First off let me state that I knew what I was getting into, knowing very well any properties that has smoking rooms tends to be a little run down. I chose this place because my go-to property didn't have any rooms available and I am a smoker. Its such as shame because this property has so much potential if they will to spend the money to do some minor renovations and upkeep.
Onto my room, I had requested a room with a hot tub, it took forever to fill and the jets didn't work so it was just a large tub. The toilet was wobbly, there was a hole in the ceiling from water damage with mold. The shower handle was loose and it took me awhile to find the right placement for the comfortable water temperate. Tiles were missing, the bathroom floor needs a deep clean as the edges are black. Section of the vinyl flooring pop up and I trip a few times. I am a handyman and these things can be fixed with relative ease if they spend a little bit of money. This place tends to be a little noisy with the customers they attract, cheap rates, smoking allowed, pets allowed. Will I stay here again, I probably will in a bind, but would I recommend it, I wouldn't.

Upon arrival the system was down, so we couldn’t check in. We were asked to wait 20-30 mins while the system was rebooting. The condition of the room was another story. In the bathroom alone, tile was missing, water damage hole in the shower, and the toilet rocked every time you sat down. I was very disappointed in the condition and then the price charged to stay in a room of that nature.

The room was very dirty. I took multiple pictures and videos of both rooms as evidence. The hot tub was not working and I had to call for assistance. When it was checked, the water jets were clogged with a large amount of hair and residue, which was very unsanitary. Because of this, I did not use the hot tub at all.
The bed sheets had visible stains, and it did not appear that the room had been properly cleaned or wiped down before our arrival. This experience was unacceptable and not what I expected for the price paid. I am requesting a refund or, at minimum, a partial refund for the inconvenience

I definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The photos are misleading; when you walk into the property they are doing construction. We accidentally booked a smoking suite, the walls were yellow and it REEKED of cigarettes. They have a balcony but it is blocked off so no fresh air is able to get into the room. The heater makes a terrible noise when it is running. The bathroom has mold in the shower. The bed sheets have burn holes in them, I understand it’s a smoking room but there is zero reason to have sheets with burn holes. When we were walking into our room there we saw a roach running across the floor!!! Requested a crib for my daughter which they did not provide. The fridge was not working properly and didn’t keep our item cold. 0/10 would NOT recommend.

This is a click bait hotel!!!!! Pictures look nothing like what you actually get! We here for a weekend anniversary get a way. Got a jacuzzi suite. It was terrible had a hard time getting the tub to work. When asking the staff for help there was a language barrier. DO NOT STAY!
