There is no real breakfast buffet — only a very small room where people have to wait in line, which makes it quite inconvenient. The hotel is fine if you just need a place to stay overnight, but for breakfast it’s better to go to a nearby hotel.
The biggest advantage of this hotel is that the airport shuttle and the shuttle to the port are already included in the price, which is very convenient.

Cruise port shuttle easy to find. Obviously some long lines at times. Bus driver was very courteous and explained the way he was going to drop us off. 2 cruise ship groups of passengers on the same bus.

For the price this is a pretty good hotel. Minimal choices for food at hotel or in area. Only thing I didn’t like was.I had an outfacing room and the traffic noise at night was very loud. Not much soundproofing in room. Recommend an interior facing rooom. Shuttle service to cruise port was great but had to cad it to hotel as airport schutte only goes to 11 pm. But for a night before cruise it’s a good choice.

The good: The free Airport Shuttle and Cruise Port Shuttles were why we booked here and those worked out great! Water pressure and temperature were great in the shower (not something I can say for other more expensive lodging in Fort Lauderdale). Pool was open so if you’re a Northerner then maybe you’ll go in(not heated). If you’re looking for a place to sleep the night before your cruise this would be a great choice! The hotel next door had a great bar/restaurant with happy hour specials that we enjoyed.

The not so good: everything is showing signs of wear/use here. Rusty metal, carpet stains, etc. Like much of Florida, not very walk-friendly. We walked 2-miles one-way to a grocery store for wine and seltzers for the cruise. Most of that was on roads without sidewalk. So budget in some Uber trips if you want to go anywhere.

Booked here for an early morning flight to use the shuttle. Unfortunately the shuttle started after the time that we needed to be at the airport and only runs hourly. The bed was comfortable and there were lots of channels on the TV with a dining space in the room which was nice. It was a loud area but the AC ran all night which drowned out the sound but also got cold. The shower handle also was quite broken so the shower was burning hot or freezing cold and not really in between. It was fine for a single night.

After reading the mixed reviews of this property, we were a little apprehensive of what we were going to find. The lobby/front desk area was clean, check-in easy, but my concern here was a music/dance video being played loudly on a large flat screen tv that was totally inappropriate for the children in the room. C'mon, folks. Do better.
The room itself was just fine. The beds comfortable, the shower and bathroom clean. We were here just for one night and left early in the morning to drive to the airport, so missed the coffee (no coffee in room), the pool, didn't require the shuttle. All in all, this place served our purpose, and provided a good night's rest.

Floors in room were filthy and our bare feet were covered in filth. There were no blankets on the bed on a chilly night. Sleeping with just a light sheet was terrible. There was no morning coffee available and we walked a mile and a half to get water and coffee. There was no place nearby to eat for dinner when we arrived from out of state and we spent a lot to go into the town to eat. Only plus is it has a shuttle to the cruise port.

The lobby was deceptively nice. If you found the 1 good front staff member like we did our first night you will be very fortunate but don’t get your hopes up for getting that again. Room stink, was very old. Property in failing health. Beds were warped and uncomfortable. We needed to put pillows from the second bed between the mattress and frame to loft the head up to an even level. Wi fi was good, pool was nice. They had a little kitchen which was nice and free coffee. The shuttle services were very good but honestly that is what you are paying for. When we came back from our cruise we had a king room that had a comfortable bed and a new vanity but the room was filthy. Bedroom door litterally had black wear marks and thick dust. I had put on brand new white socks and they were black after a couple of hours. The rooms smell horrible, the second one was moldy. We had a 5 star experience on our cruis and came back to a 1 star hotel. Do NOT recommend

There is no sound proofing at all in the rooms. I could hear people taking, moving suitcases, etc. throughout the night. The lobby was always beyond packed with people waiting to check in or out. The only free thing, coffee, was unavailable and no one seemed to know how to fix it. I was lucky and only waited 5 minutes for the shuttle but the gentlemen in the shuttle with me waited an hour! Pool needed skimmed so one of the guests ended up doing it herself. I wish I would have booked a Hilton!

Would have appreciated coffee earlier than 7:00am. Some of your customers waiting for the 5:00 shuttle would have loved a cup of coffee! When booking, one of the amenities said restaurant! We thought it meant in the hotel! There was no restaurant!
Our first night’s stay was much nicer than when we returned from our cruise! We had a room on the 3rd floor, room 371. Farthest room away from the lobby! Bit of a walk and we are not getting any younger! One of the two Elevators was not working!
