

Vi var på Hotell Ferretti sista veckan i juni, 2017.
Hotellet är fräscht, har mycket serviceminded personal, ett trevligt poolområde med uppvärmd pool, men rummet var lite litet för 4 personer. Det var absolut inget fel på rummet, men det var ett dubbelrum med en våningssäng, och det blir lite trångt.
Hotellet ligger väldigt bra, direkt vid stranden. Nedanför ligger en riktigt trendig bar / restaurang som är fullproppad med människor på kvällarna. Trots riktigt hög musik, så hörde vi ingenting, då balkongdörren består av dubbla dörrar! Riktigt bra!
Personalen var väl förberedda när man anländer, och vet precis vad man behöver när man anländer. Vi kom med bil på eftermiddagen och hade tur att hitta en parkering precis utanför hotellet. Vi såg dock att det skulle behövas lägga på pengar varannan timme och det blev lite ett issue. Det har Ferretti löst genom att man kan låna ett parkeringsbristen av dem, så att man kunde parkera var man ville i blåa parkeringsrutor! Superbra lösning av hotellet! Parkeringsbeviset kostar 8 EUR per dag.
Längs med gatan ligger det sedvanliga turistaffärer och restauranger. Pizza och pasta är ofta på menyerna och det är billigt. Ca 4 EUR för en Margherita, och pasta pommodoro för ca 5 EUR. Vi åt på Ferretti en kväll, men då ska man vara beredd på att få betala lite mer. Dock mycket gott.
Vi bodde även på ett annat hotell, som låg norr om hamnen men vi gillade området söder om bättre.
