“There is no free Wi-Fi and no staff to clean your room daily. You are required to make your bed yourself, and if you need clean towels, you must take them downstairs to be washed. In my opinion, the hotel is overpriced considering you have to do almost everything yourself to be comfortable.

Was a little scared after reading reviews but they are no longer valid or all wrong because it was a great trip with amazing staff and so clean. PS the beds have comforters, they are not the most comfy but they are clean and work for sleep.

Small, very uncomfortable rooms that are cleaned every 14 days according to note at front desk. You take out your garbage or they charge you $25 for leaving it in the hall. The bed we had was horrific as sheets were too small and wouldn’t stay on bed. I got up numerous times during the night to get off plastic covering the very, very uncomfortable mattress. The a/c seemed to have one setting which was frost! You turn the device down and it continues to shut off. We ended up putting a towel over the a/c to keep from getting frost bite. The back door was not working so they put a rock there to prop it open. How “secure” would you feel if some crazed person came through the door? The property was somewhat new (maybe a couple years old) but there just doesn’t seem to be pride in the property and it shows. Weeds, bushes trampled all over or missing in areas. It definitely was NOT worth over $100 we paid. I turned down a new hotel that was $298 per night. I probably would have had a better nights sleep. The staff was superb.

Coffee in lobby on a timer that doesn’t start til 7am, bed was horribly uncomfortable, not enough towels, no hairdryer, no ice machine. You have to pay extra to use the kitchen there’s no dishes or coffee maker or utensils unless you pay. I guess I’m use to Hilton it’s so much better and I won’t make the mistake again. Seems like this hotel is more for workers not guests. I should have looked into it more…

Room was very small. Bathroom door kept closing and hitting us. The refrigerator door would hit the door to the room. The people above our room were extremely noisy. The exterior door was on the right side of the building was open with a rock to allow anyone to come into the building. We moved the rock a few times and some guy yelled at us.

The entire hotel has a funky smell. The room was fresh but also smelled strange. The bed was a cheap frame and the mattress was a bag filled with asphalt millings. It was the most uncomfortable bed I ever laid on. Also they changed me a $50 fee when I checked in and nobody ever told me that was coming I'm supposed to get it back but it's been almost a week and nothing yet.

We only stayed in the room for about five minutes. The minute I got into the lobby of the hotel I could smell something that was off. They had used some kind of insecticide or fungicide or cleaner or something that made it very difficult for me to breathe. That has never happened to me before. When I went to leave, they told me that they could not refund my money and then I would have to go through the booking agent. I tried to go through the booking agent. The online chat was not working and they told me that the wait on the telephone would be 617 minutes. Needless to say, it was not a positive experience.

Hotel was very clean, room was very clean, staff was friendly...but I stay at suite hotels for the convience of the kitchenette, I had the kitchenette just nothing to use with it! No coffee pot, no utensils, no dishes, no paper towels, nothing...I found an info card in room state *available for purchase! Also, no curtains, blinds only, so room was lit up all night due to street lights, beds are on spring bases that are raised off the vinyl floors and make noise and move just by sitting on, walls seemed thin and could hear anything being dropped or sat on above me, no breakfast in small lobby, coffee was complimentary but I didn't even try it as the counter was a mess and finally no ice machine, what hotel doesn't have an ice machine! I completely understand keeping costs down but that was the most bare bones expensive hotel suite I've ever experienced...but it was very clean.

I was supposed to stay eight days total. I ended up staying two days total due to the second day in the morning. I got a phone call in my room from the hotel manager asked me to come down stairs for a moment and he would like to speak with me that he can’t say over the phone when I arrived in the lobby at the front desk, they escorted me to the employee lunchroom. They’re the Hotel manager explained that there was a caller the night before that had called three times in the middle of the night saying he was raping a 13-year-old child he explained in detail what he was doing. Also explain that the little girl was screaming upset bleeding very very disturbing to hear and also that I had to hear three conversations that this person apparently called and the very unloading part about it is the hotel manager said the phone call was made from my room at least that’s what the caller said. My friends live 2 1/2 hours away. I explained what was going on to them and they said that I need to come to their house right away and leave the hotel so therefore I did and then with help with my friends husband researched everything that happened at the hotel and there was even a place incident report made at the local Rockledge Police Department about it. I only got 4 days worth back all the eight days that I was supposed to stay and also prepaid for. And I only stayed two days and nor did the actual Hotel give me my $50 deposit back for the room it’s still showing on my credit card bill.

Very Noisy! The tenant next door had the TV volume really high and only turned it off only from midnight to 4am. The tenant above must have been dancing around in tap shoes!
And, I do mean “tenant”, because it’s clear people are loving long term in this hotel. If you want a nice restful night; go elsewhere!

This is a no frills hotel. Front staff was friendly and efficient. There was an odor when we walked in the hotel and room. I normally wile everything down. The beds were not comfortable. i spent 1 night.

WoodSpring Suites Cocoa Beach-Rockledge is a very new facility with clean rooms. Huge bathrooms. Room was very basic and setup for weekly or long term stays. Has kitchenette but you have to rent everything to use it. Pros - floors (LVP, no carpet), thermostats to control heat/AC in room, security (use room card to get into building and past the lobby). Cons - front desk closes overnight (I think is was from 11pm-7am), coffee machine in lobby only works for a short period of time in the AM (no coffee before 7am). Seems like they were short staffed, front desk attendants were always in the back doing laundry so you had to wait if you needed to check in/out, ask questions, etc.

This place was dirty, i had found hair on the bed, dirty floor marks were very visible, no hot water in the facility at all, and the hall ways were smelling like weed the entire day.

I was traveling with my 6 month old baby and had to book another last minute hotel (Holiday Inn) just to get away from this hotel. would not recommend to anyone.

Only problem that me and my husband had was he’s disabled and only has use of one side with assistance true enough. But for me the bed was too low. I have very bad knees and it was low for him as well and for a person with knees like mine I was in a jam. I appreciate being in an accessible room the rest of the room was lovely. Just the bed was too low for us. Thank you for our stay🙂

Positives: Allowed for early check in. Full refrigerator. Affordable.

Negatives: Mold around bath, weird smell throughout the property when you walk in and hallways. Dogs barking throughout morning. TV channels very limited and doesnt work properly. Limited accessories (no iron, blowdryer, coffee maker) things that are pretty standard in hotels. Staff will not deliver anything to door have to come to the front desk for everything. The bath soap was really small and only 1 in the room. Also pretty stingy with bath towels.
