It’s a place to sleep but that’s about it. Floors were dirty especially under the bed. I moved the bed against the wall so my son doesn’t fall off the bed and it was filthy. In the morning I had dropped something between the top of the mattress and the wall..went to grab it and noticed a spot of brown in between mattress and bed frame. I lifted it up to check for bed bug evidence. It was a huge brown/moldy spot. Maybe even blood. There was something there that looked like maybe a really old napkin or something. I didn’t expect any further just wanted to get out. The wall “trim” is disgusting, if you can even call it a trim. There’s gaps between the walls and the floor. Bathroom was especially bad. Tub looks like it needed to refinished years ago. Tons of brown/yellow spots. One of the outlets by the bed had a burnt spot on it..the list goes on. Oh and walls are paper thin you could hear a mouse sneeze. Like I said a place to sleep, but I would never sleep there again. I’m all about saving a buck but I’ve stayed at places in this price range that were much better. Spend a little more and get something nicer. Luckily I only needed a 1 night stay. If I needed any longer I would have checked out and found another. Only positives are that it is near a lot of things like food, Walmart, etc. There is also an ihop attached so at least I got some good pancakes.

Fantastic property. Great breakfast and great friendly people at this hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean. We went to IHOP twice and the food was delicious and the servers were friendly. Love the location very peaceful. Loved it. Great experience here.

Overall, the hotel was fine but there was a rough crowd at this location. Loud and shouting throughout the night. Openly smoking pot and the strong smell was pulled into the room by the a/c unit.

We arrived 2 hours after check-in and the rooms that I booked were not ready. The desk clerk said, “they were short staffed and did not know when the rooms would be ready”. I booked king bed rooms w/bathroom accessiblity and a couch; but all that they had was 2 Queen rooms. I asked about a price difference in the two rooms; she said, that both rooms (King and Queen room) had 2 beds so there was no difference in price. (I’m not sure how a sleeper sofa is considered a bed??) - The floors were not cleaned, the bathtub had soap (?) residue in the soap tray and black spots on the ceiling. - The beds were comfortable and the location was convenient. The IHOP that is part of the hotel had a good breakfast.

I mean You get what you pay for, the rooms are nicer, but our tv didn’t work, the AC sounded like It was in its last life banging sounds. I had a damn towel in my room, and I had a towel that had brown in It stained or not I did not feel like It was a clean room after that or they skipped the bathroom And It was pretty ghetto, yelling all night long was just not worth It at all. Breakfast was kinda a joke. But staff was super nice

This motel was absolutely disgusting. I truly hate to be a complainer and was not expecting anything more than basic accomodations, however the various kinds of grime on the walls, the leftover mustache hairs in the corners at the sink, and the filth on the floors/in the corners left us feeling dirty.

More than FEELING dirty, my daughter walked around bare foot for no more than 20 minutes and the bottoms of her feet were completely black.

The shower was so poorly maintained and cleaned that the caulking around the tub was black and the floor of the shower was completely discolored. It was so unhygienic that we did not even take showers.

We truly tried to honor our full reservation but ended up leaving early due to the unsanitary conditions.

There is a reason the images of this location here on Expedia has only the lobby and does not show the rooms.

Breakfast was good with many items. Convenient location near interstate and major road into Titusville, with traffic noise typical of staying near an interchange. But there were several good restuarants nearby including an IHop attached to the hotel. Good value for the $84 nightly price through expedia. My only complaint was I could sometimes smell smoke inside my rooom because there seemed to be people staying there longer term and many were outside their rooms on the walkways frequently smoking

We needed a hotel to stay in before boarding a cruise, and Days Inn was a good decision for the price. Parking was well lit, property was clean. The only downside was we heard the people next door to us most of the evening.

I was happy to see there was an IHOP restaurant connected to the hotel, so that was a great amenity. The food was filling, and our server was attentive! Great addition to the hotel.

The linens and toilet were clean and the fridge and microwave worked. That's about all I can say that was good about it. The overall feel was grungy. There were lots of dirty spots on walls, the toilet took a full 10 seconds of holding down the handle to flush, the shower didn't drain properly, the bathroom was so small you had to maneuver around the toilet to close it, the tub was very old and stained, the clock couldn't be plugged in because the prongs were bent, the chair pleather was peeling, the floors felt dirty, there was a gap under door, and while the other clientele didn't give us any issues, we weren't real comfortable with them either. If this is all you can afford, there's worse out there, but I wouldn't stay again.

While it looked like the rooms were remodeled recently, the overall cleanliness did not meet our expectations. Dirt and hairs on the bathroom floor, stains on the comforters, weird crusty white stuff on the chair. There was more but this is just a quick summary. I would not stay here again. I will say however all the staff were friendly and kind.

Location is great—right off the interstate. Parking was easy. The hotel is older, but very well-kept and clean. The clerk who checked us in was friendly and efficient. Spacious room. Coffee available in the lobby plus a large room for breakfast—coffee, juice, cereal, bagels, bread. You could even make a waffle.

The room was filthy!! Hair was left in the bathtub, the floors were very dirty, and the mini-fridge had to be seen to be believed. It was covered with rust and appeared to have some sort of mold or such thing growing on it. It was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in.

Clean room and a basic property with all the expected amenities. We really appreciated being able to stay with our dog, and the pet fee was very reasonable. The breakfast was decent, and while it would have been nice to have more savory options like eggs or sausage, it still did the job. The breakfast area felt a bit dark and uninviting, but overall it was comfortable. The staff wasn’t very engaging, but everything went smoothly during our stay. Overall, we had a good experience and would consider staying here again.

Was very disappointed in this stay. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, have been poorly maintained and are not very clean. Housekeeping was very inconsistent to non-existent during our stay, even after we requested services at the front desk. The staff were nice but the facility really needs a deep cleaning and is long overdue for updates.

My stay at this hotel brought back some wonderful childhood nostalgia. It reminded me of growing up in the Bronx and how much I missed the soothing sounds of people outside all night drinking, smoking, talking, and occasionally singing at full volume.
One of the highlights was the community spirit. Guests on the top floor were kindly shouting down safety reminders to the drivers in the parking lot—things like “Be safe!” and “Don’t get locked up tonight!” It’s always nice to see neighbors looking out for each other.
I also appreciated the car enthusiasts staying here. Many of them thoughtfully warmed up their muscle cars in the middle of the night before leaving. As any gearhead knows, you really have to lubricate those cylinders properly before racing out of the parking lot like the building is on fire.
The room itself had a lovely amenity: a big picturesque window overlooking the back parking lot. At first it was a little intimidating watching the late-night gatherings below, but after listening to their conversations for most of the night, I determined the group was mostly happy and not violent… yet. Reassuring.
Walking into the room felt a bit like stepping onto the holodeck on Star Trek: The Next Generation. The walls are freshly painted and the room looks nice at first glance, though in the end it still felt a bit like putting lipstick on a pig.
The air conditioner deserves special mention. Whenever it turned on or off, it produced a sound somewhere between someone tripp

Continental breakfast was excellent. I was able to change the date easily. I was given the choice of one king or two queens. Never did the King b4 so I was curious, king. Big mistake. There were no extra luggage holders, just one. Had to ask for a shower curtain. I like to go bare foot. No carpet was a good choice and when I stepped into the shower the dirt easily came off my feet. No USB ports. One mirror was strategically placed so that from one side of the bed you could see the shower.

Quick stay while visiting Kennedy Space Center. I was so hesitant to book due to so-so reviews, but glad I did. The room was clean. The staff was courteous. The pool area was clean and relaxing. The continental breakfast was great. Many restaurants walking distance. Loved the location.

This is a budget friendly motel, so expectations should be in line with the price. That being said, the room was clean and smelled good. It seemed like many guests were hanging outside their room smoking. We did have a good night sleep and breakfast was comprised of waffles and cereal which were acceptable.

We had a first floor room. It had linoleum flooring of some sort and was extremely dirty. My family did our best to not go bare feet. There was an awful mechanical noise that turned on and off all evening. It was NOT our AC. On top of all that the entire room reeked of urine and there was visible black mold throughout the bathroom and at the seams of all the walls and floors.

No closet to hang clothes although some hangers in the bathroom to hang with your towels. Hair dryer was for wall but sat on table with cords not long enough to dry hair comfortably. Staff nice. Our two-night stay was average at best. Daily housekeeping was advertised, but our room was not cleaned during our stay, and towels were not replaced. The room had an unpleasant musty smell and felt outdated. The location is convenient, but improvements in cleanliness and maintenance are needed.

Room key worked but the door handle didn't engage the latch so we were locked out of our room for some time. According to the front desk this is a problem with room 220 yet it persists? Overall the hotel is well worn.
Beds were clean and comfortable which is the only good thing I can say.
