Blood stains on sheets, mold on the ceiling in the shower, mold-like stuff on the bathroom faucet, corners in bathroom literally red and filled with dirt, toilet seat did not fit the toilet, overall smelled nasty. Had to buy drinking water b/c the water here smelt/tasted putrid. Shuttle to cruise port not included and was not told it would be an additional charge until I asked. Easy parking, friendly staff, very nice outdoor pool area (closed for maintence when I was there) but not worth what I paid

The staff were very friendly and helpful—definitely a highlight of our stay.
The hotel itself, though… not so much. It’s quite old and dated, with a noticeable smoky smell throughout (probably lingering cigarette odor from years past, even if it’s supposed to be non-smoking now). The room was basic: just a bed, working AC (a must in Orlando!), and that’s about it. It’s functional for a quick overnight, but I wouldn’t want to stay any longer than necessary.
We chose it specifically as a pre-cruise spot because they offer cruise parking for only $50, which is an absolute steal compared to the port’s daily rates that add up fast over a week at sea. That low parking cost made the whole thing worthwhile for our one-night stopover before boarding. If you’re just crashing for the night, saving on parking, and don’t mind the age/smell trade-off, it gets the job done. But for anything more, look elsewhere.

The bedspread had either blood or feces on it and he room overall was in poor condition there were tissues between the bead and the bottom as that had been there a while. The outside was absolutely disgusting and the front desk clerk didn’t care.

There was dirty towels behind the bathroom door and when I got out of the shower, I used hand towels to dry off the office, dusted the people were very friendly. I did not eat there just slept bed was clean. It appeared to be a little bit of an older hotel, which was fine, but did expect a little more clean

Unfortunately 3 of the 4 rooms were in a disgusting state of disrepair. Did not shower there only slept due to not having a choice before cruising out the next day.
The check in was rough to start- I had made my reservation for 4 people for the “queen” bedroom for my self, husband and two boys. She said it had one queen - to which I asked how can it even allow for four people. She did not have an answer but found an open room that had the normal “queen” set up.
When I made the reservation a few things I looked for were -
Transportation to the port yes it was available for a fee and not included fooled me there.
Breakfast- yes it was available but not included
Fooled me there.
At the very minimum at least clean- fooled me there.
My room did not even have a remote for the tv. Thankfully we called and they brought one up and it worked.
All I know is we are not a needy family or overly neurotic either. I can say that we will not stay here again nor recommend.

This day's Inn is mainly a holding port for cruise customers waiting for the ship and their parking lot. The staff was friendly and responsive, but it is in very poor maintained condition. The hotel advertised on the internet and the actual hotel doesn't exist in reality. I would not stay here again.

The “accessible” room…wasn’t. Hardly room to move and fridge had been relocated right by the bathroom door making it extremely difficult to maneuver. No outlets for charging phone. No roll-in shower and hand spray faucet was missing. Just shoddy. Pool was unavailable. Restaurant not open in evenings.

Arrived at hotel - the room was terrible, lamp not working, no chair to sit on couldn’t find an outlet to plug medical device in. All sorts of paint patches on walls.
Called front desk and they sent Matthew and he helped us move in to better room and helped with extension cord. Stayed two nights no fresh towels. Will never stay with them again.

The staff at the restaurant & front desk are the only good things about this place. They were very friendly, other than that the place is awful. The room had a strong mildew smell, sink in the bathroom the water only drips, could not even use it to wash my face . Shower same issue, the water just come so lightly, it was ridiculous. I know this place was going to be a low budget place, it was worse than that. Mildew smell makes the place feel unclean, was afraid to lay down on the bed. Door to the room did not seem secure, looks like someone can give it a good push to get in, I was alone so that made me feel very unsafe . I would not recommend this place even for 1 night.

Being handicapped climbing stairs is difficult. In Pensacola in order to get a handicap room with walk in shower you had to take an outside room with stairs. In Cocoa the room was not clean - stains on bathroom door, the trim around the floor was rotting. No breakfast.

Horrible disgusting and filthy rotten dirty. The owner is scamming people left and right. Blood on the comforter , pubic hair in sheets . Smelled like urine and poop. No towels. No toilet paper. Halfway house for degenerates who smoke weed and peddle drugs in the middle of the night. Complete scam and this guy should be in jail . I will never ever ever stay here again. I will do my best to take this to corporate and file criminal charges against this

I reserved a room with 2 beds but was initially assigned a room with only 1 bed. Got it changed. Our final room was foul smelling with serious stain on the curtains, rust on the clothes rack, mold on the bathroom walls especially inside the shower area, and a round toilet seat atop an elongated toilet. Horrible experience, but we stayed as it was late, and we were tired. After 4 hours sleep, we left. Do not recommend this property.

Basic room. AC was musty. Pool of water just inside the door that i walked in and left a trail on the dirty floor. Tub was in rough shape, but shower worked. Area around buildings was a tad rough. People with pets not cleaning up after their pets so watch where you walk in the dark. Pool area looked decent but didnt use because i arrived after its hours. There is a restaurant attached which they give a discount coupon for but i didnt use that either.

This will work in a pinch. Front staff was friendly and greeted me promptly. Check in was easy. I chose this hotel expecting more from wyndham property. Room was in very bad shap. Bed lumpy. Curtins falling off wall Ac groaned and shower curtain hanging on by a thread. Holes in wall painted over with different covered paint and hard water stains in sink, toliet and shower. I didn't see any bugs and thats a plus. I was scared to look at the mattress. Stayed one night before a cruise and probably wouldn't stay again. The only positive was the staff was friendly. No continental breakfast but a coupon for waffle joint in the lobby. Grounds was fairly clean. Definitely 1 night max here.

I used rideshare to fet ti days inn by copy and paste the address on reservation and was delivered to incorrect Days Inn. The clerk said it happens daily. Not cool! Once i arrived at at the next Days Inn. The check in clerk was not very helpful. The hotel is in very poor shape and outdated. The entire pool area was inaccessible and closed. The laundry room was outside which was 2 washers & 2 dryers. One dryer was not working. The room was horrible except for the bed sheets and pillows. All furniture, doors, bathroom and fixtures were from the 1980's. Probably original decor. Cs waffles restaurant was good and employees were cheerful and pleasant. I will never choose Days Inn for accommodation again

We booked a two-night stay at the Days Inn by Wyndham Cocoa through Expedia. After seeing the property, we decided to leave after one night. Unfortunately, we were told the second night could not be canceled because the reservation was made through Expedia. The hotel told us to deal with Expedia, and Expedia provided zero assistance. I honestly had no idea this kind of situation could happen.

Now, let’s talk about the experience.

We went up to the first room… LOL. It had to be the rent-by-the-hour room (see pictures). From the mattress, to the walls, doors, carpet, and even the outside of the room — OMG.

We immediately went back downstairs to try to cancel and at least get a different room for the one night we were staying. That’s when we learned we couldn’t cancel.

We did get another room.

No joke — that room was worse, but came with the complimentary extra-strength smoke smell (Cuban, I believe). That sent us right back to the first room, which suddenly felt like the lesser of two evils.

And the pool was shut down.

The ladies at the front desk were… a treat — with less-than-awesome attitudes. I’ll leave it at that, because they aren’t the owners (or maybe they are). They probably deal with this situation constantly.

Other highlights:
•Trash throughout the parking lot
•The entire time we were there, the background soundtrack was basically:
🎶 Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do… 🎵

The room was filthy, extremely dusty. When I pulled out the table and chair, there lays a huge dried up beverage stain on the floor along with a dead worm. The coffee maker didn’t work. Luckily I had Clorox wipes handy too mop up the beverage stains. I give my experience a one out of ten. Housekeeping needs to do better.

We checked in, found a new hotel, checked out. It was FILTHY. The first thing you will notice is the SMELL. The pictures online look nothing like the room we had. The fridge was not cleaned and had nasty food/drinks caked on the bottom, the microwave was gross, the walls, baseboards, I have never felt more disgusted by a property. We had a childs toy left on the floor of the hotel, someones hairtie left on the bathroom door, the door to the outside doesnt shut all the way leaving a huge gap and being unable to lock the door with the dead bolt. When we were leaving we heard another couple say how disgusting their room was and they were leaving. We did get there earlier than we anticipated and we were happy they told us a room would be available, but if we knew it meant a room that wasnt cleaned we would have gladly waited, or unfortunately I think this is how they clean, this room was not worth a penny. We paid $80 for one night, we weren't expecting anything high end, we had very realistic expectations for what we should have gotten but how filthy this was blew my mind away. We expected it to be outdated based on the price we paid but there is a big difference between outdated and straight up filthy. To tell you that hours later I still feel itchy, thats an understatement. The pictures I seen on expedia do not reflect what we experienced. I took several pictures but didnt get all because I just wanted to get out of there. If you stay here, this is your warning.

The Front desk staff was amazing. The room really needs to get upgraded. Apparently they just clean were people look and walk but behind the door and the walls really need some attention. The curtains and the towel racks have seen better days. I stayed 5 days and the room was never broomed or moped they only went in and changed the garbage bag, they did not even make the bed.

If I can give negative number in this hotel, I would! Terrible room, very nasty odor, i don’t even want to go the bathroom. The only reason we stayed here is they offer shuttle to the cruise port. I wasn’t able to sleep at all. The receptionist is not accommodating!
