checkin total disaster with the new AI computer systems. Need to bee professor!! Always liked this place before on my travels, but the cleark that shuld help whas arrogant, and also told mee strickt "taht all hotels have this checkin systems now in Germany"

Nice very clean hotel close to the center (5 minute walk to the market square) and across the street from the theater. Very clean but also very compact. Small beds but comfortable. Overall pretty basic in amenities but it has everything you really need. Decor is bright and youthful. Included continental breakfast is plentiful and very good. Staff is super friendly. Parking is easy (but extra).
I would definitely choose again.

Shower cabin needs curtains or foggy glass to give more privacy to who’s in the shower.
Duvets are little shorter than normal ones. Prefer to have more solid bellow to rest

A very enjoyable stay

Hotel staff are extremely helpful and friendly.
Hotel is clean, bright and modern in an excellent location, close to town centre and not too far from the train station.
Breakfast bar was well stocked with plenty of variety.
I would certainly recommend the hotel and would stay there again if I return to Hildesheim.

Hotel charged twice as much as comparable hotels for a small room with two tiny twin beds. The bathroom was small enough to induce claustrophobia. Location is central but noisy, with people talking outside late into the night. Breakfast was fine and the staff was very friendly.

Great location, close to the highway, modern, clean, quiet, nice, new etc etc etc. This place was perfect. Great bed, great atmosphere, included a terrific breakfast and they have an automatic espresso machine, latte, espresso, cappuccino you name it!

If only all hotels could be like this one! Great job ibis Hildesheim!

My First Visit Stay at Ibis Styles , Hildesheim

I have known Hildesheim for many years and have visited often.This time I came with my son.It was the first time I stayed at an Ibis hotel in Hildesheim. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.The hotel is very conveniently located for the town centre.
We found the hotel very good in all aspects.I have stayed at many Ibis hotels.Many times in Amsterdam and Marseille and once or twice in Bonn.
All were very good in all ways and were very good value.However I think Ibis in Hildesheim probably just has the edge over these other Ibis hotels.
I would recommend Ibis hotels in any city / town. On my next visit to Hildesheim I will again stay at Ibis Styles , Hildesheim.

Generell für eine Nacht in Ordnung. Das Zimmer lag aber an einer lauten Hauptstraße, was wodurch lüften in der Nacht unangenehm war. Über 400 € plus Kurtaxe für ein sehr einfaches Zweibettzimmer zu verlangen finde ich auch in Messezeiten happig.

Alles gut geklappt. Lademöglichkeiten in der TG, Parken TG 9€ i.O. Davor wenn frei ab 16:00 Samstags bis Montag Morgens kostenlos. Freundlicher Empfang. Zimmer mit Klima. Bad WC getrennt. Dusche geräumig. Verkehr in den Abendstunden etwas laut, vor allem die hoch motorisierten Autos, bei offenem gekippten Fenster. Schlafen gut. Fernseher gut. Wasser kostenlos im Gang. WLAN kostenlos, passt. Frühstück ausreichend, frisch, geschmacklich prima. Ab 7:00 Uhr Frühstücken möglich. Im ganzen alles angenehm. Gut organisiert.

Alles super, bis auf das Wlan

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, sauberes Zimmer, beste Lage. Leider ist das Wlan unterirdisch bis nicht vorhanden ( Zimmer 109 ). Ich habe das direkt angesprochen, leider wurde mir nicht geholfen. Als Außendienstler muss ich Abends im Hotel noch viele emails schreiben.

I've been there multiple times. The hotel is fine, it's easy to reach, personnel is kind and helpful.
BUT this time i had an electric car.
The hotel has 5 chargers in the underground parking, all was free looking in the app, then i arrived just to find 5 petrol cars parked there and the staff had no way to locate owners.
There's even a sing "reserved to electric cars under charging".
In any other place a situation like that would've simply seen those cars removed.
But here i was 1 and those were 5 clients, so i had to park on the street at 300 mt. while charging with another post.
I'm sorry, but this is NOT how to manage the situation.
Keeping aside the idiocy of those car owners, if the staff doesn't enforce the reservation for those who need to charge they should simply remove the chargers.
Then i could plan otherwise.
Or AT LEAST, if you have massively more clients with gas cars than el-cars, give permission to park under the note that if an el-car arrives they had to move: you keep a phone number and there we go.
The way they handled it was definitely bad.

Zu wenig Ablageflächen für Kleidung!
Gute Nähe zur Innenstadt.
Für einen kurzen "Stopp Over" geeignet.

Unser reservierter und bereits bezahlter Garagenplatz stand am zweiten Tag trotzdem nicht zur Verfügung.

Rezeption "nur" bis 22.30 Uhr. Wenn dann um 22.50 Uhr die elektronischen Zimmerschlüssel nicht funktionieren ist das unpraktisch und ärgerlich, auch wenn das über eine Notfall-Nummer gerufene Personal schnell Abhilfe schaffen konnte.

Preis- Leistung und die Fensterputzer

Wir waren drei Nächte im HeyLou in Hildesheim und unsere Erfahrung war durchschnittlich. Zu aller erst, nein das Hotel ist nicht schlecht, unser Zimmer war sauber, ordentlich geschnitten und sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Man kann also problemlos hier buchen. Gespart wird am Personal, einchecken am Pc, Reinigung der Zimmer nur auf Wunsch und beim Frühstück wird man nicht nach seiner Zimmernummer gefragt, könnte sich die 15 Euro pro Person auch sparen. Negativ fiel auf das Fensterputzer mit einer Hebebühne morgens um 8 uns durch das Fenster im 2ten Stock schauten, zum Glück hatten wir schon Klamotten an und der Preis. Ja während eines Festivals muss man die Preise anheben da die Besucher fast alles zahlen, aber es ist es einfach nicht wert. Weder die über 200 Euro per Nacht weder die 15 Euro für das Frühstück... dann entsteht auch so eine Bewertung
