Room was clean on arrival you have to pre book the cleaning service via a website. Went to reception and said about having room cleaned and they said you need to give a days notice on website. Absolute farce but by complaining they took our room number and cleaned it BUT they took away some crisps and went through my wallet. They didn’t take anything but the English notes were stuffed back in the wrong way round to how I always put them in. Free parking on the street that they fail to mention anywhere and try charging you €12 per day to park. Overall a bit scammy but a decent hotel.

Booked via Hotel.com and received a message from B&B about the possibility to check in beforehand if I send back my data or I could also do it myself at the computer if I arrived after 23:00.
Wrote back with my data but didn’t receive any new message or a code for checking in.
Reception was supposed to be open until 23:00 but when we arrived at 22:50 it was closed.
The self check in didn’t work as the reservation number wasn’t sent to me by B&B and wasn’t the same as the travel number send by Hotels.com when booked.
Luckily I found an employee after 10-15 minutes who hadn’t left. He wanted me to check in myself but after explaining it was impossible, he could find the right reservation number in the hotel system so I could check myself in.
If I had arrived a few minutes later, I wouldn’t have had any way of checking in and get access to my room.
The room was clean and well organized for a family of four but it was too close a call I didn’t get to experience it.

Leider kam es trotz Buchung und vorheriger Bezahlung nicht zu einer Übernachtung. Es gab Probleme mit dem EC Automaten um die Parkplatz- und Beherbergungsgebühr zu bezahlen (Late Check In)

Super fint hotel. Rigtigt pænt, og der er gjort pænt rent. Det er et budgethotel og der er Ikke det store service, fordi alt foregår med koder. Så der er f.eks. ingen udcheckning. Man kører bare, hvilket er super fedt.

Excellent hotel for stay or layover in Hildesheim. Easy and fast checkin with friendly staff. Parkinglot in the back of Hotel (Paid though). Hotel seems new/newly refurbished or very well maintained. The hotel and rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Propre et confortable pour une nuit
Notre chambre était toute rénovée et agréable. Petit bemol sur le vis-à-vis avec l'immeuble d'en face (on a tiré le rideau pour se changer le matin, un voilage tamisant serait un plus).
L'internet ne fonctionnait pas (mars 2025) et nous n'avons pas été prévenu à l'arrivée. Un peu plus de communication serait bienvenue.

Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, alle Möbel stammen scheinbar vom gleichen Designer, was ein einheitliches und schönes Bild ergibt. Die Lage hätte nicht besser sein können: Das Hotel liegt am Rande der Einkaufszone in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, der Bahnhof ist ebenfalls drei Gehminuten entfernt. Dann sagte mir die Empfangsdame sie könne meine Zahlung nicht finden und ich soll nochmals zahlen und mir das Geld vom Reiseveranstalter holen obwohl Beleg ich hatte über bereits bezahlt. Hat uns eine Stunde länger gedauert bis die Rezeption dann einen Kollegen angerufen hatte, der ihr sagte was sie falsch gemacht hatte. Und dann hat sie uns noch Frühstück für drei Personen abgerechnet obwohl wir nur zu zweit waren. Mal schauen ob wir das mehr bezahlte Geld wieder auf unser Konto bekommen?

Vi fik anvist 2 værelser som ikke var rengjorte. 3. gang et fint rengjort værelse med rent sengelinned og rene håndklæder. Personalet får topkarakterer for at bedre situationen. Fx kom de med vand til os og der var gratis morgenmad for ulejligheden.
