Good breakfast. We went for a relaxing getaway. The sauna was out of order, we had to ask for the pool to be uncovered, the pool was freezing, the pool room was freezing!! Everywhere I looked was a sign for \" we accept tips\"! At least 4 in the room and 2 at the breakfast area! All along with a sign that also said \" room cleaning and amenities are at your request only\". They still have carpeted floors in the room. There were no dressers or any drawers to put your belongings. The bolt lock on the door didn't work. The person that took care of the breakfast was extremely intrusive. He went around singing in a very loud voice, and would sit at your table uninvited and started talking to you! ASll in all a very unpleasant experience.

It started with check in…..employee checking guest in checked wrong guest into my room then for the next 30 mins couldn’t figure out what went wrong with my reservation…hotel manager was just as rude when confronted with the issue. Unprofessional and lacking in customer service. Property itself is tired and overpriced…

We had a great stay, the location is perfect. The staff were so friendly, the breakfast was delicious and well stocked. Clan, comfortable & quiet. The kids loved the pool and the sauna after a day of skiing was an added bonus.

Room was fine overall, and complimentary breakfast was good. However, we were disappointed in a few amenities. Our room was on the second floor and there are no elevators. Our bathroom was pretty gross. The pool was dark and chilly. The hallway smelled weird. It’s an older hotel that got a facelift and they haven’t been keeping up with it very well.

Overall a great 2-nights stay. We got the suite and the room is spacious. The bed is comfortable and the room temperature is just about right, no complain on the sofa bed! The breakfast is good but maybe because it was during the holiday (Friday and Saturday), got very crowded and not able to get any seats. We took some food and went back to the room. There were few family groups (with minimum 5-6 young kids) arrived Friday evening, and were constantly running and chasing along the hallway. We can still hear the noise at 11pm. I hope the hotel can implement some kind of policy and reinforce quiet hours. Other than that, it is convenient to the highway and other restaurants.

There was a youth hockey group there the same time as me, very loud group, took up all the public spaces including breakfast area. We have in writing from property that they are notifying Expedia to return a 25% discount for this stay. Fresh sticky ketchup stains in main room, loud noise from 2 families adjoining and across the hall after midnight when they arrived and continued to be noisy that front desk called them. No elevator. Children in sauna sloppy mess at 8:30 pm no staff checking area. No water available or decaf tea. Horrible experience.

The bed was comfortable,, but my husband had to clean the bathtub before he would get in it. The water pressure in the shower was very weak She was good.. the TV was good and offered every channel you could want. The smell in the room when we first walked in almost knocked us over. It seemed to be in the ventilation system to hide the musty smell of the rug and it was extremely strong. Breakfast was included, and offered scrambled eggs, home fries and sausage patties. There was also a pancake machine, toaster with several types of bread, yogurt, cereals and all the fixings. Nothing great but it fit our needs.

The room didn't look like it did on Expedia, no kitchenette area. Our room was clean, however smelled of old stale cigarettes and mold. Had a headache and sinus pressure the next day.

Serene and tranquil location, nice size room, bed was comfy, spacious parking, big indoor pool, tv fitted room proportion very well, plenty of channels, they also have hbo n cinemark, ac was running smoothly, fridge actually cold, microwave is clean, breakfast was good, nothing special. there's vending machine throughout property n also a laundry room. game room was kool. plenty of shampoo n conditioner in br, oh n there's no deposit when check in, which was great, 1st place i book that doesn't require a deposit 😃

Shower pressure n toilet flush was a bit weak, bathtub floor was a bit rough, feel funny on my feet, the sauna doesn't work, wasted 30 min waiting for it to heat up. the towels should be renewed, they were a bit rough on skin

Overall, great stay, budget friendly, i would definitely recommend 👌 👍 😊 😀

Thank you so much. It was a wonderful stay. We were only gonna spend one night, but we liked it so much we spent two and then we asked for an extra checkout time in the lovely man at the front desk awarded that to us. It was just great. The only thing I had a problem was with the TV but that’s probably because I’m a spaz. The breakfast was delicious. Everybody was so friendly. Definitely recommend the best Western in Plymouth, New Hampshire.

Room was nice and clean, the location was in the middle of our hiking destinations so it was a good spot for us. I was mostly impressed with the breakfast that was provided by the hotel. It was the best continental breakfast I have ever had at any hotel. Eggs, potatoes, yogurt, waffles, juice, coffees and much more. The gentlemen who cooked the food was very helpful and friendly. He offered us banana's for our hikes and a guide. He was super nice. All the staff at the front desk was also very pleasant upon arrival and checking out. I would definitely stay here again. There was also a pool which we didn't use and a sauna which we did. Everything was just easy

First I would like to staff that most of the staff that we encountered were great. Especially the breakfast attendant/maintenance person. Room was mostly clean ( not so much if you moved things like the microwave around) Beds were fairly decent. The issue we had was that while everything looked fresh and new, it didn’t function that way.Our first issue was with the toilet in our room.There is a sign telling guests to not flush anything (like wipes, feminine hygiene products) down the toilet.After we used the toilets minimal amount of use,it just stopped flushing. I went and found assistance, and he couldn't resolve the issue with a simple plunger but had to go get another tool. He eventually got things running and told me that I just needed to push the flush button longer to fully flush. Well that worked for about two more times.We returned to the hotel very late that I didn’t feel like addressing it again. My son and I just used the faculty restroom near the pool. I also went to shut the curtains and the whole bar that they are attached to just fell out of the ceiling, screws and all coming out.
Needless to say, I was afraid to touch anything else.Before we checked out, I did speak to staff as well as texted staff to communicate about this. They assures me that I would not be held responsible for any charges.So far I have not been. Overall, a little pricy for what it was, but a solid place to sleep and a good breakfast. But not a place I would spend a long time at.

Very happy of my choice.

Initially I ordered a pool view room. I was advised to change that and I am really glad I did.
The room’s window is opened to the indoor pool’s hall.
We checked in to a quiet room and could park the car close to entry B.
The breakfast was great. With all kids of machines and robots that prepare the meal for you. And the warm food was replenished consistently by the wonderful worker that is in charge of that department. Very clean and tasty.
Maybe the coffee could have been better.
The pool is very big for an indoor hotel pool. I swam there alone w my daughter, doing laps and it was really wonderful
