The rooms look nothing like the pictures. They are dark and dingy. Shame on Expedia for not updating the photos,. There is no hot tub, again shame on Expedia for not keeping up on what the property had. . The side outside door lock was broke due to the wind, so anyone could go in and out. Bathroom smelt like urine. Halls has a strange food odor. Staff was friendly and breakfast was decent. Likely would not stay here in the future.

There was quite a bit of road noise and loud people getting ready for work, slamming room doors and talking very loudly from 4:30 am on each day. That's not management's fault, but I was very tired at the end of my stay.

My main concern is the fact that last night my tv didn't work. After I asked for help, the worker just walked into my room without knocking. Then this morning at 8:30am (check out is 11) the same worker comes to my room while my wife and daughters are getting dressed and proceeds to walk in unannounced or welcomed!

Door card reader rarely worked. Had to try key many times. Sometimes red light would come on but most times no light would come on and wouldn’t unlock. Tried both key cards and same experience so I figure the door reader is the issue. Very annoying when arms full and unable to unlock room I paid for.

The staffs were accommodating. However, the smell of the lobby smells curry. Some people don’t like a smell of a strong curry especially in a lobby of a hotel. There are some baby stuffs like walker in a lobby. The breakfast is fine. Room card readers are not functioning. I have to call them to help me open the room.

Disappointed by the Lack of Cleanliness

Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to the lack of cleanliness. Upon entering my room, I noticed several issues that made my stay uncomfortable. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, with visible stains and an unpleasant odor. The bed linens appeared unwashed, and there was dust on the furniture and surfaces.

I expected a higher standard of hygiene, especially considering the importance of cleanliness in hospitality. It was disappointing to see such neglect in maintaining the rooms. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their housekeeping standards for future guests.

I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

That place is very nasty dirty. I do not recommend that hotel at all. The food was cold and not cooked all the way coffee was cold. They did not make fresh coffee. They tell you that the coffee was made at 4 o’clock in the morning. The bathroom downstairs for public did not have no toilet paper. We had to change rooms two times because the first one we got was filthy dirty. I do not recommend this hotel at all. It’s a zero. And the key don’t work with the doors.

I checked in, then walked into my room and pretty much turned around and walked out within 2-5min!
How disgustingly DIRTY everywhere and everything.

We had such a wonderful stay here! From the moment we checked in, the people who run this hotel made us feel genuinely welcome. They’re incredibly friendly, attentive, and go out of their way to make sure guests are comfortable. It really felt like they cared about us, not just as customers, but as people.

The hotel itself was clean, relaxing, and had everything we needed for a great trip. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and it made our time away from home so enjoyable.

We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already talking about when we can come back. Thanks again to the amazing staff for making our stay so memorable — we’ll definitely be returning!

Our tv was very difficult to operate. It required 2 remotes and much surfing to find network stations. Some times we just gave up!

Our room keys were difficult and finally impossible to use. The manager was able to reprogram them.

Having grab bars in the shower would be much safer.

The manager was pleasant.

First impression of the room walking in was dirty. Toilet wasn’t clean; dried urine on the seat and bowl, toilet itself wasn’t even securely bolted to the floor. Toilet paper holder was barely hanging on the wall. Hair in the tub. Shower faucet leaked and had to be careful to not pull it off the wall. Stained comforter, dirty sheets with hair and crumbs(?). Room stank, not sure of what. Desk clerk was walking down the hallways spraying air freshener not stop to mask the smell. Pool water was a green murky color, couldn’t hardly see under the water. I don’t know that I would even recommend this as an hourly rate motel…

Contracted hand foot and mouth in 7 people in pool

We as siblings and in laws stayed as a group the weekend before christmas. Well every kid in our party plus 2 adults that swam in the pool got an amazing christmas gift from the hotel and all contracted hand foot and mouth. They double charged me for my room bc i paid with a different card than i used to reserve the room. It was a sh*t show as far as them taking money out of cards. Then the hand foot and mouth cost all 3 of our families to have to spend more money at the dr. They said it was one of the worst cases they have seen! And everyone was in absolute pain from it! And it was 99% most likely from the pool as that is a very common place to contract it. Beware. Also they had a major plumbing issue in all of our rooms where the drains did not drain. Oh and they advertize a hot tub that hasnt been there for years. And there are abandoned properties all over the area. And sketchy people outside all hours of the night out back \"smoking\" and that back door did not lock at all. Was not very comfortable just glad we were only there in the evenings at night. Weight room is also a joke as most of the equipment was broke. Okay breakfast. I hate complaining like this but it needed to be addressed. Never never again. We always stay at the holiday inn right next to it highly recommend that. Dont try saving a few dollars bc it cost us sooo much more in medical bills and pain!

Beds were uncomfortable. Bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. I called ahead to the reservation line to confirm that the pool and hot tub would be open during our stay the day of. The attendance stated that they were both open however, when we arrived the hot tub was closed and had been fpr some time. We stayed two nights. I asked for room service but we received none. The breakfast was good and the staff seemed friendly however, I would not recommend this hotel.

We chose Quality Inn based on the price, overall rating, and the availability of a hot tub. After a long flight from Alaska and a 4 hour drive from Denver, a good soak would have been welcome. The hot tub has not been available for a long time, yet they continue to use it as a selling point. I pointed it out to the staff, and they were aware of it and apologized. The first room we were given was fine, until we used the shower and the tub drain was clogged. I brought it to the attention of the front desk, and they moved us. The second room (102) was clean. The shower had a hand held shower head which was welcome since my spouse has range issues, but it needed to be replaced. It was clogged from hard water deposits and had red mildew on it. It did not have a satisfactory output. The replacement is cheap - $14. I had the same one in my home before I replaced it. There was a damaged wall next to the shower that had been patched but not painted. A small piece of metal had been screwed into the wall in the bathroom to protect the wall from the doorknob hitting it, but the metal piece was a hasty fix - something that looked like it was punched out of an electrical box on a construction site. The mattress on the queen size bed was unacceptable and should have been replaced. On my side of the bed, there was a body impression and the side of the mattress was not square. Breakfast was decent, but never varied. I wouldn't return to that hotel.

Our room had a terrible smell. I told the front manager and asked to be mmoved. She said there was none available. We found out later that there was but we but they would not move us. We asked them to get to the source of the smell and were told they had already tried by bombing and cleaning it. It hadn't helped. Why would you offer a room like that. We couldn't move to another venue because of lack of rooms because of a baseball tournament. We ordered this room three months in advance!

I choose this hotel because it’s where my company wants me to stay not because it’s my choice.

It seems like a few of the rooms are occupied by people who are living there as opposed to just guests. I say that because when you walk down the hallway there are open doors to rooms that are full of groceries and trash, the walls are thin as is the space between first and second floor, proven by the fact that every little thing the people above me dropped all night long sounds like they were coming through and gonna fall on my bed. I wasn’t too upset having to stay there because the description says that they have a hot tub and having been on the road all day I was looking forward to a soak , but when I got there, the hot tub was covered over not available of course.

Breakfast was the same as every other place now since Covid some form of scrambled eggs with some form of sausage mostly soy. They had cold cereal, but no milk. I’m not sure how old this hotel is but the furnishings and the bathroom would suggest it’s been around a while and needs an update. Fortunately, when I’m on the road, I generally just need a bed and head, but I don’t think I’ll stay here again because I know for the price there other places in town that would be more modern and more comfortable, and the amenities would actually be available.
