About the only good thing about this room, was that it was clean.

There were no curtains, only shades that didn't entirely cover the window, we had to hang a towel over the space by using a hanger and the empty curtain rod. The microwave was rusty, the bathroom had clear plastic over the window (which had NO PRIVACY SCREEN)....and the cord plugged in behind the desk was frayed and had bare wires.

Dogs barking on and off throughout the night in neighboring rooms.

Also, the front office was smoky, and when I asked about the contential breakfast, she waved vaguely to a rickety stand in the corner where she said there would be coffee and pastries in the morning. We didn't even feel comfortable checking in the morning as that area didn't seem overly clean.
Definitely would not recommend nor would we ever stay here again.

This hotel was great for my family and fur babies. Really nice staff, clean rooms. Older hotel, nothing fancy, but comfortable bed to sleep in for the night. Would stay here again!

You can tell the owners are trying... but still needs quite a bit of work. Bed and sheets were clean. There are some nice updates like the tvs and the owners were nice. But \"hot\" water in the shower was tepid at best and lasted less than 2 minutes before cold. Room smelled majorly like cigarette smoke even though it was non smoking to the point where I had to leave early bc of a headache.

In all my years travelling and staying in hotels, motels, homes, cabins, RV Parks, tents and in the wild, this would have to be the worst room I have ever experienced. Having a neighbouring rooms truck parked within three foot of my rooms door was not a good start. Any closer and I would have struggled to get past with my luggage. The door itself was coming apart on the outside. The bolt from the inside didn’t engage properly and was then difficult to release.
The material on the single lounge chair in the room was tattered and the chair itself was putrid, looking like it had been picked up on the side of the road.
The sink was dirty or stained from lack of cleaning over an extended period. The bath/ shower was worse and the tap ware was corroded. Could not bring my self to even use the shower.
The lid on the toilet cistern did not fit and would almost fall off every time it was flushed.
The bathroom door did not close properly.
Half of the lights were either broken or did not work.
The streaming services on the TV advised too many users connected.
The air con cut in and out continually and sounded like a loud motor bike every time it started.
Curtain on main window missing from rail resulting in the room being as bright as day during the night as Venetians did not block out the outside lights. I will be recommending to Expedia that this establishment be removed from their catalog.

I travel a lot for work and stay in a lot of different places. I have to say that this hotel was better than one might expect for the price. The building is a little old but is still sufficient. It is apparent that they're working to improve it. On top of that, the staff was super friendly and incredibly helpful.

Ok this is not a five-star Motel but what do you really need. The people that run this motel are great, they're very nice, they're very friendly they're very helpful. The rooms are clean they have a refrigerator a microwave they have hot water in the showers they have internet television. If you're going to get upset because the internet is not super high speed or you don't have a mint on your pillow this isn't your Motel, other than that if you're looking for a place to stay for a day or two that's comfortable it's perfectly fine.

I there was remodeling but there was a two inch gap under my door. Luckily it wasn't really cold out but I had to put a towel against it.
Most of the controls on the heater/ac didn't work so I couldn't warm the room up.

Love this place

I traveled to Scottsbluff Nebraska for a 3 day Dog Show. This little hole in the wall motel is very pet friendly. Very clean quiet and lots of hot water.
The only complaint I have is, there is no security lock on the inside of the doors.

First room they gave us stunk like a kennel, the furniture was in bad shape, when I asked for a different room she said they don’t usually have guests pick out their own room, I didn’t ask to pick my own room,I asked if they had anything better. The next room was a little better but the faucet in bathroom was leaking water all during my stay, and furniture was fair, the air conditioner does not work properly, does not cool, works like a fan only.Then come to find out they had a drug bust a day earlier,and they found fentanyl. Needless to say never again!!

We checked the room before committing. It stunk so bad and the stench stuck to our clothes. The bathroom and tub was too filthy to set one foot inside. The woman at the check in desk was too drugged up to keep her eyes open and her speech slurred beyond understanding. Why is this place even offered. It's completely unacceptable for even barnyard animals

Place is filthy. I checked in and seen the condition of the room and said hell no I’m not staying in this filthy room. Carpet was so filthy and looked like it hadn’t seen a vacuum in months. Walls are nasty and I’m guessing haven’t been washed in a long time if at all. Someone picked their nose and smeared it on the bathroom wall. Pulled back the bedding and there was hair on the sheets. Didn’t take long to get out of there

We got bed bugs bites! We even caught two live bed bugs and one was full of blood! Carpet and walls were dirty. Bathroom needed a renovation. Air conditioning was old and very loud. Had to turn it off during sleeping.

Office was locked during checkin and checkout. Needed to make calls to get the staff to come over. There was no key drop-off box.

Breakfast was advertised. But it was not provided because the office was locked from 7am-7:40am and nothing prepared inside.

Do NOT book unless you are desperate. We should've slept in the car. This motel does not come close to meeting the standard I have come to expect through Hotels.com It was terribly run-down and gross. There was soap stuck in the tub, peeling veneer everywhere, a toilet that barely flushed and broken furniture. When we arrived, we had to call to gain access to the office. When we left, there was no way to return the keys as the office was locked and NO ONE answered the phone. We left keys in a safe location and continued to call until 3 pm when we were finally able to report where the keys were and that we wanted to check out.
