The room was small by American standards but huge for the hotels in the area. The bathroom shower bath was not huge but perfect. Jets in the tub, a shower that has nice relaxing lights that change colors in the morning. It is about a 25 to 30 minute walk to everything I wanted to see. The staff was friendly, very professional

We arrived early (morning) from a cruise and staff stored our luggage so we could get out and explore. Our luggage was waiting in our room for us upon our return. The room was clean and stocked well, the small sitting lounge on its own private patio was the sweetest surprise...great amenity! Quiet and easy access as the hotel sits right on Las Ramblas. While there is quite a bit of heavy construction happening, we found that everyone was doing their part to make walking and traveling in that area as smooth as possible. We understand progress and work so this part was not a problem for us - kudos to all the businesses there!

The air conditioning which is a listed amenity did not work. The first half of our stay we were staying in 80 degree F room with no AC, and no ability to switch rooms or obtain refund or recompense for this near unlivable room. Unfortunately we did not have the funds to book another hotel, but the hotel made no attempt provide any reasonable compensation for a completely miserable first half of the stay. AC eventually worked partially, lowering temperature to about 73-75 degrees F with a fan they loaned, but we were never able to obtain a functioning AC capable room as promised. Would not book again.

Staying at Hotel Flor Parks was a brilliant experience, the staff were incredibly friendly from the moment we checked in, they were very helpful and explained everything to us thoroughly. The cleaners were brilliant and very friendly and did a great job cleaning daily. The hotel itself was incredibly safe with the staff at the front desk 24/7 and it was very central as the hotel itself was in the middle of Las Ramblas and it was a short walk from cafes, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. Would definitely recommend to those travelling with family or solo travelling as it is very safe and accessible by metro, bus and taxi.

Very basic hotel. Kettle provided on request but cups and cutlery require a deposit to be paid to use. Staff were lovely. Great location. The letdown was the it was so noisy. Our room faced the courtyard and we could hear people yelling and screaming all night and in the early hours of the morning. And we can hear our neighbours talking at a normal volume and constant walking and furniture moving from the rooms upstairs.

Sadly some construction happening on Ramblas but hotel is in a great spot right in the heart of the city.
Service from staff was excellent and professional - thank you especially to the gentleman who checked me in and gave me confidence in my Spanish, though I've forgotten your name.
Flor parks was clean, comfortable, and a safe haven from the city to come take breaks between activities to keep me going all day and into the nights.

This hotel is literally on La Rambla,
Few steps and you’re there. Facade is unassuming and easily missed. There is a spacious elevator for luggage.
Room is surprisingly spacious with a high ceiling.
Despite it being a super busy street outside, the windows are sound proof so aside from the low rumbling sound of the metro train (which is less than 1 min away), it’s quiet. There is a small cute balcony that overlooks the street. The bathroom is big enough and the shower is fancy with neon lights! Staff cleaned and made the bed daily and provided new towels when needed. There are also 30 ml size toiletries (lotion, shampoo, conditioner) unlike the tiny 10 ml bottles in our other hotel. There is no breakfast included (despite the pricey rate because of summer season) but there are tons of walkable dining options. La Boqueria market is a 1 min walk so we went there daily to pick up breakfast (pastries. Fresh fruit & juices, etc). The metro (green line) is 1 min walk and Plaza Catalunya where most of shopping is (ex. Zara, Mango, Desigual) is only a 10 min walk. Plaza Real for fine dining is only a 10 min walk. Overall this is a super convenient hotel (central) if you don’t mind the super busy La Rambla vibes once outside. I would consider coming back for sure!

The room was small but clean, comfortable bed and great shower. They had a rooftop area where you could get a beautiful view of the area. Would definitely stay again.

I’m not pleased with my stay. There was construction in front of the hotel. Room was very small, no place to move. On the last day, before the check out, we were stucked in the elevator. We were not able to open the door. Emergency call operator didn’t speak any language except Spanish. I barely speak Spanish. It took me about 10 minutes to explain what happened. Luckily the room made heard our voices and opened the door of the elevator from the outside. I am very disappointed. The price was very high and the service was very poor. I will never stay in that hotel again.

This property is excellent. It’s in the heart of everything you can get everywhere in Barcelona from here the Gothic quarter is amazing shopping is amazing. The flamingo shows are everywhere. Stuff of the hotel is so wonderful and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if you really want to be in the area of Barcelona, where you can do everything and walk everywhere and have transportation to any place you want to go highly recommend and it’s a beautiful property, marble walls and marble floors in the bathroom and marble floors throughout the entire building

Checking into this small hotel was quick and efficient. The staff were friendly and professional. The building feels secure and safe with 24 hr door service, locked entry at 11pm, and luggage service to the room. We reserved a standard room, which was clean and comfortable for 2 ppl. The bathroom was supplied adequately with toiletries without extra waste. The bathtub was small but had a very large rain shower. A small mini fridge was available beside a small desk. It would have been nice to have had a couple bottles of water provided. There was no kettle or coffee maker, so this is just a room for sleeping. There were plenty of local places to go on the Rambla for morning coffee. The room was very quiet with the patio doors closed. Our room was located on the side overlooking some trees, where you could take one step to look out. The rooftop terrace open approx 10-10 offers a small area to enjoy the sunset and a bottle of wine, but know there are no shady areas, in the daytime. The location of this hotel is fabulous, as it's in the center of all the action. A short 10 min walk to the marina, and with hundreds of options for dining, drinking and shopping located right outside the front door of the Flor Parks. This is a hotel where you check in and get out and explore. You only need a comfortable safe clean and quiet space to fall, after your day outside. I would definitely stay here again and thank all the staff for their kindness and help. :)

This property was perfect! Right on the main strip of La Ramblas!! The location was great, somehow they manage to keep the street boise out. The hotel was nice and clean. The restaurant was really good. My fav part of the hotel was the staff!! They were so helpful!! Especially my buddy who works the overnight shift, he was always available for any advice or help u may need! All in all this is the place to be. I started with one night booked and ended up staying for my whole trip!! Thank u to Hotel Flor Parks you were great!!! I will be back!

It’s also convenient to the Placa where you can catch the Aerobus direct to the airport (which the hotel clerk told us about). Would definitely stay here again.

We had an exceptional experience at this hotel. They were very accommodating and helpful. Our flight arrived early in the morning. The staff allowed us into our room early at no charge. The next day they held our bags after checkout while we explored the city. The room was clean and very nice. It's in a fabulous location on Las Ramblas yet we dind't have any issues with noise, etc. A really great experience and we highly recommend!!!

We loved our stay at Hotel FlorParks, with a small balcony right on Las Ramblas. Very clean and comfortable with aur conditioning, a great shower, nice towels & daily room cleaning. Staff was very helpful with travel and dining recommendations. Hotel Flor Parks is close to the metro, restaurants, and walkable to the Old City, the Picasso Museum, the Cathedral and the Boqueria market. Thank you for a great 4 night stay.

Very interesting that the hotel was not right on La Rambla but just inside the warren of lanes/streets where pedestrians move about so freely. Tip: our taxi driver from the airport did not know where the hotel was and even if he had known, he may not have been able to drive to the front door. Suggest you tell driver to drop you at the opera house. It's a short walk from there.

Noise level from street and underground Metro.

The hotel is noisy on the inside and on the outside. We stayed on the 3rd floor and you can hear the Metro going by underneath us all the time. Ugh! People are drunk at night yelling and screaming. This is not the place to get a good nights sleep. Stayed here 3 nights. However, the room is large for Spain. The man at the front desk was also surly and he smokes in the street and it wafts up to the room if you have the window open in the morning.

Great location on la Rambla near the Opera. Convenient and within easy walking distance to both the port and to the Catalan plaza. There is a metro (subway) stop near the front door. The staff is very courteous and helpful and the hotel is quiet, secure and very clean. Parking is across the street in a secure parking garage with a daily rate of €23.00…expensive but is the going rate in many large European cities.

The hotel is located in the heart of Las Ramblas, for those who want to stay in this area. However the hotel can be noisy at times because the metro is right underneath. Also when people go back to their room you can hear everything. Laundry service is excellent (same day and fair price). Good breakfast and coffee places right next door and Starbucks very close.
