Tiny towels supplied and had to ask for them. The room smelled like a gym locker but the smell might have been from the clothes steam closet. Something needed to be cleaned inside there. No dishwashing detergent provided. Mold in the showers. Stains on the bedding. Ample room for ski equipment but needed a second drying rack. Beds were a nice design. Floor heat worked well. Get the mountain-view room so that you’re not over a busy parking lot. Nice skiing and family activities. The price was too high.

Room was dirty when I arrived, I flushed toilet, used bar of soap on the counter and no towels in the room. Told the front desk and they just offered new towels and not a new room. Also booked a room in the “Tower” and was placed in what looked to be like a regular room and was not in the tower attached to the hotel. Maybe that’s just how they book things online but it’s a bit deceiving. I’ll stay at the hotel nearby next time and hopefully it’s better service. Also, like no parking, they say parking available on their site but I had to park quite the distance from the hotel. They don’t enforce who parks in their parking lot so I’m going to assume that people who aren’t guests are parking there to go skiing.

Blooming Memories in Bongpyeong and Pyeongchang

I visited the Bongpyeong Buckwheat Flower Festival with my mother. This was my third visit to Phoenix Pyeongchang, and every time I come, I am impressed by the excellent and clean facilities, the friendly service, and the variety of relaxing spaces. It is always a place where I can enjoy myself and feel completely at ease.

대체로 만족 👍

어린 자녀가 있는 경우 묵기 좋은 숙소 인것 같습니다 ! 애들 놀거리도 리조트 안에서 다 해결할수 있었구요. 하루 워터파크 그리고 마무리는 루지랜드 ㅎ 산에 있어서 그런지 더운 여름도 조금 덜 덥고 시원한 느낌이었습니다. 다시 한번 찾아올것 같아요.

단점이라면 40평형 6인이 들어갈수 있는 방을 예약했는데 조금 빌라 외관이 헐어 있었어요. 안에는 그래도 깔끔하고 괜찮았어서 문제 없이 잘 지냈어요. 방 두개 중 하나에는 에어콘이 없어서 밖에 거실 에어콘을 키고 그 방까지 가도록했지만 그래도 잘만했습니다.

기본적인 룸 준비가 덜 되어 있었습니다.

예약할 때부터 연식이 있는 곳이라는 것을 알고 있었으며,그래서 리모델링이 된 룸을 선택하였습니다. 룸에 들어왔는데, 가장 기본적인 수건이 셋팅되어 있지 않았습니다. 그래서 문의 및 요청을 하기위해 전화를 들었으나, 수십번의 시도에도 연결되지 않았습니다. 결국에는 1층까지 내려가 대면으로 요청했어야 했습니다. 또한 다른 리뷰에서는 물이 3병 제공된다고 쓰여 있었으나, 이건 문의하지 않았습니다. 리모델링을 하였다고 들었는데, 수압이 너무 낮아서 샤워하기 불편했습니다.

Everything is good except for cleaning

The room was not cleaned well. There was a lot of dust on the floor and there was a vacuum cleaner in the room, and the dust can was very messy.
Still, there was no strange smell in the bathroom or room.
The bed mattress is very uncomfortable. There was no kitchen, it was uncomfortable because I had to use tableware and wash the dishes.
Nevertheless, this stay was good because of coin laundry rooms, convenience stores, water parks, and large lawns. It was nice to have several restaurants available.

즉흥적인 평창 피닉스콘도 가족여행!

급여행이라 계획없이 출발한 여행이었눈데,
생각보다 너무 편안해서 만족도 120% 입니더.
토욜밤에는 7층 단체? 왔는지 정원 초과 아닌가 싶은데 밤 12시가 다 되어가는데 엠티 분위기. 함성과 노래방 단체 떼창?? ㅠㅠ 넘 시끄러워서 잠을 설쳤네요. 패밀리동에 단체 엠티라니. ㅠ
그거 말고는 다 좋았습니다.
겉모습은 약간 노후되었지만 실내는 굉장히 깨끗히 청소 되었고 수건 이불등 다 쾌적했어요.

I loved how the property was a quick walk to the ski school and the slopes. There were many dining options and breakfast was served until 2pm so we could take it slow in the mornings.
What I didn't like was that the room assigned to us had a dark interior and the furniture was not well-maintained. The leather chairs were already peeling. It had the overall feeling that it was old and not well-maintained

The property is old and overpriced. There are many broken latches to close window doors. There is no safety lock attached to the main door. The place of shower head is so high and awkward, and nobody can use it because water came straight overhead.

침대와 침구가 무척 좋았고, 예약했던 스카이로얄 객실은 양쪽 각 방에 욕실이 따로 있어서 친구와 반려견과 함께하기 더할 나위없이 좋았습니다.
체크인도 항상 친절한 직원분들 덕분에 기분 좋게 하고, 방문할때마다 조금씩 개선되어있는 환경이나 좀더 잘 정비해놓는 것을 보니 갈때마다 기대가 됩니다.

Nothing impressive. Just average or below. The room wasnt clean. We could see the food particles from the previous guests and the floor was sticky. The house keeper threw our shver, tooth brush and tooth paste away. We made a report and they brought them back to us. I assumed they found them from the garage bag. We had to explain why we neeed to get new ones. They were back to us with the new ones. Well....those were sanitary items. No one wants to use the items that were thrown into the garbage bag??? I didnt need to convince them why i was to get the new ones. Butbi had to.

Wonderful Ski resort. I visited this place with my friends from SG and they were super satified with this place. And even think better than Ski resort from Japan they visited in Feb 23. Ski resort was well-organized and entire property (including dinning places and water park) were well maintained and renovated. They were super suprised when we discovered this place is actually over 20 years.
They rent ski and ski closth as well. So you don't need to bring any heavy cloth or eqippments

가족여행으로 다녀왔습니다.
너무 오래되어서 거실, 부엌 리모델링이 되어있긴했지만
화장실은 너무 오래되어 비가오는날 벽쪽으로 물이 새고 복도 바닥에 물이 고여 흥건하고 전체적으로 오래된집 냄새가 심했어요.
세금포함 1박에 30만원 넘는 숙소인데.. 너무 별로예요.
다시는 오고 싶지 않습니다.
전체적으로 건물 리모델링이 시급해보입니다.

현재 블루동 인테리어공사중이라 다소 산만합니다
직원들은 친절하지만, 잘 트레이닝 되어있지는 않았습니다.
고객의 일을 자기 일처럼 처리하는 타 숙박업소와는 차별이 보이는데, 아마 성수기라 바빠서 그런 거 같습니다.
그럼에도 기본적으로 나쁜 서비스는 아니었습니다.

다양한 서비스가 있는 것 같았지만 고객에게 충분히 제공되지 않는 느낌이었습니다.

평창휘닉스리조트 가족여행

숙소가 깨끗하고 전망도 좋아서 아주 편안하고 행복함이 배가 되었어요. 매우 만족합니다.

숙박비에 걸맞지 않은 수준

숙소 상태가 너무 노후화 되었음을 느끼게 됩니다.

슬로프 방향이라고 하지만 거의 발코니 바로 앞이 정리되지 않은 숲으로 막혀있고, 발코니는 더러워서 나가기 꺼려집니다.

화장실에는 구석구석 까만 곰팡이 때가 잔뜩 끼어 있는 상태입니다.

매년 겨울에 찾는 스키장이라 추억이 많은 곳입니다. 스키장 시설과 스키스쿨 선생님이 너무 좋아서 아이들과 꼭 찾는 숙소랍니다. 시설이야 오래된 공간이니 다른 곳과 비교하긴 어렵지만 그래도 수건이나 이불등을 요청드리면 진자 빨리 가져다 주시니 감사해요:)

만족스러웠지만 개선할 점도 있었던 휘닉스파크

4년전 리모델링 직후의 스카이 로얄을 생각하고 예약했는데 그 사이에 많이 노후된 느낌은 있지만 만족스러웠습니다.
스노우빌리지도 2살 아기와 놀기 매우 좋았고, 편의점, 식당 등 부대시설도 좋았습니다.
다만, 방마다 온도차이가 많이 나고 매우 건조한데 가습기 수량이 충분하지 않아 요청해도 받을 수가 없었습니다.
또, 13층 이상 고층 전용 엘리베이터라고 되어 있는데 저층에서도 다 이용할 수 있었는데 대부분 직원들이 탔습니다. 고층 엘리베이터라고 해놓지 말던지, 아니면 확실히 저층에서는 이용이 안되게 설정해 둘 필요가 있을 것 같습니다.

성수기에 저렴하게 묵을 수 있는 오래된 건물

체크인시 숙박동에 대한 설명이 없어 다른 동으로 잘못 갔는데 모바일 키가 작동하여 입실 후 원래 객실 손님이 들어와서 다시 배정된 방으로 옮기는 일이 발생했습니다.
숙박동을 제대로 확인하지 않은 제 불찰도 있었지만 모바일 키 보안이 의심스러웠으며 체크인 직원의 태도가 만족스럽지 못했습니다.
원래 배정 받은 객실 건물은 아주아주 오래되어 방음 문제가 있었고 무척 건조하여 묵기 힘들었습니다.
이 가격에 2박을 묵을 수 있는 이유를 알 수 있었던 숙박 경험이었습니다. 리조트 자체는 만족스러웠습니다!
