We were quite impressed with this location as there was a 7/11 right across the hotel & lots of restaurants a short walking distance away! It was a 5 min walk to the bus stop which was also nice.

We stayed 5 nights. Like most of the hotels these days, you are provided with self check-in terminals. The staff assist if you are not able to navigate your way through the process.

Great stay in Kyoto within walking distance of the main areas of the city center. The room is big, the bathroom great, the beds are confortable, the tv huge. The laundromat available on 1st floor is also a great addition. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel !

The customer services are top notch. They provide free bottled water or tea every day and also coffee machine in the lobby. They also provide free laptop in lobby for customers to use in booking restaurants, etc. There are also a few coin laundry / dryer machines for guests to use.

The hotel itself is clean, modern, spacious, and some rooms have a massage chair which is so amazing after super long walks in japan. The hotel lobby had free self serve coffee and tea and the ammenties were great quality. The hotel staff helped with our luggage forwarding which made travelling seamless.

A very pleasant stay, the fact that there is a mini launderette available is much appreciated. There was a slight smell in the room that I couldn't place, not unpleasant, maybe slightly chemical? I think it may have from the air conditioning as it was more noticeable when I came back after being out all day. That was the only issue, otherwise an excellent base for Kyoto sightseeing and travel further afield.

The reason I booked this hotel was because I were staying at the other hotel at first and I don't like, I saw this and it just right next to it so that why I booked it and just 1 night I'm happy with this hotel the daytime staffs was pretty nice but night shift staffs was little bit rude.
