Sink area and bedroom were very good but the shower/ toilet area needed attention (e.g., wipe the walls, clean the caulking around the tub, etc.). Also, there were some noisy neighbours at 4:30 am, arguing, and slamming doors. We unplugged the fridge because it was loud too.

It has been 7 days, still waiting on refund from Expedia. I got it processed at the front desk! Expedia stated they called and got no answer, I called twice and got the front desk both times while speaking to Expedia. ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR, NO CALL, YET I GOT AN EMAIL STATING THEY CALLED. I HAD BOTH MY CELL AND LANDLINE WERE BOTH NEXT TO ME FIR MORE THAN 4 HRS!

This establishment had only 1 drawback. There are some semi permanent residents who are eccessively loud into the wee hours of the morning making decent sleep impossible. The front desk attempted to locate the noise and was unsuccessful. We had to delay getting on the road due to excessive sleepiness. The place is a little quieter in the daytime. We will be leaving later today after having gotten sleep so it is safer to drive the remaing 2500 miles.

The place isn’t the best place but offers weekly rate. I stayed there and was told that in case I had to leave the rest of my stay would be refunded which it wasn’t! I was just told to call them back since I informed them that it wasn’t refunded but they just gave me the run around for my money! Another hotel that takes advantage of travelers who are too tired and looking for a place to stay. This one is another that likes to take your money and not keep there word!

My stay was shortened due to deplorable conditions. The only positive, was the hotel late night attendant was pleasant and responsive. The manager and attendant worked together early the next morning to credit me for the second night of my planned two night stay since my first night experience was so miserable. Conditions are poor, worst property I have ever stayed.

I should’ve known to turn around and stay somewhere else when I had to check-in through bullet proof glass and slide my card through a slot… but we went with it. The walls, ceiling, and floor were covered in a nice film of cigarette smoke, in our non-smoking room. It looked as though they came in changed the sheets, left the towels and walked out. It was an… experience. To say the least. One we will never have again.

Not the worst Motel 6 I’ve been to by a long shot. However, we requested 2 nonsmoking rooms (had made the reservations quite some time ago), and they put my asthmatic mother in a smoking room (had an ashtray and absolutely reeked). We told them and they just shrugged. (I switched rooms with my mom, as I don’t mind smoke too much, but everything I had in there still smells like smoke.)

After the solar eclipse my daughter, grandchildren and I checked in, ordered pizza, watched a movie and slept. The room was excellent and very clean. I was happy to avoid the post eclipse traffic.

There was soap scum on the sink and faucet handle. Shower pressure was excellent in the morning, but I ended up having to sleep part of the night in my car becuase of my breathing issue. They would not refund my money from the night but at least let me cancel the rest of the weekend. Utterly DISGUSTING

Remotes are kept at the desk. You have to go get one then program it to the tv. The cable had been cut in our room so no tv after all. The toilet ran all night, the bed was bit hard, and the a/c wouldnt go below 72. Other than that its was at least clean

I gave Motel 6 one more chance. My car was hit when I visited in July 2022. It didn’t cause a lot of damage but the person on duty was no help & rude. I like the convenience of restaurants, stores & gas stations. What I didn’t like was that both ice machines were out of order!

The room was very clean and the staff was great. However, my room was in the back along I-75 and people were soliciting drugs and sex. I did see the county Sheriff drive through so at least I knew that they were aware of this type of activity. The only other issue was having to walk/drive around to the front side to get ice/vending.

Great improvement in the room since our last stay. Could use bathroom improvements. Toilet is kid-size, seemingly. Bath tub is difficult to get in and out of for my wife. Grab bars would be a great improvement.
