I love the junior suite room at the white hotel it's a two-bedroom apartment that the athletes used during the 2018 Olympics. However, many of the shops were not open when we were there.

We previously stayed at The White Hotel in 2019 and loved it. We knew the White Hotel will be undergoing renovations and there will be reduced facilities. The apartments themselves are still beautiful with comfortable beds and terrific showers. However, the kitchens in the apartments only had 3 mugs and 3 glasses. No plates, bowls, cutlery, microwave, tea-towels or dish-washing detergent which is unacceptable as the restaurant and bakery were closed. We couldn't convince staff to provide these. Also, there was no shuttle bus to the Phoenix ski resort unlike previous years.

The terrace suites are accurately depicted in the hotel pictures. Very clean and everything was brand new. There is a shuttle bus to the ski resort that runs every 30 mins. Overall, fantastic stay and experience.

I booked for 4 people but was given futon for 3 people. Requested for an additional 1 futon but was told need extra charges. Found this unwelcomed and unreasonable. Hotel also did not provide water dispenser.

방이 3개인 룸을 사용했고, 호텔은 깨끗했습니다, 노후로보이는건..LL층의 바닥정도로 보이고, 1회용은 지급하지 않더라도, 다른 호텔은 사이즈가 큰 샴푸, 린스, 샤워젤 정도가 있는데.. 아쉬움이 남습니다. 또한, 그릇세척용 세제는 없으니 사용하시려면, 가져가셔야 하고, 실내용 실내화가 없습니다. 그 외에는 공기좋은 곳에 위치해 있고, 침구도 깨끗하여 잠이 잘 옵니다. 그리고 먹을것을 가져가시려면, 사용할 그릇을 가져가셔야하고 와인을 마실꺼라면, 와인장을 가져가시면 조을 듯 합니다

조식도 없고 키즈룸도 없고 베게 시트는 구멍이나있는데 그냥 그 상태입니다. 호텔 예약시에 리모델링중이라 다른 편의시설이 이용불가능이라는 걸 알았다면 예약하지 않았을거예요.
방에는 믹스커피2개와 생수2개만 준비되어있습니다.

6명 친구 모임으로 방문했는데 방3개 욕실 3개로 쾌적한 잠자리를 갖을 수 있었다. 그러나 빌라라는 룸 이름에 맞지 않게 너무 훌륭한 주방 상태를 이용할 수 없었고 심지어 티포트 외에는 아무것도 없어서(차도 믹스커피만, 티스푼도 없음) 모든 걸 밖에서 해결해야 했다. 적지 않은 비용을 지불하고 빌라룸같은 여느 숙소에서 제공되는 기본도 제공받지 못해 아쉬움이 컸고, 난방도 바로 되지 않아 서비스를 요청해야만 했다.

재실 간 온돌객실에 있었습니다. 이불은 하나가 모자랐고 그나마 준 이불은 굉장히 얇고 불편해 잠을 잘수 없을정도였습니다.
티비 리모콘이 안되어 교체를 요구했지만 다음날 아침까지도 교체가 안되었습니다. 벽지는 일부 뜯어져있고, 냉장고를 여는 장은 아래가 낮아 발가락을 다쳤습니다. 지하주차장엔 새까맣게 하루살이들이 깔려있습니다. 역대 최악의 숙박이었습니다.

숙소는 깨끗하고 좋습니다.
다만. 욕실과 화장실이 방 안에 있는데 반투명 유리 문으로 개방되어 있고, 방도 통유리 벽이라 가족이 아니라면 추천하지 않습니다. 블라인드가 있지만 완벽한 사생활 보호가 되지는 않고. 제일 큰 불만은 위층이 화장실을 쓰면 물내려가는 소리가 엄청 크게 들린다는 점. 더욱이 침실 안에 화장실이 있다보니 위층 물 내려가는 소리에 잠을 깰 정도.

너무만족
개인적으로 너무 마음에 들었음. 방세개에 화장실도 세개라서 가족 세명이 럭셔리하게 한방씩 차지했고 수건도 넉넉하고 욕실과 화장실이 분리되어있어서 더 좋았음. 물론 식당이나 피트니스등부대시설이 좀부족했지만 덕분에 더 조용하게 힐링할 수있었던듯. 휘닉스와 한화리조트 모두 한 단지처럼 멀지않은 곳에 위치해 있어서 배민으로 휘닉스 피자등을 시켜먹을수도 있음. 오다 가다보니 휘닉스는 도로까지 나와서 주차할 정도로 사람이 많은듯했는데 더화이트는 주차장도 넉넉하고 실내에 위치해있어서 여름에 방문하기에도 너무 편하고 좋았음. 이번달 말에 다시한번 방문예정임.

신축한지 오래되지 않아 내부시설이 깨끗하고 조용합니다. 창문밖으로 보이는 태기산의 짙푸른 뷰가 멋지고 공기가 아주 상쾌합니다. 아침에 일찍 일어나서 호텔 뒷편의 산책로를 1시간 정도 산보하시면 우거진 낙엽송군락지가 환상적이고 공기가 너무 좋아서 도시생활에 찌든 폐 정화에 아주 좋습니다~~(첨부사진은 1층 로비에 있는 작은도서관입니다)
