It's a new facility, my room fridge went out, and I knew it would be like pulling teeth to get a refund on food, so I chalked it up. Moved to a second room, and the AC leaked, and I had to use a towel to stop the water from spreading all over. It wasn't bad, but was overall inconvenient.

Not a bad hotel but too noisy for me. No carpet and stopming customers is not a good mix. Also why do people slam doors at all hours of the night. No consideration for others. Other than that is a nice place

AC was perfect. Full size fridge and clean freezer. Bring your own coffee maker cups and silverware. Has a microwave and stove. Bring your own hair dryer and hair conditioner. Great location for visiting family.

Bed frame on hard floor moved all over, was noisey. Room seemed clean but had a strong odor that we went nose deaf to after a while. Sheets didn’t fit mattress. Had three pillows for two people, four would had been right.
Decent place, get rid of smell, fix small bedding details would had given four stars.

The property was very clean and was good for an overnight stay for getting on the cruise ship. Big negative if you drink coffee you need to bring your own machine they do not have any except for in the morning. We had to go to the Circle K down te street. No early check in.

Bath towels and wash clothes are provided, but hand towels are not, though they s/b provided too. Also our room 419 (I think) bed frame springs made a lot of noise when trying to quietly get up during the night.
But overall everything was very nice and I certainly would recommend this property.

Appears to be a place where you’re staying for weeks or more. We needed a place for two nights only. Location was convenient to where we needed to be. Needed a key just to get to the elevator but after seeing that folks were basically living there, we got it. Employees were very nice and friendly.

The staff was not friendly, when I checked in I was not welcomed, the employee seemed like she was annoyed that I told her I was there to check in, she maybe said 3 words the entire time. When I got to my room there was an overwhelming musty smell where I had to go and purchase an air freshener. The hallway floors were not clean or vacuumed and the stairwell where the exit/entry door was very dirty. The room besides smelling was not the cleanest either! There was dust on the tv and tv base and the floors had debris on them, I do t k ow if they were cleaned from previous guests. I had to set the A/C to 60 just to have it cool in the room. When they say the room has bare essentials they should say NO essentials! I have never been to a hotel where there isn’t even little hand soaps in the bathroom. The room had NOTHING.

The kitchen was not equipped. There were no amenities., not even a blow dryer. No ice machine. Instead of putting a hold on my card they withdrew the money and now I’m trying to get it back. Will not be staying there again.

Horrible experience. Arrived at 11:30PM. Late. But usually, you have a front desk where you could ring a bell and an attendant would come out. Here, the building doors were locked after 11:00PM. The instructions tell you to grab the phone on the wall and dial 500 after hours. No answer. Tried multiple times. Decided to press 2 for reservations. Of course somebody answers there because it means money. I explained the lady I had a reservation but nobody was answering the front desk. She tried remotely calling the location. No answer. She put me in with a supervisor. She tried calling remotely, no answer. t this point, she tells me “we can give you point for a free night at a different hotel” 2 things: I don’t give a flying rat about freaking points, I paid money. Second, there’s no free night here, I already paid for a night. Still, I asked here what are those options. She tells me Econo lodge and days inn. Literally the last cheapest filthy crack places in town. At this point I tell her very clear: there’s 2 possible outcomes here. You either check me in here, or give me my money back. She proceed to tell me that she’s not really the hotel, but a customer service for a hotel group so she can’t issue refunds.
So basically the place is a scam. If you don’t make it early, they just literally shut the door locked and take your money. You’re at the mercy of whoever is in charge there that night. If that element decides to go to bed and send the phone to hell, you’re screwed.

Staff was friendly. Reserved for 3 king rooms and one was a double with no linens on beds or bath. Host changed rooms but that room again was a double this time with sheets but just laying on the bed not made. The 3rd time for king room with bed made. Clean rooms beds are hard spring based not able to get anything after 11pm when reception closes. If you need extra towel blanket your SOL until 7am.

This is not the hotel for the casual traveler. While the property is new, it was poorly built. This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in where you could hear neighbors from all sides. Especially the person above us. It sounded like the jolly green giant was staying up there. There is NO ICE MACHINE anywhere. When I asked at the front desk, I w@s handed an empty ice cube tray from behind the desk. But there was nothing to wash it or dry it with as there was literally no supplies in the kitchen. Not even a hand towel in the bathroom. I will not be staying here again.

The room was clean but the bed is horrible. The mattresses are super thin, lumpy, and uncomfortable to sleep on. My room had faulty electricity. The lights worked randomly blink and fade or, the tv wouldn’t turn on and the microwave wouldn’t turn on.

When I complained at this to the front desk staff, the lady there told me she’d call maintenance but that she couldn’t move me to a different room because the hotel was booked solid I called corporate that evening and was in a different room for the rest of my 7-day stay.

The facility was clean; needed to ask for EVERYTHING; cups, silverware etc. evidently they were not quite equipped for guests to actually utilize the full refrigerator or two burner stove top and microwave in the rooms…be ready to purchase plastic or paper goods if you want to use the kitchen for your stay. Other than that it was great!

Small, very uncomfortable rooms that are cleaned every 14 days according to note at front desk. You take out your garbage or they charge you $25 for leaving it in the hall. The bed we had was horrific as sheets were too small and wouldn’t stay on bed. I got up numerous times during the night to get off plastic covering the very, very uncomfortable mattress. The a/c seemed to have one setting which was frost! You turn the device down and it continues to shut off. We ended up putting a towel over the a/c to keep from getting frost bite. The back door was not working so they put a rock there to prop it open. How “secure” would you feel if some crazed person came through the door? The property was somewhat new (maybe a couple years old) but there just doesn’t seem to be pride in the property and it shows. Weeds, bushes trampled all over or missing in areas. It definitely was NOT worth over $100 we paid. I turned down a new hotel that was $298 per night. I probably would have had a better nights sleep. The staff was superb.

Coffee in lobby on a timer that doesn’t start til 7am, bed was horribly uncomfortable, not enough towels, no hairdryer, no ice machine. You have to pay extra to use the kitchen there’s no dishes or coffee maker or utensils unless you pay. I guess I’m use to Hilton it’s so much better and I won’t make the mistake again. Seems like this hotel is more for workers not guests. I should have looked into it more…

Room was very small. Bathroom door kept closing and hitting us. The refrigerator door would hit the door to the room. The people above our room were extremely noisy. The exterior door was on the right side of the building was open with a rock to allow anyone to come into the building. We moved the rock a few times and some guy yelled at us.

The entire hotel has a funky smell. The room was fresh but also smelled strange. The bed was a cheap frame and the mattress was a bag filled with asphalt millings. It was the most uncomfortable bed I ever laid on. Also they changed me a $50 fee when I checked in and nobody ever told me that was coming I'm supposed to get it back but it's been almost a week and nothing yet.

We only stayed in the room for about five minutes. The minute I got into the lobby of the hotel I could smell something that was off. They had used some kind of insecticide or fungicide or cleaner or something that made it very difficult for me to breathe. That has never happened to me before. When I went to leave, they told me that they could not refund my money and then I would have to go through the booking agent. I tried to go through the booking agent. The online chat was not working and they told me that the wait on the telephone would be 617 minutes. Needless to say, it was not a positive experience.

Hotel was very clean, room was very clean, staff was friendly...but I stay at suite hotels for the convience of the kitchenette, I had the kitchenette just nothing to use with it! No coffee pot, no utensils, no dishes, no paper towels, nothing...I found an info card in room state *available for purchase! Also, no curtains, blinds only, so room was lit up all night due to street lights, beds are on spring bases that are raised off the vinyl floors and make noise and move just by sitting on, walls seemed thin and could hear anything being dropped or sat on above me, no breakfast in small lobby, coffee was complimentary but I didn't even try it as the counter was a mess and finally no ice machine, what hotel doesn't have an ice machine! I completely understand keeping costs down but that was the most bare bones expensive hotel suite I've ever experienced...but it was very clean.

I was supposed to stay eight days total. I ended up staying two days total due to the second day in the morning. I got a phone call in my room from the hotel manager asked me to come down stairs for a moment and he would like to speak with me that he can’t say over the phone when I arrived in the lobby at the front desk, they escorted me to the employee lunchroom. They’re the Hotel manager explained that there was a caller the night before that had called three times in the middle of the night saying he was raping a 13-year-old child he explained in detail what he was doing. Also explain that the little girl was screaming upset bleeding very very disturbing to hear and also that I had to hear three conversations that this person apparently called and the very unloading part about it is the hotel manager said the phone call was made from my room at least that’s what the caller said. My friends live 2 1/2 hours away. I explained what was going on to them and they said that I need to come to their house right away and leave the hotel so therefore I did and then with help with my friends husband researched everything that happened at the hotel and there was even a place incident report made at the local Rockledge Police Department about it. I only got 4 days worth back all the eight days that I was supposed to stay and also prepaid for. And I only stayed two days and nor did the actual Hotel give me my $50 deposit back for the room it’s still showing on my credit card bill.

Very Noisy! The tenant next door had the TV volume really high and only turned it off only from midnight to 4am. The tenant above must have been dancing around in tap shoes!
And, I do mean “tenant”, because it’s clear people are loving long term in this hotel. If you want a nice restful night; go elsewhere!

WoodSpring Suites Cocoa Beach-Rockledge is a very new facility with clean rooms. Huge bathrooms. Room was very basic and setup for weekly or long term stays. Has kitchenette but you have to rent everything to use it. Pros - floors (LVP, no carpet), thermostats to control heat/AC in room, security (use room card to get into building and past the lobby). Cons - front desk closes overnight (I think is was from 11pm-7am), coffee machine in lobby only works for a short period of time in the AM (no coffee before 7am). Seems like they were short staffed, front desk attendants were always in the back doing laundry so you had to wait if you needed to check in/out, ask questions, etc.
