It’s basically just a cheap motel with a bed and a tv. It wasn’t disgusting but wasn’t fresh and clean either. The breakfast was scarce but they did have a waffle maker and batter. They had hard boiled eggs but no scrambled. They also had plain yogurt, Froot Loops, and Frosted Flakes, bagels, toast, juices, and coffee. I went to the Starbucks down the street, though.
The air conditioning worked. The windows have one way mirrored film so people can’t see inside. There were two floors but I don’t think there was an elevator. We had to carry everything up the staircase, which had dirty railings.

Sheets/pillows were wonderful. An older property which is overpriced. Bkfst was lacking w only cereal, waffle, coffee & juice. We paid $150, $85 would have been more reasonable. Probably inflated to take unfair advantage of sping break or air show demand. Meh.

One of the worse places we have stay. The front desk person had a heavy accent and spoke softly, so I keep asking to repeat himself. I got an attitude from him after that. The room was old, the beds had springs making noises each time my son moved on his bed or i changed position in my bed. The faucet was leaking, they had two two outlets with no covers, the sink was cracked, the shower walls were cracked too. Garbage behind the nightstand. The worse part was that between the towels in the bathroom was a nasty vaporizer thing that smell nasty. The smell was on the towels too. The AC was loud too.

The room smelled like mold. The shower and faucet handles were hard to operate and very little water came out of the shower. The clerk at the desk said he removed the safe charges after I stated I didn't need to use it, but they charged for the safe anyway.
This is the first and last time I will book this hotel chain.

The room was clean. The fridge was frozen and wasn't cooling. I came back to my room and it was hot. I walked to the front desk and said something, the man said okay I'll be right there. I sat in this hot room sweating for 15 minutes, i called the front desk, he answered and set the phone on the counter. I listened to him ring in other people for 17 minutes, so i walked bad to the front desk, while still on the phone, and interrupted the man and asked, should I hang up now or wait on the phone for you to pick it back up after 17 minutes. He said sorry, i reminded him of my air, her said I'll be right there. 10 more minutes he showed up.

Unfortunately, our toilet overflowed and we had to turn off the water on the commode. The sink did not drain and we had to use the bathtub to brush our teeth. We recognize we did not pay a lot for the room, but the bare essentials regarding bathroom hygiene were not met.

Pros: close to I95, easy drive to Kennedy Space Center, nice, clean comfy beds and linens, good dorm- style fridge with freezer section, good shower, had bread, bagels, and a toaster. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Cons: carpeting really needed cleaning. Breakfast was really below standards, ( only 2 cereals, both sweetened. For fruit: 4 apples, that’s it. Had DIY waffles, not very good. No pastries. No yogurt, no cut fruit, no bananas.Some of the outlets in the room were non functional. The remote control fid not work.

The staff is nice. I hope they can address these issues, so pros outweigh the cons

We had a pet friendly room. We have a very little dog. The room's floor was not clean. The bathroom floor around the toilet was gross. The property is in poor condition. We paid $200.00 for the night. That was the total with a $25.00 pet fee. It was worse than motel 6. Do not stay here.

This is an old dirty hotel with shady guest. Room has musty old hotel funk smell. We had a drunk/high guy bang on our door at 4 in the morning, and he refused to leave quickly. Pot smoking and tobacco use made opening the door unpleasant. I paid over 300 bucks a night, for 4 nights, expecting much better. That price was peak pricing because the Artemis launch that didn't happen and biker show just north of there. For that kind of money I thought we would have decent breakfast, nope just waffles and cereal. I will mark this hotel as a never stay again place, I have stayed at many hotels in Titusville area over the years, this was worst one so far. We checked out early it was so bad. And the why we even came down, the room as none refundable, I wasn't going to let them double sell the room.

Hotel is essentially a motel. The room size was nice for a 2 bed room, but the place just felt dirty. Sheets had some staining, bathroom was dirty, and the counters for the bathroom/bathe tub were super short. The staff was nice enough getting keys, but didn’t interact much. In terms of amenities… they don’t offer housekeeping between your stay unless you request it, and breakfast is basically just a bunch of carbs (pancakes and toast).

The gentleman who checked me in was very nice but the rest of the staff was kind of stand offish. Breakfast could use some protein everything was carbs. Room was ok but air conditioning was loud and ran all day.
I received no maid service. Hotel looks nice from the outside but when you go into the room you realize it’s an old building that was given a cosmetic makeover.
Still a lot of things that need to be upgraded. I will say the bed was comfortable and that’s most important to me. Also no bugs !

Room had a large patch of black mold, triggering my allergies. Rooms were priced due to the proximity to KSC, not in relation to the quality of the establishment.

After contact from Expedia the hotel gave me guarantee of a 100% refund. Instead, my card was charged a second time for the room fee.

Save yourself the headaches and drive an additional 200ft for one of the large chain suites nearby.

The room was fine and the staff was friendly and helpful. I gave it a mediocre rating because we got an accessible room. I guess access to the room itself is not part of the accessibility. I parked close to the room but there was a 4-foot wall I had to traverse. I didn't have a problem since I am ambulatory, but if you have a wheelchair, I don't know how you'd ever get to the room.

I inquired with the front desk staff and their response was to use the steps with a hand rail. I can only assume they have never had to deal with a wheelchair before. Again, I can handle steps but the extra walking to get to the steps combined with no ramp to be seen, makes me want to warn others who may need something truly accessible.

The showerhead needs replacing and when I tried to use the TV, it said no internet connection. It took me about 15 minutes to get it to finally connect.
