We stayed for one night prior to a cruise and it was a convenient location for that. However, the carpets were filthy and littered with trash, the hallways smelled, the room smelled like the last person’s cooking, the “sheets” barely fit the bed, and the breakfast was nonexistent.

Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable. It was very clean, easy and friendly check in. It was very easy to find a parking spot and it was less than 2 miles from one of our favorite restaurants, Sonny’s Barbecue.

I was looking for a cheap place to stay, since we were only going to be there 4hrs. For $100 I was expecting a little more. Staff was helpful, but everything else was bad. The carpet in hallway going to the room was nasty. It needed vacuuming, someone made repairs to the sheet rock on wall and left all the clipping on rug. The room smelled like mildew. It was a place truck drivers stayed or a place for a quick fix. IYKYK

The best thing about this hotel has to be the staff themselves. they are amazing they leave you feeling welcome and cared for. the room looks beautiful and clean but the floors were deceptive after only being in our room walking around barefoot for an hour and a half myself and my kids feet were completely black. It was really gross.

The pool was beautiful, and the staff were absolutely delightful. especially after my daughter accidentally burned herself on some hot chocolate. they swooped in like angels cleaned up the mess without a blink of an eye. while another staff member got her some burn cream. they really made sure that she was well taken care of.

I will say that when it comes to the breakfast we were pretty disappointed with the options for breakfast. At previous hotels I've stayed when they offer "free breakfast" you would usually get things like sausage links, eggs and waffles, cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit, etc. unfortunately they advertise a "healthy breakfast" it's a bunch of heavily processed muffins, fig bars, oatmeal packets, and grits. they also had strawberry yogurt and some funny tasting hard boiled eggs in a cooler definitely doesn't meet the usual standards of other commercial hotels free breakfast.

Terrible staff. Woke me up at 2 AM.

I booked and paid through Expedia, but upon arrival the receptionist claimed my reservation wasn’t paid. I showed the receipt and confirmation number, but she wouldn’t help. After Expedia got involved, we found out she had created a second reservation because she couldn’t find the original one.

I thought the issue was resolved, but then they woke me up at 2 AM asking for my confirmation number. Seriously? Who calls a guest in the middle of the night for that?

Complete incompetence and a very frustrating experience.

Rusty refrigerator. Granted it was the outside, but still not a good look. And….I had a need for a band aid and failed to pack my first aid kit. So, I went to the front desk to ask for a band aid. I was told there was not a first aid kit available so…no band aid. Seriously…..no first aid kit on hand?

Stayed 1 night on the way to Port Canaveral. Very convenient to the port (30 minutes). The room was a mini apartment with a kitchen. Room felt a little damp, but it was fine for 1 night. Didn’t use any amenities. The staff were courteous and helpful.

The room was comfortable, but too near the lobby and fairly noisy. The rooms have a kitchen but it's not furnished unless you purchase a kitchen furnishings package. Otherwise, the hotel is conveniently located for access to I 90 and area attractions. I didn't have much interaction with staff, but when I did they were friendly and helpful.

The hotel & our room were very clean. Our room had everything to meet our needs except no hair dryer. The only ice machine on the 1st floor was broken, and there weren't any other accommodations made to get ice. Even a cooler with a scooper outside o0f the cooler would have been helpful. The staff were very friendly & polite.

Small group of men gathered in the lobby area drinking beer, loud, and arm wrestling each other. The front desk girl instead of saying something to them, sat down and joined them, while people were waiting at the desk.
The only ice machine for the building was broken, elevator had an oder to it and was very warm inside it. Hallway carpeting was dirty and hallway was somewhat dingy looking.
Room however was clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower water pressure was low, but for one night was okay. Upon leaving , once again no one was at the front desk. For a quick one night stay that’s reasonable, without any frills it is okay, but would not recommend for more than that.

While checking out of my room I noticed that my room was not cleaned from the day before. I noticed rice and salt & pepper under the fitted sheet. I also noticed leftover food items from a previous guest in the refrigerator. I took the food to the front desk staff and the clerk told me to toss it in the trash can in the kitchen area. I just thought the staff forgot to clean the refrigerator so gave them benefit of a doubt but now realize the room was never cleaned from the previous guest. I spoke to Ms. Camille Huyghue about this problem and she immediately apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a credit for our stay.

The property was not well maintained. The floors were dirty in our room and there was lipstick on the bathroom doors. The hallway and elevator area was so smelly. Think the garbage needed to be emptied. Also no coffee through the day coffee maker was removed so early.

Hands down the most comfortable bed I’ve ever experienced in a hotel! Staff was great, price was great, the “free breakfast” was just muffins, lol. But that’s never a selling point for us anyway. Love how close the hotel is to a Target, Walmart, Home Depot (lots of work crews from out of stay at the hotel), fast food & a couple restaurants within walking distance.

The breakfast as promised was horrible. When we arrived for breakfast at 8am, there was no coffee. When we asked for milk for oatmeal, they said we only had water. There was no dry cereal, no juice. There were small dry packaged muffins, small yoghurts, and packaged cold boiled eggs.

I was verbally yelled at when I called the front office on the second day. I never received clean towels. My bed was never made. My trash was never emptied. Upon check out, when the female worker behind the counter asked about my stay, I started to tell her about the man yelling at me when I called the front desk. This prompted the man to come from the back office yelling at me AGAIN. Threatening me, and saying he will call the police. When I asked his name he yelled at me and said he was calling the police and get off the property.

Heating system did not work, had to load luggage back up, move two floors up, after going down to front desk, then get to the room and it’s two double beds, even though we had paid extra for a king room, too late and tired to deal with at this point. Obviously not offered difference back or anything for the inconvenience. Water pressure at least on 4th floor) was terrible, and the breakfast? What a joke , a granola bar, a muffin, and a boiled egg…. THAT WAS IT! Worst I’ve ever experienced in any hotel ever!, would not stay again.

although a newer hotel - it looked like it has been there for decades. The room was adequate but not nice. This is not the standard I expect from an extended stay. Upgrading and maintaining the room is of the utmost importance to repeat customers. The hotel need to better take care of their facility. The caulking was poorly done. There was something that had been mounted in the shower and was now missing. There were no toiletries provided. There was dust and cobwebs everywhere.Ewww.

The last room we had was really nice with the twin queen beds. Very clean and and everything worked. This time around there was hair all over the place and even a spider with a web on the counter (we have pictures). Hair in the tub, in the sink, and randomly on the counter. The tub was slimy as well. My wife washed it before bathing our boys. The room was hot and had a smell like people just left because I guess the central heat was out.

Very professional front desk, efficient and polite. Very nice room on the third floor. My only negative is the room was located above the outside area where people smoke.
