The room was spotlessly clean. Staff very attentive and the hotel is very contemporary. Location is amazing, right by the lake. Would definitely stay here again.

Well located, very comfortable bed. Hard to park- room keys did not work to open garage door and reception closes at 6pm and restaurant around 11pm so not possible to get help if one gets there late. Parking close by is expensive.

We have stayed at Rocket Rooms Velden (comfort double room) between the 27th and 30th of December and we were satisfied with everything: the hotel, the parking facilities, our room, the staff, the service, the restaurant, and the breakfast. We would definitely go back to this hotel.

The room that we had (220) was too small for couple but we noticed that there are bigger rooms in the hotel.

Da vi ankom var det ingen i resepsjonsområde, etterhvert fant vi ut at vi skal hente nøkkel til rommet i et boks som var ved inngangen. Dette tross at vi ankom ca klokken 20 på hotellet og resepsjonen burde vært bemannet i denne tiden. Rommet var lite og fremstod noe dårlig møblert med en stor sofa rett foran sengen. Godt med plass for å henge klær osv men savnet mulighet for å legge undertøye i en skuff eller et skap.Ingen knager for å henge yttertøy. Under vårt opphold regnet det ganske mye og våte jakker måtte henges på baderommet. Bad er en integrert del av rommet og dusjen fremstår som kul med glass og godt innsyn, men ikke praktisk når man er på overnatting med venner/familie. Kaffemaskin på rommet har kun to kaffekapsler som er gratis, skal man bruke flere må man betale 1 euro per kapsel. Sengen av god kvalitet, men dessverre sover man på plastbeskyttelse på madrassene og både puter og dyner er av kunststoff. Lite mulighet for å justere air condition så det er nokså varmt på rommet når vi åpnet terrassedøra ble det likevel alt for kaldt. Frokost var fantastisk med stort utvalg. Synes at prisen er urimelig til rommets standard og eneste som kan i noen grad forsvare prisen er fantastiskfrokost.

Besonders gefallen hat mir die Nähe zum Casino und die zentrale Lage in Velden, alles ist fussläufig sehr schnell erreichbar.
Unser Zimmer war etwas klein aber mehr brauchte ich auch nicht.

Der Check In ist sehr einfach und das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Der Frühstücksbereich bzw. das Restaurant sind sehr stylish eingerichtet, das Buffet sieht sehr gut aus. Der Kaffee ist sehr gut, die Kaffeemaschine ist defacto im Dauereinsatz, jeder Gast kann sich den Kaffee selbst machen.
Schön ist es auf der Terasse vor dem Haus in der Morgensonne den Kaffee zu genießen.

Camera fatta pagare 2 volte.
La struttura nel complesso è buona, anche se camere sono molto piccole per 2 persone, il giudizio sarebbe positivo se quando abbiamo fatto il check out la ragazza alla reception ha preteso che pagassi di nuovo le 2 camere, nonostante a me pareva di averle già pagate con Paypal. Adesso è passata più di una settimana e il rimborso non è ancora arrivato, ma solo le scuse. Se decidete di soggiornare lì controllate che non vi freghino.
