Plenty of shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Hotel staff up front very courteous and friendly. Kitchen staff not so helpful. My wife and I stay at this hotel when we come to peru. This is the first time a hotel member did not want to help. My wife and i know when the kitchen opens up in the morning, however we had to leave to the airport at 6am. Cofee was ready in the table area and we asked the person there if we could get cream for our coffee. She said they dont open until 630am and seemed as though we were bothering her. After asking her a 3rd time she reluctantly got us cream. That part of staying there made me frown. Never had that problem before.

We had a short stay but it was excellent! We traveled to Peru for our honeymoon and they surprised us with a room upgrade and welcome gifts. We wish we could have stayed longer but had a bus to catch early in the morning. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again on a future trip to Lima!

Great few days in Miraflores

We stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in Miraflores for a few days during our family trip to Lima, and it was a great experience. The hotel is in a perfect central location, just steps away from great restaurants, cafes, and shopping in the heart of Miraflores. The staff was consistently friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The entire hotel, from the lobby to the rooms, was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. It was a comfortable, convenient place to stay, and we would definitely return the next time we’re in Lima.

Not My Favorite

The hotel is in a very touristy area. I gave my credit card at the front desk for incidentals and was told my whole stay I didn't have a credit card on file and could I pay in cash when eating at the restaurant.
I had items go missing from my room while I was gone during the day. The walls were very thin. The TV didn't work. Dissatisfied enough that I cut the trip short to not have to stay there another night.

The service at this hotel is probably the best I've ever had! They helped us to book taxis into San Martin plaza and the airport, and organised our covid test as well. The hotel itself is clean, in a good location and we would definitely stay here again!!

For a Courtyard by Marriott property, I expected a bit more. Our room was by the service elevator on the \"elite floor\". This meant that garbage from room service and whatever else was left by our room each day - or for multiple days.

The included breakfast was decent although slow. The hotel seemed understaffed perhaps.

The location is good and the price was decent.

This hotel was amazing! We got there and the staff was so nice to us. They upgraded our room and when they found out we would be leaving at 4:30am, they asked if we would like breakfast to go! Who does that?!! I really loved that they cared so much for their customers!! The room was so clean! The bed was so comfortable! Ahh! Everything was just perfect!! They had our breakfast bags ready when we did our checkout. I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again!

The staff was not good at customer service . I’ve never been called so much for cleaning or for asking if thing are okay. I also had to extend my stay and they would book my extra night at the front like every hotel I’ve ever been to. I had to use the public computer myself. I felt it was rude when they have all my information have seen me I’ve been there for two days and only wanted to add a day. I understand they needed a new booking but I know they can manage that on there end at the desk. Also I understand safety for hotel when having guest but again most all hotels have the guest check in and send them up I kept having to escort and come down. For someone who stays in a lot of hotels I’ve never had to work so hard for my stay.

Best courtyard experience ever.

Best Service ever at this Marriot property.
Great location ,big room.
Melissa was amazing at the counter for my boss and myself
. We forgot some retainers and we came back 4 hours later they had them in a bag for us.
