The hotel is easy accessible, staff wnere friendly and helpful. Pool was kept up very clean amd the chairs were comfortable. Air conditioning work very well..Breakfast was great each day. A little crowded when the hotel filled up. The only thing that was a disappointment was the bed was not comfortable at all, needs a new mattress room 181. Otherwise, we will stay here again.

Breakfast was fine for a free one. The room and location were great. The AC was terrible - very loud and wasn't working correctly. It made the room DAMP. When I mentioned this to the staff, I was told there was nothing that could be done because I had made my reservation through Hotles.com and not them directly. Totally unacceptable and really ruined and otherwise great stay.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful. Parking was plentiful only spent one night and didn’t get to the breakfast.
The bathroom was extremely small, the bed was comfortably A/C was excellent.
Considering the location of this motel it was fairly priced. It’s been around many years but well maintained.
For a night or two, I would recommend.

The room was old and the walls paper thin. We had to turn on the tv at bedtime to overcome the noise of the conversation of people in the next room. We hardly slept all night.

Toilet was running all the time. I had to leave the exhaust fan running to overcome the toilet noise. Dirt or mold on the caulking around base of toilet. No shower doors, just a shower curtain with a low kevel shower, not a bathtub, so water from the shower leaked onto the floor. The water made the tile slippery but fortunately neither my wife nor I fell.

Terrible problems with card keys. First one didn't work after I carried all my luggage to the top floor at back of the motel. Next day the key for my new room didn't work and they had to replace lock system. Breakfast was barely mediocre and shut early in the morning (9:00-9:30?). Luckily? McDonalds was immediately next door. Not sure where the advertising photo was taken but it didn't represent the quality of or any room that that I saw there. Really just a 1970's type motel.

We faced several flight delays getting to Florida. I contacted the motel each time, and they were very helpful in allowing us to check in many hours late with no problems. We found the rooms to be clean and tidy, and the cleaning staff seemed to be working hard each day of our stay. Everyone was very friendly.

Our room was not cleaned well. There was an uno card, lip gloss, and the remains of some fried chicken under our bed so clearly it had not been swept under.

The space was a motel and not a hotel. When we arrived in our room it smelled like mold and bug spray. We were informed that breakfast was served in a building by the pool. The were socks, bottles and trash in the corners and around the beds. I didn’t even return to the front desk for a refund as we didn’t stay the night, we just booked a ride share and went to a different hotel.

The room and property was clean. Breakfast was included but I was surprised that it opened at 7:30am. It seemed that there were a lot of workers also staying there that start work early so I guess they couldn't get breakfast. I noticed from the sign it had been changed from 6:30am. Travelers like to hit the road early so that affected them as well. We did stay for breakfast the last day. It was a pretty substantial breakfast and had some healthy options. Location was convenient for Merritt Island and other surrounding points of interest. I would stay there again.

We stayed here for one night as a family of four, including two small children, before heading to Port Canaveral for a cruise the next morning. Honestly, I’m not sure why this place receives negative reviews; we had a very positive experience. It offers great value for the price, including a decent hot breakfast (though they mentioned the menu may change next month). If you’re expecting the Ritz-Carlton, you’ll be disappointed. However, if you're looking for an upgraded motel Inn experience that is clean and comfortable with a good breakfast, this is exactly that. We would definitely stay here again rather than paying double or triple the price for a pricey hotel.

This property is rundown and is a dump. We had no hot water in our room. And the water pressure was terrible. The front door didn’t fit into the frame and there was extra space. Everything was rundown. The continental breakfast that is included was terrible. No fruit. No danishes or donuts. I would not stay at this place again. We had to park in the back section of the hotel. And there was no street lights or parking lights.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. My children’s feet were BLACK, from the hotel floor. We had to take the tank lid off the back of the toilet to refill the toilet tank? Everything felt dirty, glad my stay was only one night.

Rayne at the front desk- was left behind as the only front desk attendant on the property and really kept a level head with a lobby full of people and a disgruntled caller on the line. Poor girl, but Kudos to her! She deserves mention.

Me and my friends checked in almost midnight and the guy gave us a smoking room. We were sleeping with the musk on and as soon as we saw a light outside we went and seat on the patio near the small swimming. The area is very dark, our taxi can’t even see the sign of the hotel. I talked to the lady on the front desk and she just said sorry he gave you the smoking area!!!. We couldn’t go back to the desk to complain because we were afraid to go out because it’s too dark. Phone is not working and I even saw a bug crawling on the wall when I woke up in the morning. Please do not book to this hotel,the worst hotel I’ve ever see and not worth it for the money I paid for $250. I got scammed!!!!

Yes, the room was in good condition. The AC/heat unit didn’t seem very clean though. The shower curtain had to stay inside a couple inch lip so you wouldn’t flood the bathroom.
The staff was courteous.
The two worst parts about this stay was the breakfast room was completely packed and very uninviting. You felt like a sardine. I was so grateful that there was outside balcony seating. That was a lifesaver. There was about four tables out there in a screened area. The breakfast was good. The coffee was terrible.

Unfortunately, the three adults staying in the room above woke us up at 11:30 at night due to walking very heavily on the floor back-and-forth for hours. My husband got up, got dressed, went upstairs and asked them kindly to please quiet down. It stopped eventually and started back up in the morning, when we tried to get a little extra sleep. Letting the staff know at the desk they were super sorry, but obviously there was nothing more that could be done.
Unfortunately, I don’t believe we’ll be staying there again. Although, we’ve always stayed at best westerns and had excellent experiences.

Bed Seemed soft and comfy if you like that. There’s amenities in the shower, which was nice. Refrigerator and microwave in the room with two chairs. There was sufficient amenities.

Door keys were so difficult to use, patrons in rooms above were so loud, as well as adjoining rooms because the walls are paper thin, rooms smelled like sewer water from the toilet, and the doors didn't fit the door frame where cold air (less than 32 degrees outside) came through the door into the evening. We moved rooms twice due to issues, including no heat in one room, as well as no toilet paper, and inability to quiet the upstairs patrons to allow people to sleep. I'd have gone to another hotel if I didn't have family with me from England and just couldn't afford the price of a move to one. So disappointed and will never return to any Best Western!

I booked the upgraded jacuzzi tub room. When I arrived I was told the tub Jets weren't working. I was given a regular room. I contacted both the hotel and the website afterwards to request a refund of the $37 upgrade fee. Hotel said pricing and refunds was up to hotels.com hotels.com said it was up to the hotel but at at least gave me a $25 one key credit. Unsatisfactory

Stayed here before getting on a cruise the next day. The first room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke that they tried to cover up with air freshener. We requested a new room and was promptly given a much better room. We feel like the price was a little high but it was much cheaper than staying close to the port. The pillows were good but the bed was a little uncomfortable.

The floor on the other room looked clean but after 5 minutes barefoot the feet was BLACK . The floors need a good cleaning.
Breakfast was ok, not as \"Wonderful\" as mentioned.
The warm breakfast was scrambled eggs and sossage links. the waffle was nice. But not much more than that.

I’ve vacationed at this best western several times since I was a child in 1986, last being 2022 and will not be returning after this encounter. Check in staff was very kind and proper, checking out lady seemed annoyed about my complaint of mold, I didn’t want any compensation just an acknowledgement of the complaint because mold is serious ( have photos) I have I mentioned Visible Mold in room?
Im not sure if this is an extended stay but sure seemed like it. The parking lot in the late evening was filled with ladies of the night and barefoot vagrants.
The remote control for the TV was dripping with water as if someone dropped in the toilet. They replaced it. Literally took back cover off water came out of remote control. Mild bug problem but it’s Florida. All in all if you need a place to crash, don’t…

We booked this hotel because we needed to camp out for a few hrs, as we were going to watch a space X launch nearby which was a late one. The Receptionist (Rayne) was amazing, very and found us a room which was going to be quiet as we needed naps. So polite and kind, definitely an asset to this hotel. Bed was comfy, quiet and had all we needed for our brief stay.
